The construction trailer was provided with a covered veranda, received a completely new, tasteful interior with lighting, folding beds, retractable table, etc., and now stands on a large sheep meadow, between old fruit trees, beech hedges and currant bushes, directly on the Elbe dyke. The apartment is located in a listed villa, which was originally built in 1864. There are eight apartments in the house, which are spread over four levels.
