House vacation rentals in Lower Grand Lagoon

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay with my family, as the location offered proximity to the beach, restaurants, and shopping. The presence of a police station and fire department directly across from our accommodations ensured our safety and security. The kids had a great time using the pool and pool table. The place was clean and spacious. Highly recommended.

House had everything we needed for our stay. Clean and spacious, beds are comfy. Backyard relaxing. Would rent again if we return to this area. Easy access and easy communication with host. Highly recommended.

Karen gave my family and I such a wonderful and stress free vacation from the moment we booked and beyond! She was very kind and reached out personally mutiple times to not only check on us but to even help excite us for the vacation. Her response time was immaculate! The house was also just like the pictures and we enjoyed all the amenities! What a deal for all the fun things to do under one roof! Even us older "kids" found ourselves on the trampoline and shooting hoops by the pool! The massage in the jacuzzi was the perfect ending to every night! This house had plenty of room for the whole family, was beautiful and private. I would recommend this rental to anyone that needed the extra room. The house having a kitchenette and additional living room on the second floor was very helpful. We would love to return sometime.

Our family including two children enjoyed a great week at the bungalow. The house is in a great location, a quick walk to the gorgeous (and non-crowded) beach, a manageable walk to Alys or longer one to Rosemary for restraints and shopping. We loved all the extras like the ping pong table, outdoor games, and bikes. The pool got great sun if desired most of the day and wa sa good size for us to cool off. Aimee was very helpful and proactive in offering recommendations and trying to be extra accommodating. Would stay again!

This is our 2nd stay at Kiersten's place. We love the house and the neighborhood. Kiersten is a very responsive host. It is convenient to many stores, restaurants and the beach. Of course, Thomas' Donuts is a MUST and it is an easy ride on the golf cart.

Thoroughly enjoyed our week at Jeff's place. I'm a clean freak and every bit of the house was to my standards! The neighborhood feels super safe and friendly. Loved the set-up for coming back from the beach into the fenced in yard where we would drop all the beach stuff for the next day. The outdoor shower felt amazing and was so slick for getting the sand off the kiddos before going inside. The grill was a big hit for us, we we cooked out most nights and it was a pleasant surprise to find tin foil and seasonings when we ended up with freshly caught fish! We would absolutely stay here again! Thank you!!

This how was very great for me and my 6 friends we did have issues with the air but that was quickly fixed thanks to our host. She communicated with me all the way up until the air was fixed and even after. The place was very clean and nice the parking did only have space for two slots and the other slots were down below the house. The two main attractions we came for pineapple Willy’s and pier park we were right in between both and I was very grateful. If I was to visit Panama again I would definitely go with Maya again! 😊

This is a great property for anyone vacationing in PCB. All the bedrooms are large and each room has its own bathroom. The top bedroom opens to a rooftop deck with views of the ocean. The house is extremely clean and the service was great! Anytime I had a question, Brian answered very quickly. I would give this property more than five stars if I could.

House was better than described…I have stayed at many Airbnb’s and this hike was by far the best value…We will be returning. Great house, great location. We loved our stay!!!

Our stay with Crotty & Co. in PCB was absolutely perfect! The house was quaint and beautifully decorated, and its location was perfect. It was private and peaceful, yet not too far of a drive to downtown. It was a very short walk to the public beach access 95, and a 2 minute drive to Publix. Camp Helen was 5 minutes away. Conservation Park was 10 minutes away. My kids absolutely loved the private pool with the lights at night! Bayou Bills Crab House is right down the road and was excellent. We had an amazing stay!

I can’t speak highly enough of this house and the hosts. The pictures are what you get, and it’s beautiful. Fully equipped with what you need, clean and so much space. Plenty of amenities. Personally I liked staying a little out of Seaside, but still close enough to walk to the main center. The beach across the street is amazing. Would absolutely stay again!

We had a wonderful stay! The house was spotless and well-maintained, making us feel comfortable from the moment we walked in. Chuck was incredibly responsive and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our visit. The neighborhood was quiet, peaceful, and perfect for relaxing and recharging after visiting the beach. Live the house, location and big back yard. Kelly is very responsive and helpful. My car broke down on the way to the Airbnb and Kelly was so helpful in providing resources and advice. The house is wonderful- all five stars. The lagoon at the marina in walking distance is the spot to see dolphins and other sea life. Such a beautiful location to walk to the beach and docks. The state park is also right down the road. I would come back to this house in the future.
