Beautiful stay at Monsegur. Very private, peaceful stay with friendly locals. Julien is wonderful- nothing is too much bother and we visited his parents family run restaurant which was opposite the house and our favourite place to eat during our stay. Kids loved the pool and garden. Highly recommend.

Herve was a great host from booking to during our stay. He was informative, helpful, and super friendly. His house is beautiful, in a great location within the centre of Montflanquin. Just a minutes walk uphill to the square where some amazing restaurants are. The house had everything you needed. Plenty of crockery, cutlery, condiments, washing up facilities. Brilliant open dining/living area upstairs. Stairs are very steep, but we knew this beforehand. downstairs (ground level) is really spacious, plenty of hangers,wardrobe space. bathroom has a large area to store toiletries. would highly recommend Herve and his place. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Le Petit Cinq Ruffe. Caroline and Paul were excellent hosts and made us feel very welcome. Nothing was too much trouble. The property was lovely and met all our needs. The location was very rural and quiet; exactly what we had hoped for. The welcome included a lovely platter of local produce and delicious wine. We thoroughly enjoyed it! We would not hesitate to highly recommend this property.

A little corner of heaven to discover in a very beautiful region. The accommodation is very welcoming and comfortable, there are many advantages: impeccable bedding, a really functional kitchen, a superb quiet garden where you can recharge, an accessible open-air swimming pool and above all quality hosts, very welcoming and enthusiastic to give useful advice on this very beautiful region, passionate about history and very attentive. An ideal setting for a successful vacation.

We had a great weekend at Margaux's. The accommodation is perfectly in line with the photos: clean, well maintained and very pleasant to stay in. The spa, like the charming hut that houses it, is of high quality and invites you to relax. The garden, beautifully landscaped and well-kept, is a real little haven of peace… and what a pleasure to see the little chickens frolic freely! Margaux and her spouse are caring, responsive and available hosts. Communication was smooth from start to finish. The bed is very comfortable and the master suite is simply superb. Small downside: the proximity of a road axis brings a little noise, but this does not spoil the experience, as the place is pleasant. We'll be happy to go back! The apartment was exactly as it looked. It felt perfect for our stay and with very responsive hosts it made everything easy. Even with my engine blowing up on my car I was supported and advice given to allow me to get back to my destination after my stay. Could not recommend any higher if I tried.

Small apartment ideal for a couple or single person. Ideally located because Nérac, its city center, its alleys, its castle, its restaurants, its market, its walks along the Baïse are within walking distance. The accommodation is comfortable, clean, very well soundproofed and has a pleasant and spacious loggia. Another plus is the parking in the residence. The only small regret is that the bedroom window overlooks the corridors of the residence and, although there was little traffic (but we were neither in July nor in August), it would have been uncomfortable for me to leave the shutters and curtains open (I did and immediately closed everything). Except for this small downside (in return, the small main room is bright), it was a pleasure to spend a few nights there and I will gladly return to this accommodation offered by Laurent who is quick to answer any questions asked, is very kind and attentive.

We had a lovely stay. Accommodation as described, and very welcoming. Peaceful place to unwind, beautiful site and unlimited entertainment nearby at the end of the summer period. Responsive host and savvy tips that have allowed us to do more than we expected.

I booked this apartment for Freddy to have a mother-daughter weekend. We were seduced by the location on the edge of a cute little lake. The accommodation is located in a holiday village at the foot of the beautiful village of Monflanquin. Freddy lived up to his reputation as a "Super Host" by being very responsive, caring and accommodating. We were self-contained thanks to the key box system. The apartment was perfect! Facing the lake, clean and equipped with all the essentials for a pleasant stay. The bedding was comfortable, even the sofa bed. The memory foam pillows are very nice. The little extras like the espresso machine and the pods available, all the necessary cleaning products, tourist brochures, the complete explanatory booklet (wifi, sites to consult, instructions) were welcome. The garden table and chairs for the terrace as well. Really a well-deserved 5/5 because everything was thought out with intelligence and generosity.
