The vacation home is located in the sleepy village of Märkischheide, the gateway to the Spreewald. Situated slightly elevated on the Mühlberg, you can look out into the treetops of the small village park from the bedroom. (If there is snow, you can even go sledding a little here). It is quiet here and you can live undisturbed. From here you can go cycling in the Spreewald, in the nature reserves and to the nearby lakes. Or relax on the covered terrace, barbecue or sunbathe in the courtyard.

The attic apartment offers coziness on 45 square meters, light-flooded, naturally refurbished beams paired with modern accents. The terrace, as well as a place under the willow, invite you to relax. Here on the northern edge of the Upper Spree Forest, you are in the immediate vicinity of the Spreewald Biosphere Reserve and the Neu Zauche ferry port.

It isn't big, but has all the comforts to be without fancy. The cottage is charming and old, not a designer tiny house. The center of Berlin and Potsdam are quickly reached. Private access, balcony with water view, terrace and garden around. Living room with kitchen, bathtub, bedroom and extra sleeping space on the sofa bed for an extra charge. We live next door, so never an access or key problem. We are at the Wall Trail. Pets are also welcome.
