Here, the clocks tick a little slower: Our lovingly renovated half-timbered house is located on the outskirts of Sumte, surrounded by meadows, fields and the unique landscape of the Elbe floodplain. Look forward to sunsets from the terrace, relaxing hours in the garden sauna and plenty of space for spending time with friends or family. The Elbe, Lake Sumter and numerous bike paths are only minutes away. If you like, you can discover the Elbe floodplain on an alpaca walk with our neighbor.

Modern apartment to feel good in Salzwedel

Our 35 sqm apartment was modernized and designed in 2019. It looks bright and friendly as a result. The furnishings are functional, but also comfortable. You can reach the apartment behind the house via a staircase. The entrance is separate and is located on the upper floor of our single-family house built in 2010. The house is situated in beautiful green surroundings not far from the Dumme river, yet you can walk to the idyllic old town of Salzwedel in just a few minutes.

Natur Nest Nemitz – Living in the old stable

Our new, charming and lovingly furnished apartment is located in a former stable building of the old farm, just 700 m from the Nemitz Heath. The 60 sqm are divided into a kitchen, hallway, bathroom, a bedroom/living room and a beautiful wooden terrace - ideal for couples or solo travelers, suitable for a maximum of 3 people. Wallbox and bicycle shed are provided. On request, 1–2 horses can be accommodated (€20/night) – ideal for unforgettable star rides in great nature.

The holiday apartment 'Lüneburger Heide' in Hankensbüttel is the perfect accommodation for a stress-free holiday with your loved ones. The 40 m² property consists of a living room with one bed, a fully-equipped kitchen, and 1 bathroom, accommodating up to 2 people. The kitchen is equipped with a multi-function microwave suitable for baking bread rolls, as well as an air fryer. The apartment is also equipped with air conditioning for a comfortable stay in warmer months.

The 1-room basement apartment (45 m²) is located in a single-family home in a cul-de-sac in Ochtmissen. You can reach the city center by car in just 10 minutes. Bus line 5005 leaves almost right outside the door. You can reach the apartment via a separate entrance. The apartment includes a fully equipped kitchen, a shower toilet, a living room/bedroom, a washing machine, towels, bed linens, a TV and Wi-Fi. Toddlers are not allowed due to safety conditions.

Dear guests, We rent our stylish and lovingly furnished apartment (basement) with private entrance and a small terrace. It is 2 km to the city center. The apartment has a double bed (180 cm) and a sofa bed (140 cm). A children's travel crib can be provided free of charge. The apartment is ideal for 2 adults and a child. Parking is available right in front of the house. Two bikes can be used free of charge. Linens and towels are provided.

Lüneburg with its historic old town is about 30 minutes away by car, Hamburg about 45 minutes. The house has direct views and access to the lake. Peace and relaxation are guaranteed as well as unforgettable nature experiences. We generate electricity and hot water with a photovoltaic system in heating with renewable raw materials.
