Family-friendly vacation rentals in Louisville

Two words - dream home! Tassi & Larry were very responsive and made us feel right at home. I was in awe in every single moment of my stay. The place offers great views, a cozy environment, and the hosts are very friendly. 10/10 will be coming back to Idledale to catch a beautiful sunrise and sunset! To be honest, I did not feel like leaving, but that just goes to show that it is a wonderful place for your getaways! Tassi & Larry, I can't thank you enough for letting us stay at your wonderful home.

Joel was great! He sent a list of recommendations before we arrived. I wish we had more time to explore, but the backyard was perfect for us to hang out at. Very easy instructions for check in and check out. I’d definitely stay here again!

No words can express how cool this spot is - and Jim makes it 10x better. He goes out of the way - truly - to make your stay worth it. It’s my second time staying here and there’s a reason for that! The location, the accommodations, the fun/funky Colorado vibe - it’s all so so so good. You legit couldn’t ask for a better host!

Gorgeous cabin in a peaceful, beautiful area. We saw wildlife right from our bedroom window and enjoyed the peace and quiet in the hot tub. The apartment was cozy and had everything we needed. The local recommendations really helped. 30 mins from downtown Golden, 20 mins to Nederland, and 35 mins to Red Rocks.

We really fell in love with Ryan's home. The house is very comfortable and well stocked. Perfect for the five of us. We enjoyed the back yard, ate pizza on the front porch one night and found time to soak in the hot tub everyday. Thank you Ryan!

This was such a great place to stay! We loved the peacefulness and the beautiful scenery! The many car rides to and from different towns were unbearable - absolutely breathtaking views!

My family and I loved our time at Brenda’s place. It really felt like a home away from home. It was so neat to see all of the artifacts she had acquired from around the world and the backyard was so beautiful and peaceful. My kids loved the dart board and spa and were sad to leave. We’d love to come back again someday.

I stayed at this place because it was a mile from my daughter's home, whom I was visiting. So more than being very convenient the accommodations were perfect from the views to the comfort level it was everything I wanted. Kyle is first class. He was informative and professional but more than that has a warm heart and made me feel right at home. I will be returning often to Ned to visit my granddaughter, and this is the only place I will stay. I want to thank Kyle and his folks for making me feel so welcome.

A stay at Anne's is like stepping back through different layers of time. The house itself is old, a true authentic miner's mountain cabin! It felt like a stay at Grandma's - cozy, quiet, and antique - yet with modern amenities. A fully equipped kitchen for those seeking to cook. Most of our time was spent either outside in the beautiful and peaceful yard by the creek, or inside on the window bench seat. The bed was very comfortable too! We had two dogs with us, and they enjoyed it also. We tried out the hike nearby and it was perfect with how close it is to the cabin. To get a full understanding of what you are renting you should recognize this is not a commercial sanitized rental operated by a company! This is truly like staying at a grandparents cabin, with it's own quirks and charm. The previous reviews all do a good job describing the area and the house - windy roads, cyclists, nature, and all else that comes with a trip to the mountains of Boulder. We loved our stay!

Great deal! Perfect getaway with close access to Nederland. Loved the Sauna!! It was a nice relaxing oasis from the busyness of suburbia.

Overall, this was a 5+ stay. From the very beginning, James was responsive and timely. We arrived to find the house spotless, well lit, music playing, and exactly as described/pictured…. Maybe even better. The kitchen was well equipped, linens were spotless and ample, and the neighborhood was quiet. 25 is just behind, so there was some road noise at times, but it was minor and really only noticed it 1 night. The house is beautiful and perfect for a group of family and/or friends. We would love to stay there again.

This location was absolutely gorgeous! It was hard to tell where the actual entrance was because it was around the back, but besides that it was an absolutely amazing place to stay. Definitely considering coming back again soon!

Amy’s place was just as described, so close to the Flatirons and a really beautiful neighborhood!

Our stay at the industrial chic studio apartment was everything we could have wanted in a beautiful historic district of Boulder. For a small space, it was so well designed that it felt very roomy for two people and two small well-behaved dogs. Extremely comfortable bed. Exceptionally clean, quiet and simply decorated. No clutter at all like you have in some Airbnb rentals. Conveniently located two blocks from Pearl St Mall. Walkable neighborhood with June flowers and shrubs in full bloom. We'd like to stay here again.

Very nice and roomy. Keurig went out first morning and was replaced same day.

We loved staying at the Perch- one of the top airbnbs I’ve ever visited for so many reasons! So quiet and peaceful, extremely comfy beds, clean and “scent-free”, and of course Lynn’s kindness and hospitality- all 5+ stars. We loved hiking the trails that were so close to the house, and everything else around Boulder was close and easy to get to. We will be back!

We would absolutely stay at Pricilla's beautiful home again! It was very comfortable and relaxing. Light and bright, close to everything Boulder has to offer both walkable or a 5-10 minute drive. Priscilla was very responsive and helpful. We felt right at home and would love to go again.

Shanti and Eric's home felt like a real home that reflects the vibe of the city of Boulder and the artsy interests of the owners. Location walkable to CU Boulder was our reason for selecting this home and 3 bedrooms with 2 full baths to accommodate 5 adults. We enjoyed "Green Gate's" warm comforts like a gas fireplace in the main room, enough seating for a group on the comfy sectional, heated towel rack and a multi featured bidet in the master. The screened porch looked inviting for warmer lazy mornings. The setting is peaceful backing to a park and the greenway while connected well with public transportation. Eric and Shanti leave a detailed manual with everything we needed to know and helpful suggestions as well. While it is a pricey stay, Green Gate is a good value in the area for location and amenities. And was a better value than anything else I could find for these features. Stay here if you have the opportunity!

We rented Michael’s place for a month and really enjoyed it. It is very cozy, the propane stove is a nice touch. Micheal meets you on arrival and was very responsive throughout the rental, although we didn’t need much. The beds are comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped although kitchen furnishings could use some updating. The area is great, lots of places to walk, stores and restaurants. We will probably rent here again as it is around the corner from family. We recommend Michael’s place.

we did a girls trip and stayed 4 days. this was the most peaceful location. Meg and her family are amazing and super friendly. the animals on-site are the sweetest babies to have as a bonus. the location is great as you are 20 min drive to Denver. I loved the view and the total experience. I will definitely be staying again

The condo was very comfortable and conveniently located. The kitchen was spotless and well stocked. I would recommend!

We stayed with our 1.5 and 3 year old boys, had a very late night check-in but getting in with the instructions and putting everyone to bed was so easy and seamless. The big sectional was great for family snuggles, and the location was central to amenities and places to take kids. We hope to book again the next time we’re in the Denver area!

Our stay was great for our needs and short time in the Denver area. I would highly recommend Dean’s place if you are looking for a clean, safe, comfortable and affordable place to call home for a quick stay or a few nights. I have zero complaints. I especially appreciate the reasonable cost and convenience. No cleaning fee was a bonus! I think if I had my own Airbnb similar to Dean’s, I would also be willing to offer a great space for a realistic cost with realistic expectations. Thanks, Dean & family. If I am back in the Denver area again, I will gladly look you up 🙂

The house is in a quiet, beautiful neighborhood, yet convenient to CU Boulder. There were all amenities of home in the well stocked kitchen. The living spaces were nicely decorated. The rooms were comfortable and tidy. The backyard is an absolute gem, serene, beautifully maintained. We thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub. Lisi was most responsive and gave precise instructions for our stay. I would happily stay here again.
