Farmstay vacation rentals in Lot-et-Garonne

The house is very beautiful, better than in the photos. We were 3 families with children and we had plenty of space. The calm and tranquility of the place is remarkable. The views are great. The location description is as per the listing. We found a small gift for our welcome.

Very good stay, the garden is beautiful and peaceful, the village is very cute 20 minutes from the Dordogne Valley. Jean Marie and Nicole are charming and hosted us very well.

Easy to find quiet location, in area with some of the most beautiful villages in France with Markets on every day in the surrounding area as well as superb Michelin restaurants using incredible local produce . Comfortable open plan property, modern facilities in traditional cottage, easy to operate and cosy wood pellet heater. Property less suited if very tall ( I’m 6’4”) due to beautiful but low beams. Parking is right next to property. Host very responsive on any request.

Thank you Arnauld for the welcome and ease of organization. The weather was not with us at all but we had a lovely weekend Pascal. With family 3 generations at 9 ds the large cottage. with ease but it was what we were looking for. we enjoyed the bubble spa at 37 in the rain and the sauna warmed up. The place is quiet, children can indeed go about their adventures without worry. The stove also delighted to play by the fire. great value for money!

Perfect house for a large extended family group. Cannot say enough about how amazing this house is. Beautiful outdoor and indoor space including tables large enough for big groups to dine. Kitchen very well equipped. Utility room with pool towels, washing machine etc. We had some excellent weather and spent lots of time around the pool. Outdoor space including pool area truly excellent with inflatables, sun chairs, patio, gardens etc. Enough bedrooms for many guests, quiet, good Aircon if needed, versatile accomodation. The games room was a big hit on a rainy day! Food: All Monsegur- Salle a Manger excellent dinner for large groups. Chocolatine - local amazing bakery Local market (Friday AM) for local quality produce Activities - The Naked Vingeron; wine tasting and tour of the vineyard (English) Amanda and David were excellent hosts. Also Des-chênes-toi Aventure Adventure Park which is 5 mins drive and absolutely incredible! Overall such a special stay, thank you!

Charming cottage in a bucolic green setting. Pleasant walk after dinner in the evening, from the cottage, to Lake Lourbet, Friday morning market in Sainte-Livrade-Sur-Lot, and Terra Aventura (circuits with caches) very nice in Saint Pastour and also Gontaud-de-Nogaret. On site, the petanque court as well as the pool are a real plus. This cottage is great for a cousinade of 11 people.

we stayed for a week in April with the three of us. We were the only guests but had a wonderfully quiet week. The house was beautiful, modern, robust with everything we needed.

Lovely house! Absolute calm makes it a perfect place to relax. Everything is done to make you feel at home as soon as we arrive, and you really don't want to leave! The surrounding villages are absolutely charming, and their inhabitants too. A big thank you to Maire-Noelle for hosting us and for her availability!!

Great modern house with all the comforts. It seemed difficult to find in advance, but was very easy to find afterwards. Pool not used (too cold). The host had prepared delicious breakfast and dinner (for a fee). The horses in the meadow around the house as well as the tranquility and the view the valley in amazing. Everything fenced for the dog. Sitting outside under the canopy with a blanket with welcome drink and snack :D We have plans to go in November instead of 2 nights, a week...

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Le Petit Cinq Ruffe. Caroline and Paul were excellent hosts and made us feel very welcome. Nothing was too much trouble. The property was lovely and met all our needs. The location was very rural and quiet; exactly what we had hoped for. The welcome included a lovely platter of local produce and delicious wine. We thoroughly enjoyed it! We would not hesitate to highly recommend this property.

We stayed 3 wonderful months in Veronique’s house. We had our two small dogs with us and the yard was securely fenced and safe for them. The house is in a vineyard and Guilherme (Veronique’s son) frequently came to tend his vines. Guilherme is a charming young man and we looked forward to seeing him and chatting with him. Guilherme respected our privacy but we always went out to chat with him if we saw him. He also was quick to respond to any questions we had and he is a good source of information about the area. The house is stylishly decorated and has nice new furniture and beds all of which are comfortable. The kitchen is fully equipped. We have stayed in many rental houses for the past 8 months as we first drove across the US and then moved to France. Veronique’s house was by far the best house that we rented. So many houses had broken down uncomfortable furniture. We will cherish the good memories we have of staying in Veronique’s house! Thank you, Veronique!

Peaceful stay in very beautiful location.

This beautiful Gite was perfect for us. We loved the peaceful location, the well kept grounds and the beautiful pool area which we only sometimes shared with the 2 occupants of the smaller gite. Often, we had it to ourselves. Chris and Debbie were really lovely and helpful with lots of recommendations- from markets to local restaurants. They set up a private chat group when we arrived so they could be on call if required and pass on any useful information. Debbie arrived at our door one day as we headed out for a trip with a cool box, which was a lovely gesture . On another day, she arrived at the pool with a jug of chilled sangria. Their lovely friendliness contributed to our enjoyment of this property. As someone who is often a gourmet buffet for local insect life, the mosquito nets over the beds were very welcome. Our girls loved the grounds, including the swing next to the gite, although the pool made it for them. We would happily recommend it to everyone we know.

Excellent stay a very nice house, a beautiful pool in a great environment and a room dedicated to billiards ping pong darts. We will definitely be returning next year. A huge thank you to Chrissy for hosting us and for his kindness.

Wow, what a beautiful house and setting, my husband and I loved our stay. We particularly enjoyed the hot tub and pool along with the privacy and peacefulness. The house is in such a great location, lots of nice walks from the house, we enjoyed our picnic at the lake, a 5 min walk. Eymet and other pretty towns a very short drive away, with cafes, restaurants, vineyards and things to do. I would recommend for couples and families. We have already booked again for next year!

This is one of the most wonderful places we have ever stayed. The mill tower is a pleasure to be in. There are a few similar old mills dotted around the countryside, some derelict, and I’m really pleased this has been sensitively restored. We were looking for a quiet, warm place for a ‘baby moon’; this was ideal. Hire bikes and explore the area, the paths around are lovely. We enjoyed taking things slower here. You will probably need a car here, there didn’t seem to be public transport. But, you’re very close to Bergerac - we flew here direct and got an easy car. Wish I was still sitting outside the mills as I write this. Great wine and food all nearby.

We had a fantastic family vacation and enjoyed the absolutely beautiful home, views and great amenities. The children especially enjoyed the swimming pool while the adults enjoyed the hot tub and beautiful views. We had everything we needed and the house was spacious and perfectly clean and comfortable. Highly recommend!!

We had a very nice stay with Sofie and Irm. After a long drive, we arrived very late at night, in the dark. Nevertheless, we were received with great kindness by Sofie and we immediately saw: this is a beautiful place. The gite has all the comforts, is super clean and very nicely decorated. The grounds are very large, beautiful and definitely worth exploring. Monpazier is within walking distance with many good restaurants. Sofie and Irm are very sweet hosts. They are always up for a chat, give valuable tips, and gave us fresh eggs every few days. You can really see that they enjoy hosting guests and making them feel comfortable. We had a pleasant weekend at Noëlla's. Warm welcome, impeccable accommodation, peaceful environment. Everything is there. The spa facing the vineyards and the forest relaxed us after our bike ride, and the excellent pizzas reinvigorated us :) We will be happy to come back alone or accompanied. Our daughters loved the common area and they did their own thing without any stress for us!
