Warm welcome with cake and balloons, water in the pool is warm, beach and clubhouse are both accessible. A nice place indeed and highly recommended for everyone. Our stay was truly exceptional. The house was beautiful, spotless, and thoughtfully prepared. The fully equipped kitchenette made meal prep easy, and the mineral water dispenser was a convenient and thoughtful touch. The host went above and beyond to meet our needs. When I mentioned we were used to having fresh towels daily, she provided extras right away, just like in American condos. The helper was kind and honest. When we accidentally left personal items behind, she immediately let us know. It’s rare to find such trustworthy and accommodating people. Their attention to detail and genuine care for their guests made us feel right at home. If I could give this place 10 stars, I absolutely would. We are already planning to return in the future. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and well-managed place to stay in the Philippines. This was truly one of the best stays we’ve ever had.

We had a great time during our stay. It’s a family friendly place especially the pool with projector where the kids were able to watch while swimming while the adults were grilling and chilling out at the garden. Interiors are very modern and aesthetic. Rooms were clean and spacious, including the toilets. They provided basic toiletries and was surprised they even have clothes steamer which is a necessity for me, and they also had soft towels. I only wish there were bidets in the toilet and the kitchen had more kitchenware like serving bowls, plates and pans. The caretakers were not as responsive so better contact the host when you’re there. The clubhouse has a huge pool, jacuzzi, separate kiddy pool and a playground plus a wide beach. You can also order food at their resto. Overall, I will highly recommend the place to family and friends. We should have stayed at least two nights to fully enjoy it, though :)

we had a truly pleasant stay. the place was cozy and set in a beautiful, serene environment. Rowena was incredibly accommodating. she assisted us with all our questions and made sure everything went smoothly. the locals in the area were also very welcoming, which made us feel at peace. it was an amazing experience, perfect for anyone looking to escape the busier parts of town. if given the chance, we’d definitely love to come back! 😊

We had a wonderful stay; one night simply wasn't enough to fully enjoy this place! The kitchen is absolutely a dream, and the house is impeccably maintained. Given the presence of flies, they should provide a fly spray. We had a great time and can’t wait to go back.

Maria’s place was amazing. My in-laws felt home and safe during their stay. Had a little hiccup during check in but they were very responsive and resolved it straightaway. Will definitely have their place as an option the next time I have someone staying in San Pablo.

We went a day after the Pahiyas Festival to avoid the crowd, yet get to see the beautiful houses with decors. The property has ample parking space within the gated property so it's safe and since the location is still within the town proper, we didn't have to bring our cars. Walking to the Church and around the town is not a problem. The kitchen is equipped enough for you to do basic cooking. If you need something that is not available at hand, like for us, the griller and the kitchen scissors, June will provide it at once. We even asked for some banana leaves from their backyard and they gave it to us for our impromptu boodle fight. The garden suite is very spacious and private. We barely noticed that there were other guests in the other units they have. It's very cozy and it feels like home.

From the moment I arrived, they went out of their way to make sure everything was just right. Whether it was offering local recommendations, answering questions promptly, or assisting with any small requests, their support made the experience even better. This is an exceptional place. I slept really good there, maybe because of the nature sounds at night or because of the nice air. The house has its own energy/spirit, which makes the stay really unique. The Animals are soooo nice, I’ve enjoyed chilling with Gloria the Goat and the baby kitten:) The Dogs are also super nice, they’re really excited to see new people so don’t worry about their barking at the beginning! Yvette and Basil were giving me such a good feeling, so it didn’t feel like a usual “airbnb-stay”. It felt more like a place I could stay for a longer time period! I’ve also met some friends of Yvette, with who you can have meaningful and inspiriting conversations. Will come back!:)

Still the best place to stay in Mauban. We were lucky enough to book this upper floor after our check-in with Arvin's other listing. Would recommend Arvin to other travelers.

The unit is clean with a secured parking area within the compound. Location is walking distance to Levitown market, restaurants and S&R. The host is responsive and Mam Beth is amazing.

Place is nice, clean, spacious, and bright. It has everything you need for a quick staycation. The host is always quick to respond and very proactive in coordinating and giving instructions. Will surely go back! We loved our time here.

I had a very pleasant overnight stay. Wifi was good and was able to work. Slept well on the comfortable bed. The bathroom was clean. I wish I had tried the pool :-) beautiful garden made it extra special.

Communicating with Doc Dana was fast, she’s welcoming and answers thoroughly. We booked for 3 nights and were greeted by Gina and Jam, both very kind. The room was clean, with two queen beds and hotel-like sheets. The kitchen had everything we needed. We enjoyed chatting with Sir Patrick (owner), who introduced us to Kuya Danny and his grandkids Jerome and Renz for a fairly priced boat ride. We visited Kwebang Lampas and crystal-clear beaches like Talisay - fishes everywhere! Renz even found a big starfish for a photo. You can request meals from their menu; Ms. Ruth is super accommodating. We also dined at Silangang Nayon, just 5 mins away. Our last night was videoke night, quiet hours start at 10pm, which is fair. We loved the game room (pool, table tennis, dominoes) and the spacious patio with an ocean view. Perfect for a fun and relaxing family trip!
