A mini-small studio that has everything you need to be happy in the smallest of spaces. If you want to spend your Ticino vacation independently and cheaply, this is the place. An ideal starting point to discover Ticino. Lake Maggiore at your feet, the valleys and the centers (Locarno, Bellinzona and Lugano) are also easily accessible by public transport. The markets in Italy are also easily accessible by car or public transport. In winter and during the cool season, I recommend the studio for one person only!

My apartment belongs to Ronco and has a magnificent view over Lake Maggiore. Distance to the village of Ronco: 10 minutes on foot. The "Cimitero" (cemetery) bus stop is 50 meters from the entrance. Ronco (353 m above sea level) has 700 inhabitants and 4 restaurants. Distance to Ascona: 15 minutes by car. The apartment was completed in 2016. It is small (28 square meters) but nice (all new high-quality equipment). This apartment is a non-smoking apartment.

From here, in a few moments by bike, you can reach Locarno with its famous Piazza or the lakefront of Ascona, where you can enjoy aperitifs and dinners.

A magically beautiful place in the Centovalli. The rustic house is furnished with a lot of love for detail and welcomes you with the charm of an old Ticino farmhouse from 1791. Communication with Stefano worked very well. Thank you for this wonderful week.

Great place, much better live than on fotos and I guess it was professionally designed. The second floor in the living room is super cool for a family (now we want the same) :) Also the kitchen is super packed (even with normal coffee maker :) The only small thing - I hope the host will include info about taxes in the advertisement or the price, like it is done for the car parking. So you don’t expect any additional fees :) Apart of that - fantastic location, great place, we have not experienced any noise issues while sleeping. Ah and inner garden has a rabbit:)

Claudio and Annina were very helpful and communication was excellent. We were greeted with a local, very tasty honey! The described accommodation, a beautiful tower house from the 18th century, renovated in detail with a lot of love and passion, leaves nothing to be desired. Very cozy, functional and converted and furnished with a lot of taste. The amenities are above average. In short: a little paradise. Thanks to the very central location of the accommodation, we were able to start our excursions on foot, by bike, train or bus. Conclusion: Best hosts and accommodation!

Our stay at Erich's was just wonderful and very relaxing. Erich is an all-around great host and has created an oasis here that is unparalleled. We felt comfortable from the beginning in his cozy, beautiful and lovingly furnished apartment. Nothing was missing; the kitchen is perfectly equipped and very generous. From the apartment and the terraces you have a beautiful view of the lake and the surrounding mountains. On the two seats and in the garden, there are various, cozy seating areas for reading, eating and dreaming. The house is surrounded by flowers, herb and vegetable gardens, which Erich has lovingly laid out and maintains. In summary: a place to relax and enjoy in absolute tranquility. Thanks Erich for having us! Looking forward to seeing you again.
