Here, you can unwind in a natural and tranquil setting, enjoy a private shaded garden, have a barbecue, or even stop by to say hello to the donkey and horse grazing in the surrounding meadows. Many activities are available near the cottage, including wine tastings, canoeing, quad biking, and much more.

Nestling on the heights of a hill in the heart of nature, at the gateway to the Dordogne (4 km from the bastide town of Eymet), you will be charmed by this fully-equipped family gîte for 6 people (up to 8 on demand for an additional fee) , a restored tobacco barn from 1922. A beautiful private swimming pool, heated from May to September, awaits you, out of sight, with its equipped relaxation areas. Our house is adjacent to the gîte. Discover châteaux, bastides and local farmers' markets.

The covered 2m x 2m spa, suitable for 4–5 people and overlooking the countryside, is heated all year round. Everything is ready upon your arrival: beds are made, and towels (additional fee) Eymet, Bordeaux, St Emilion, Bergerac, vineyards and castles.

The house, at the end of a 150 m private driveway, is 2 km from the Bastide d'Eymet.

On the borders of the Dordogne and Gironde, our 70 m² house is an invitation to relax. An old 1950s wine cellar, it has been renovated to combine the authentic charm of stone with comfort and modern design. A true haven of peace, ideal for nature and wellness lovers. Spa: the modern bathroom includes an area with a two-seater spa, for moments of relaxation in complete privacy. Sauna: Immerse yourself in deep relaxation with the wooden sauna.
