Vacation rentals with a patio in Lucena City

Amazing place and very accomodating host.

The place was accessible, great value for money for a 2-bedroom unit, and had good amenities. It was very spacious. Only one bedroom had air conditioning, but there were plenty of electric fans in each bedroom, kitchen and the living room. I really appreciated that the essentials were provided, such as drinking water and toiletries. Additionally, there were laundry shops just below the unit. We stayed for 3 days as a freelancer, and when I checked the internet speed, it was 10 Mbps. This was sufficient for administrative work, but for those who rely on voice tasks or meetings, they may need a faster connection. We were informed that we could park in front of the dental clinic, but on our last day as we were leaving, we were approached by the clinic owners who told us that parking was only allowed there at night. It wasn’t a deal breaker, though, it didn’t impact our overall positive experience. The host was very responsive and accommodating.

The unit is clean with a secured parking area within the compound. Location is walking distance to Levitown market, restaurants and S&R. The host is responsive and Mam Beth is amazing.

I never regret that we stayed at june’s place during the pahiyas festival. It is walking distance to the town plaza plus we had a parking space. Super good location and value for money. It seems like we stayed on a condo even though it is only their roof top. We stayed before with my family that’s why we came back. Perfect stay in lucban area. June is so accommodating. It was a good place to stay. It is clean and the owners are very responsive. It was my second time and definitely I will go back here again.

Carla’s unit is stunning - looks even better than the photos. The place was spotless when we arrived and the entire place, including the cabinets smelled amazing. I didn’t realize how much a good smelling AirBnb could impact our stay but it def made us feel relaxed and at home. The caretaker was also very kind and helpful. Even brought us water the next day because we ran out of it. Only con about this unit: Seafront (the residential area where the unit is located within) is strict about swimming on the beach. If there’s a hint of danger, they’ll close it down. We stayed for 3 days and weren’t allowed to swim in the sea the entire stay. It was kind of frustrating because we stayed here for easy access to the beach 😅 This was NOT the host’s fault though, she was a great host in every aspect. We appreciated the free snacks and the honesty store too in the unit 🫶🏻

My husband and I decided to have a spontaneous trip to Laguna during the holy week. Ms. Lei is very responsive to my queries and gave me clear instructions how to check in. We were welcome by her mother and we were well assisted. Her mother is friendly too! The place is new and was told we were the first one to use the place (really felt fortunate for that). And we felt like we just moved in to our new home. We brought a car with us and as the listing described, parking is by the street. Tbh, that was one thing I was worried prior to booking but Ms. Lei made sure it is safe. And since it was also the holy week and a church was nearby, as expected there were a lot of cars by the neighborhood during our stay but gladly we were given a reserved parking (just inform them). And yes, our car is safe during the stay (it's worry free). Kitchen essentals were also provided and they even have water for drinking. Overall, we had a good rest and we enjoyed our stay! The place is very accessible. Its near stores and restaurants which are open 24 hours. We arrived late at night and the host is kind enough to wait for us. A great place for a stopover when driving long distance to Quezon province.

We were late for the check in but the owner still accommodated us and was responsive to all of our questions. The place is clean and quiet so we were able to relax and enjoy our stay. I would definitely recommend this place.

The place is incredibly beautiful and very private. My team enjoyed the whole stay here. Their caretaker is very responsive and helpful to us. We also enjoyed the pool. It's very clean. We also enjoyed their court where my team played games. We also love their karaoke spot. Also, they provide utensils and kitchen tools so it's not hard for us to bring stuffs since it is already provided. Highly recommended.

Cindy’s place was clean. Complete with cooking utensils. Had plenty of room and bathrooms. It was quiet that we had a good nights rest. It’s conveniently located by the diversion. Cindy provided fresh fruits and beautiful flowers for my family and I to enjoy. Cindy was a great host.

Our staycation at LaVeranda was an excellent experience for our team outing. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and will highly recommend it. Thank you!
