On the terraces and the large courtyard, you can enjoy the sun or sit around the campfire in large groups. Direct neighbor is a family-run inn where you can stop for breakfast, lunch or dinner. In the next village there is a large quaint brewery.

Here, the clocks tick a little slower: Our lovingly renovated half-timbered house is located on the outskirts of Sumte, surrounded by meadows, fields and the unique landscape of the Elbe floodplain. Look forward to sunsets from the terrace, relaxing hours in the garden sauna and plenty of space for spending time with friends or family. The Elbe, Lake Sumter and numerous bike paths are only minutes away. If you like, you can discover the Elbe floodplain on an alpaca walk with our neighbor.

Our first apartment is located in the front half of the former cowshed. On the ground floor there is a charming kitchen island, the dining and living area as well as the bathroom. The double bed in the upper sleeping area is supplemented by a single bed; in addition, there is a comfortable sofa bed for two (a total of 5 sleeping places). Our second listing, the Eulennest, is located right next door and can be booked in addition. In that case, there is space for up to 8 people.

Welcome to our stylish apartment – ideal for families, groups and friends. Completed in 2022, the property offers modern living comfort on approx. 170 m². You can expect a spacious, open-plan living and dining area with fully equipped kitchens, four separate bedrooms, two bathrooms and a sofa bed for two additional guests. Space for up to 10 people. The highlight is the bright living area with high ceilings, open half-timbered and glazed Tennentor overlooking the village square.

Mit der Fahrradfähre seid ihr in 5 Minuten auf der anderen Elbseite von wo aus euch ein angenehm befahrbarer Radweg immer den Fluss entlang führt. P.s. Unser Tiny House steht auf dem verwunschenen Gelände der "Alten Papierfabrik" in Neu Kaliß, dass direkt an einem Seitenarm der Elbe liegt. Ein einzigartiger naturbelassener Ort, um ein paar entspannte Tage fernab der Großstadt zu verbringen. Die alten Backsteingebäude sind Heimat von Wanderfalken und Eisvögeln und im Fluss kann man paddeln oder schwimmen. Mit etwas Glück wird man morgens von den Schafen geweckt.
