House vacation rentals in Losone

We had a very delightful and relaxing stay at Hannes’s beautiful home overlooking gorgeous Lago Maggiore. Swimming in their pool was a definite highlight and was a refreshing treat during the hot days. The home is very well-appointed and comfortable. The gracious outdoor seating and mature plantings were lovely. Hannes and his family left very clear and friendly instructions about our stay and info about the surrounding area. Everything was thought out very well. Everyone we encountered in the surrounding towns was warm and welcoming. The nature is breathtaking. Thank you for sharing your piece of heaven with us. We had an uplifting and joyous visit! It’s a special place and clearly a lovely family!

We spent very nice and relaxing days in Casa Medusa. Hostess Giada was extremely friendly and helpful. The place was very clean, the decor very nice and you felt very comfortable very quickly. We will be happy to come back!

We had a great stay. The house was very comfortable with a beautiful view. The pool is shared but we never met someone else. You can "hike" down to the lake, there is a nice footpath just behind the house. I would recommend booking this lovely place only if you have a car.

This home was honestly such a dream! The host was easy to work with and provided a very helpful video for check in. The parking lot/suitable drop off point for a driver is a bit of a distance from the house, on a cobblestone walkway with stairs along the way. It was a lot of work to get my luggage to the house but SO WORTH IT! It’s absolutely gorgeous and as pictured. The outdoor areas are all stunning and lush - I loved sitting outside for coffee, breakfast, and watching the sunset in the evenings (but bring bug spray)! It rained most of my stay so I didn’t use the jacuzzi or outdoor shower much, but they were functional (I checked) and looked lovely. The ferry station and bus stops are about a 5 min walk away and a local market around 3 minutes away. The couple that owns the store was so sweet! I walked to 3 different restaurants nearby for dinner. They were within 3-15 minutes walking distance and wonderful food! This will absolutely be my first choice for a future Lake Como stay!

Access on the day of arrival was super uncomplicated and very easy. Then take the elevator directly to the terrace and therefore absolutely no tinkering when lugging suitcases. The view is out of this world! Such a panoramic view is very rare on Lake Maggiore. That alone is worth the money! The place was very clean, from linens, kitchen to bathrooms, all tiptpop! A heated pool with also fantastic views of the Lago and Isola Brissago... Just a dream... We will definitely be back....

Great place with enchanting views. Beautiful pool and absolutely homely pergola and BBQ. Beds are fresh and comfortable. Clean and tidy. Even has games on site in case it rains or is cold.

Super location in a quiet location with brilliant views of Lake Maggiore and surroundings. Very nice house with very good amenities, nothing was missing. We felt very comfortable in the two weeks from the beginning. The view is famos, with good visibility you can see the Monte Rosa massif in the distance. A magically beautiful place in the Centovalli. The rustic house is furnished with a lot of love for detail and welcomes you with the charm of an old Ticino farmhouse from 1791. Communication with Stefano worked very well. Thank you for this wonderful week.

We spent 2 weeks in the lovely vacation home of Jenny and Ivan. In a quiet village at the top of the mountain. A road with beautiful hairpin bends to the top. Beautiful and green area with beautiful views. The house is large with 3 floors. A nice large kitchen with everything you need to cook. 2 pallet stoves that warm the house wonderfully when it is cooler in the evening. 2 large terraces with mountain views and terrace downstairs. We slept wonderfully and enjoyed the tranquility and beautiful surroundings. Thank you Jenny&Ivan, you are great hosts

Sandra is a super friendly, courteous and helpful host who can be reached at any time. There was even a dog bowl filled with water ready for us on arrival. The apartment itself and the location are first class. The view of the lake from the apartment and also from the terrace are unique. Access to the second apartment in the house was cut off so that no one could walk past the terrace. This point was criticized in another review, but no longer applies. It is very private. The apartment and Sandra as a host are highly recommended. We will be happy to come back.

This was the most unusual lodging I've ever been in on a road trip The house had everything I needed and more. My favorite spot is the upper terrace. I was lucky enough to spend a few evenings there, processing all the content for the day to the sound of birdsong. It's not easy to get here, but it's worth it. When you open the door of this house, it's like stepping into a fairy tale. Unforgettable experience, thank you!

We had a very nice stay in this very charming place with its own character. The lake and mountain views from the balcony are unique. Hiking trails start right behind the house - perfect for unwinding and relaxing. The property itself is very well equipped, everything necessary was available. Also, you don't have to starve on the first day after arrival, as the pantry was still well filled with pasta, pesto, olive oil, etc. That made the arrival very pleasant. We will be happy to come back.

Amazing house in the middle of a paradise! We loved every second of our weekend and would recommend this place if you want to relax and recharge from the chaos of the everyday life. The house was clean and has everything you need.

Enjoyed the tranquility and beauty of this place for four days. Everything spotless - and with all amenities. House sits in a private park with a couple of other houses. True paradise - we would love to come again. You can walk down to the lago - though ended up taking the car most of the time to get to restaurants. A couple of very nice ones in the area - Riva/Shaka (beach club vibe), Osteria Vairano (magnificent view), Rodolfo (excellent local cuisine)

Tucked into the stunning Verzasca Valley, this cozy stay was a peaceful gem. The views were incredible, and the room was spotless and comfy. We were only there for one night, but it left a lasting impression—would happily return!

We were in Locarno for a women's weekend and are thrilled with our stay. The house was very clean, perfectly equipped, we felt very comfortable. With two seats you always have sun if you want. The location is great, quiet but very close (on foot) to Piazza Grande, the Lido, the lake and the public transport stops. The hostess was very nice, flexible, and you can feel that this house is a matter of heart. We will be happy to come back! 🩷

great rustico in avegno - beautiful garden and super well equipped! there are several nice grottos in walking distance, and the maggia valley is so beautiful to explore. can really recommend to stay with ulrike!

Everything is fine as described and in the photos. Best to reach in 10 minutes from the bus station. Beautiful historic building with stylish décor.
