A house on the lake between Berlin & Potsdam

This is a classic rbnb. We rent our private rooms to private individuals. Not to companies and fitters - please refrain from bookings that are not for yourself. Our vacation apartment is located directly on the lake, is renovated and equipped to a very high specification (approx. 90 square meters). There is a large double bed (200 x 200) and a sofa bed separated only by a CABINET sliding door. (No noise insulation - therefore not very soundproof). Mooring for boats by arrangement. It is 500 m to the Berlin city sign. To Wannsee train station 10 minutes by bus, and from there you can reach the main train station (Berlin) in 17 minutes. Please don't bring dogs. On TV there is an Amazon Fire TV Stick with movies in German and English. Lake, Wi-Fi, email or cell phone Everything is within walking distance: 3 parks, restaurants, grocery stores, theaters, tram and night bus in front of the door, bus stop 300 m,

Experience Potsdam skin close and yet in the countryside. We are a quiet residential area directly on the Ravensbergen, which invites you beautifully to hikes and bike rides. The main train station and Potsdam-Zentrum are about 3-5 km away from here and can be easily reached by public transport. You'll love my place because of the peace, the comfortable bed and much more. Extremely satisfied with our stay. We came for Dresden Festival from 16 to 18 August, and chose to stay at this place which is not far from Dresden (around 50 minutes drive). Brigitte's husband welcomed us and was very helpful. The apartment was as described and we slept very well at night. There is a Zoo just 10 minutes drive from the apartment, we visited it and my 3 years old son was happy with it. we were very happy with the stay, and we would definitely come back :)

We had a quick stopover in Berlin, and Carsten's place was perfect for it. The Ringbahn, with which you can reach everything (of interest to us), is just a few steps away and still not audible. Carsten was very accommodating to us at check-in, as we arrived quite late, absolutely friendly, informative and always easily accessible. The associated parking space was a blessing. The place was as described and had everything you need for a stay. The three of us and our furry child had great days in Berlin in a great place; if we should ever end up in Berlin again, this place is the first point of contact :)

We had a great stay in the cottage in Lübbenau. It is ideal for those who enjoy nature and at the same time appreciate the proximity to the old town. The cottage was fully equipped and had everything we needed for our stay. The location was quiet but still very central. Special praise to Simone, who welcomed and said goodbye to us warmly. She was always available and ready for questions or concerns. We can highly recommend this cozy cottage!

Five stars isn't enough. I would give Nino's place on Friedrichstraße 1000 stars if I could. When we walked in, the 12+ foot ceilings, parquet floors, giant windows, and aesthetic perfection took our breath away. The building survived WWII intact, and living for a week in this pre-war architecture is something we will never forget. Nino and her husband live in the building too — which for us a big plus — and they met us when we arrived and gave us a charming tour of the building's facilities and history. The location is ideal: five minutes to Checkpoint Charlie and 20 minutes to Unter den Linden and the Brandenburg Gate. There are many good restaurants in the neighborhood, and we especially liked Mama Cook, Barcelona, and La Via del Muro. Lidl supermarket right around the corner (don't be scared of the €2.95 wines, they're super!) has everything you need. Nice as it is to sleep in your own bed, I woke up back home disappointed we weren't still at Nino's in Berlin. We will be back!
