Das liebevoll hergerichtete Haus hat eine voll ausgestattete, grosse Wohnküche mit einer gemütlichen Sitzecke mit TV. Darüber befinden sich 2 weitere Etagen mit 4 Schlafzimmern und zwei Bädern. Vor der Wohnküche ist eine grosse, überdachte Terrasse mit einem offenen Grill. Im EG befindet sich auch eine Dampfsauna mit Dusche und extra Gäste WC.

The spacious villa is a private home and equipped with everything a large group of guests needs. You are attractively close to the vibrant capital Berlin (approx. 30-45 minutes by car) and Potsdam with its world-famous castles (approx. 20-30 minutes away) For the greatest possible flexibility, we recommend a car. Bus and Uber are also available.

The dream house is located directly in Berlin on the Spree with a small boat harbor and 1000 m² park-like garden. On the ground floor (with underfloor heating) is the living room, the kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with shower/integrated steam sauna and a Miele washing machine. On the child-friendly upper floor is a large bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with a whirlpool. There is also a baby cot, a baby changing table and a baby playpen.

In 90 minutes you are from Berlin to Doberlug-Kirchhain, a traditional white tanner town through which the small Elster flows. The villa with approx. 160 sqm is located on the outskirts of Doberlug-Kirchhain on a 2500 sqm property with a fenced pond. You will have the entire house and garden for you alone.

Built around 1862 and completely renovated in 2016, the former farmhouse with its spacious rooms offers everything a vacationer's heart desires.
