Vacation rentals with a hot tub in Lower Grand Lagoon

We had so much fun staying here! Everything was nearby and walkable, so many things to do and the house was comfortable and the patio was so much fun! Plenty of utensils for cooking at home and the fridge fit all the groceries! Would definitely come back, such a fun weekend!!

We were there for week. My kids loved the pool with the slide! He had everything where we could cook meals each night. The bedrooms were comfy and cozy. The bathrooms where clean. Beautiful and homey house all around. Great for the family and pets. It was such a blast that week! Trey also a great host. Will be definitely staying here again when we can!

If you’re looking for a hassle free rental in PCB, look no further! Beautiful Condo… The pictures simply don’t do it justice and the view is STELLAR… It’s home away from home for sure! Super clean, well organized and the hosts are AMAZING!!! Truly worth every penny!

Karen was very friendly and gave clear instructions on what to do. She was very responsive. The home was very clean and spacious. It was very family and kid friendly. I would love to rent this place again.

Great place, easy walk to the beach, nothing fancy but quite comfortable with all necessary amenities and fenced backyard.

The backyard is like your very own personal paradise. even though the beach was right down the road, I enjoyed staying in our little private heavenly backyard. It was absolutely everything we needed. The neighborhood felt safe and family friendly. It was such an amazing thing to wake up Sunday morning and saw a little kid riding their bicycles down the street. Absolutely amazing!!!

Absolutely perfect stay! I can not say enough about this place!! My family had an amazing stay from check in to check out. Plenty of space, pictures don’t even do this house justice! So spacious, so many bathrooms, so much space! The stocked kitchen was nice and super convenient. The views….no words. We have stayed in Rosemary/Seagrove/Miramar/Destin area multiple times but the trade off for being directly on the beach was worth every single penny. The swim spa was so great too-we all enjoyed it! In the listing I must have missed any descriptions of beach chairs/toys/etc…but there were so many chairs and toys and it was yet one more pleasant surprise!! The area right behind the rental was so quiet and private. It was almost like we had a private beach. We watched dolphins and sea turtles, enjoyed local restaurants and thoroughly loved our week!! If you’re on the fence about this place-book it!! Smooth and easy-not one negative thing to say!!

I could not say enough about the place! It is exactly as described and more. Did not realize we were getting the amenities that came with this resort, so that was a huge bonus! It was super clean and I am picky! Beds are comfortable! Beach is super close and you can call a tram to transport you anywhere on the resort property. We loved that! Basketball and tennis literally right beside us. Lagoon pool is close but the pool right around the corner is less busy and relaxing. The communication was great, fast responses. We will be coming back and have already looked at other properties they own to see what else they have to offer bc we know we will get exactly what is described.

We liked everything, the apartment was well furnished, cozy. The territory is large, many pools. The beach is 10 minutes at a leisurely pace. The tram runs very often. The beach is large. There are many shops and restaurants nearby. The hostess is very responsive, immediately responds to requests. Thank you, Tonya, for our vacation.

Great place, good location, roomy for 2 bedroom, fully stocked for cooking. Only double check guard check in gives you correct unit number when checking in. we defenitely stay again.

The villas are nice and quiet and have their own little pool if you want stay close and float! Loved that we could pack our beach and pool stuff and the parking pass gets you in to the main amenities!

We used this beach house for a family vacation. There was plenty of room for everyone, and it is in a great location - steps from the beach! It's a lovely home and we had an amazing time!

We had a wonderful stay at Richard’s place! We were celebrating our son’s graduation with parents, siblings and grandparents. The location was perfect. The beds were comfy. The amenities were fantastic. We will be back!

Honestly, I felt mislead by the listing versus what we actually got. This is like a hotel. Not sure what Leavetown has to do with it , but you deal with margaritaville folks only. This set up is not what I prefer ; I like to deal with private owner homes and direct hosts. This was a hotel set up and that’s not what I wanted. They advertise your steps the beach from your backyard, but in fact only a few actually touch the beach. The other units are across a main road and inside a community. Don’t expect anything inside the house other than the absolute bare minimum? ( again think hotel set up - towels , soap , shampoo ). There are no personal touches , no games for kids etc. absolutely nothing in the kitchen except dishes so we couldn’t keep any food leftovers in Tupperware or cook anything ( zero spices , foil etc ). All that said , the home was pristine and clean , the bedding very comfy. Set up was great for families. Great home if you are looking for hotel type property

For a long weekend getaway this was the perfect place. Very cute decor and kitchen was well stocked with all the necessities. Short walk to the beach, pool and restaurant. Host provided tons of restaurant recommendations and was very friendly. We had a great time!
