The kitchen is fully equipped with an adjoining living room (TV). Bathroom and separate toilet. Close to Valence d'Agen, Golfech, Agen, Toulouse (1 hour). Ideal for recharging your batteries in the heart of nature. We are surrounded by fields with a lake and a wood (10 ha), enough to go for a walk in the countryside directly from the accommodation.

On an equestrian property of 50 hectares, I offer 1 rental in a stone house of character with comfort, on the edge of a large body of water. A swimming pool is available for your use (not adjoining), it is shared between the tenants of the 3 summer vacation rentals.
