Overall, I highly recommend this resort for families and anyone looking for a fantastic vacation spot. The combination of a clean and beautiful environment, the convenience of meals by the pool, and the exceptional management make it a standout destination. Thank you to the host too, for being responsive to questions. Only thing I would recommend - I hope you dont charge the guests for towels, or you should provide towels that are free or charge or included in their stay. Yun lang, god bless! ❤️

Arlene's place is awesome. The hot pool, huge lot area and clean place. Arlene is very kind and responsive also her sis in law Gigi. they are both kind and responsive. It's a place where you just want to relax and unwind and stay away from the busy streets of manila. The place is in a quiet subdivision. very peaceful yet the main road is just 5 to 10 mins away. we enjoyed our stay. the kids enjoyed the pool. Thanks Arlene and Ms Gigi. Definitely one of those places you will surely consider to stay again in the future.

Had an amazing stay, everyone from my company said they love the place! Will definitely book this again on our next company outing. Highly recommended! Caretaker is also accommodating. And lots of shop outside and walking distance from the resort. Overall Experience 10/10!

When we first stumbled upon this house on AirBnB, it seemed almost too good to be true. There must be a catch! But everything was as perfect as it seemed online. Aireen is the most thoughtful, gracious host. She provided us with all the information we needed and showed us around. The place is just perfect! Kitchen is compact and contains everything one needs. The bed is comfortable, bathroom and terrace are excellent. Location is incredible.

Overall a great property, more spacious than what I had expected. Very clean, even the outdoor dirty kitchen. The house was fully equipped like it’s your own home. Thank you to the host and the care takers!

I must say Chad’s place is a gem. The description is straightforward and the place is so roomy. What I especially appreciated is the use of space in the rooms. They did not use every inch of space to maximize occupancy. There’s so much space in each room even though the sleeping capacity is reached. The structure of the house is finely made and the interiors are well thought out and cohesive. Our big group appreciated the layout. There’s a place for everything. The pool table was a good plus. There was still no wifi when we came but the network signal is strong so it was not a problem. Chad is also so easy to talk to and he’s very responsive. If we’d ever need a space for a large group in the future, we’d definitely check Chad’s place first. It’s top notch!

The place was really cool and peaceful. It was really nice to chill around with my family. It really felt like our home. The facilities are working as expected and the rooms are really clean. They have an amazing sound system at home and the water is warm which we really prefer. Though it was really hot this May but it still felt good dipping in the warm water in Pansol. The kitchen appliances/utensils are also complete so we were able to use them. This place is really great for big groups. The caretakers were really nice and responsive. They also cooked cochinillo for us and it tasted great! Thanks for granting that request though we only said it in the morning. Will surely recommend this place and hope to come back and spend another amazing day in this homey place. 😊💙

We were in mesmerized with the ambiance and cozyness of the place. It is really a home away from home. Even I lost my phone, the caretaker did communicate well with us and got my phone back because of their honesty. Despite of the unexpected circumstance, we loved and enjoyed our stay. Definitely will come back and recommend it our friends.

Amazing villa or resort. The staff are all very nice and helpful. Definitely, a great place for group of people or family get together. The host Bon is an excellent host as well as her local staff.

Jody was very responsive to our inquiries which helped us prepare for our trip. She recommended a caterer which made our stay more convenient. The place itself is spacious enough for our family. We especially liked the hot spring pool which was very relaxing and was covered allowing us to use it longer than usual. Caretakers were very friendly and helpful. The only issue we had was the presence of flies at night which we think was common in the area. Good thing there was space indoors (family room) which we were able to use. This is one of the best resorts in Lakewood offering a majestic view of the Mount Makiling.

The dogs are so welcoming and friendly too! The food is also delicious so that's why we'll be coming back again. We really recommend this place to everyone who would like to go out and have a good time with their families and friends.

The place is perfect for relaxation and gathering with friends and family. It offers easy access to the beach, complete kitchenware, and a great air conditioning system. It's also helpful that they have clear signage along the road, especially since the signal can be weak nearby. We truly enjoyed our stay, and the price is definitely worth it.

Great place for family gathering!

It was an amazing property, although the subduvision itself was still under construction and th3 clubhouse in phase 2 (where the property was located), is still not yet constructed... it was okay since the house has its very own pool. We had fun, they have some inflatables that we used and played with. The entire house was so good, comfortable and amazingly beautiful. The amenities are complete.

Though there is a little miscommunication everything has been settled very quick. Thank you for the patience and understanding. The place is so clean, neat and caretakers are so nice and accommodating. Will definite for back.

We had a generally enjoyable stay at this property. The rooms were clean, spacious, and air-conditioned, which made for a comfortable experience. The billiard table and karaoke setup were great additions that kept us entertained throughout our stay. The pool, filled with natural hot spring water, was a unique feature though it was a bit too hot for us given the warm weather at the time. One downside was the communication with the caretakers on-site. There was some miscommunication regarding our check-out time. We had arranged for a 4 PM check-out due to an extension, but the caretakers insisted we leave by 1 PM because of supposed incoming guests. However, upon checking the Airbnb listing, it appeared there were no guests scheduled after us. After contacting the owner, they confirmed we could check out at 4 PM, but we had already packed up and left early due to the confusion. In contrast, we’ve stayed at their other property, Icon Luxury, the caretakers there are more accommodating.

The place was superb! it was cozy and private! the bed and pillows are very comfortable and the pool was really beautiful :) will surely book again soon!

We had a great family holiday get-together in Casa Lipa! The house is clean and lots of parking space. The place is gated so our fur babies can freely roam around. Kids had lots of fun in the pool too! Also, there is enough room to lounge around play games with the fam. Ate Belen and Kuya Jay were also very helpfiul with our needs. We will surely be back here again soon :)
