It's very light and sunny. 2 double bedrooms, living-dining room, open kitchen with GS, coffee machine & microwave. Single garage, laundry room, indoor pool & sauna. 5-10 min. to the lake. The residence is suitable for 4 people. Unfortunately it is not suitable for young children. Dogs allowed (they are not allowed on the bed & sofa, nor left alone in the apartment)

Located at the end of an 80-step staircase (see pictures - fitness program included :-)), you have an unobstructed view of nature, the lake and Ascona from every room, pool and garden seating area. The house is rented to a maximum of 4 adults and up to 3 children. Pool season from May - September.
