Maria's apt. is lovely. We stayed for a week in June with our 3 teenage boys. Plenty space for the 5 of us. Beautiful, large terrace, shady in the hot afternoons perfect for a snooze on the wooden loungers or the hammock(13 yr old didn't leave it!) Lovely pool, most days we had it to ourselves! Apt is well placed, near old town, the harbour and beach, all within easy walking distance. Maria is a wonderful host. ..Waiting for us when we arrived, with a warm welcome and lots of local advice on restaurants and places to visit. We all enjoyed our stay in beautiful Denia and will surely return.

John and Tatiana’s lovely oasis is exactly that, a beautiful retreat that combines the convenience of a city with the peace of the ocean. We enjoyed our stay very much, the apartment is centrally located and pristine. The construction nearby that did not impede any of our views or cause loud noises. We had a few minor issues that were quickly remedied by John and Tatiana. Would definitely stay there again

Small flat in a good location. Close to beaches. Close to either promenade. Many restaurants. Small grocery store very close. Bus stop to central Calpe or tram station very close. Very well equipped kitchen. Nice touch with spices, oil, vinegar, etc.

It’s a good location for cycling. High up a hill so amazing views of the valley. Discovered some trail routes just behind Porto de Orba. We didn’t eat out in the evening. A 25 minute drive to Denia beach. Good shopping at La Marina centre with many familiar shops.

It is worth to say that the view is nothing less than stunning!! The apartment met our expectations. Location is great with all amenities at walking distance. We had a great time and will comeback! Pepe y Vero are lovely couple, very helpful and proactive. They wanted to make sure we experienced the best Alicante has to offer. Thank you and see you next time!

The apartment is new , spacious and very well equipped for a very nice family holiday to visit and discover the area. The terrace with sea view is a major asset, you get lulled by the sound of the waves nearby. Its location is ideal, great location for me. For those who love the beach it is a few meters from the residence. Vannessa is very very professional, all the information she shared with me was very useful to me both on the details of the rental and on the beautiful things to do in the area. The large pool and SPA area were at our disposal even late, a real pleasure for children. The place and Vannessa for her seriousness are to be recommended. Looking forward to seeing you again.

We had a fantastic week in the villa, 4 adults and 2 children (aged 6 and 1.5). The villa is brilliantly equipped, plenty of seating areas and the pool is great. Beautiful views and very private without being overlooked. Great location for exploring the surrounding areas. The beds were very comfortable and the villa had all the amenities you could need. The hosts were very responsive and helpful. AC in the bedrooms is great, but worth noting (as we hadn’t picked up on it) that there is no AC in the communal area. It was very hot during our stay (early August) which meant it was very warm in the lounge and kitchen without AC, it didn’t seem to bother the children and we BBQ’d and spent most of our evenings outside so we managed, but we wouldn’t have wanted to sit inside for very long. All in all a fantastic week and we wouldn’t hesitate to re-book. Thank you very much to Javea Holiday Rentals for making everything so easy.

Clear video and instructions to find the apartment. Furthermore, the apartment was neat and clean, well tidied up. Located in a quiet area, supermarket, restaurants and the sea is all very close. Upon arrival, I did miss some basic hygiene things like a toilet roll and a little hand soap. Everything else was fine!

We loved our stay at this location and will come again ! The views of the beach are fabulous and the apartment very very clean.The area felt very safe and was very quiet . Bruno was so helpful and available to answer questions and kindly provided us with directions to the grocery store, and restaurant options. The use of whats app communication was appreciated Our flight was delayed and Bruno accommodated our later check in which we appreciated The apartment has everything you need and we cooked for the week while there which was perfect for us. We had everything we needed to make some fabulous meals. It was lovely to find champagne in the fridge for Valentines day as an extra bonus :):) Very thoughtful Bruno Beds are very comfortable, linens spotless, shower excellent and lots of space in the apartment and amazing views Bruno was so warm and welcoming and helpful and my husband loved practicing his spanish with him We would highly recommend this location to others . Thank you

We stayed in this beautiful little house during Christmas, and we really loved it. It has a huge terrace perfect for a barbecue, or just having a coffee while you sunbathe. In summer it must be amazing with the pool and hammocks. The rooms are very large and spacious, and the bathrooms are very good, everything is new (there was even a toilet with a bidet, something we loved). The host was a super friendly and helpful person, and was attentive to whether we needed anything, but at the same time gave us our space and the privacy we were looking for. Without a doubt, I would go back to this accommodation without thinking, we had a wonderful vacation

The contact is directly with the owner, which I found something excellent. She always had a quick response and was available for anything we needed. It's a villa that you go and find what you see in the photos, and even more! It's a beauty...they've put grass in the pool area and that's great for babies! There's also a good parasol by the grill, perfect for this summer sun. The floors are independent and communicated by the external stairs. It has quite a few bedrooms and beds. We were 12 adults, 3 children and 2 babies. Total comfort. Do not pass any heat, the villa has air conditioning in its rooms and the lower floor is super cool as well. Mercadona 11 min by car. Great! The owner: professional, communicative and excellent in every detail.Eso is assured!! We are delighted with the way we were treated and everything. We'll be back!

Kristina’s property was absolutely stunning! the photos didn’t do it justice, we were in shock we found such a nice place. Very spacious and modern in a much more quite part that over looked Benidorm, which was ideal for us. A taxi to the main centre was only about 15 euros but was lovely not being so close, plenty of nice bars and restaurants that are more used by locals close by along with some shops. We were met by Miguel on arrival, he was very friendly and showed us round and made us feel comfortable, was also very quick to reply. Would 100% stay there again.

This is our first time staying on an Airbnb and we can say that we were very comfortable, the apartment meets expectations, it is very clean, the beds are comfortable and the sheets and towels are perfect. Antonio was aware of everything, his recommendations were accurate and the treatment and kindness was exquisite. The apartment is spacious and perfect for four people, although on this occasion there were only three of us. Finestrat is a town that is very good but the best thing is that in 13 minutes you are in Benidorm and in its fabulous Poniente beach as well as it is also close to other places of interest. We are very grateful to Antonio for collaborating in that our days of disconnection from the routine have been so good. If we come back to the area, no doubt we will repeat.

This villa is stunning, as is the location. There was so much outside space, the mountain walls are beautiful and the sea is near enough on the doorstep. We went in November and there was only one restaurant open which closed mid afternoon, however taxis to the town weren’t too expensive so I’d didn’t cause a problem and was worth this to stay in such a beautiful home and surroundings. Gema was extremely friendly and helpful and very accommodating and was always quick to reply when contacted. Highly recommend.

We totally loved staying here …. so comfy, lovely welcome bundle of oranges, oil, crisps and wine when we arrived. Juan there when we arrived and showed us everything. Both Juan and Rosa very attentive to our needs and prompt action. We definitely want to come back.

We had a great time at Gregoria's apartment. Very quiet with amenities and space suitable for us. Everything was very tidy and the apartment was very well equipped (kitchen, living room...). Also, she was always accessible for any questions or issues we might have (that there weren't). I would highly recommend their place to future guests.

The house is great as seen, everything is very well cared for and some newly renovated areas. The house is in an urbanization 10 minutes from Javea with beaches and areas of interest. It has space pa to leave two cars and park well outside. The pool area and very way barbecue, also the playground area for children with grass area. The kitchen is very good and has almost everything, the living room is true that it does not have air conditioning but the area and spaces do not make it indispensable either. In the rooms yes there, what I don't remember if in all. There are 3 bedrooms and a shared area with sofa bed and 3 bathrooms. The 3 rooms are very good and very spacious. By taking out a but, the sofa bed area is in the pass area upstairs but has a bathroom. And another small inconvenience is that the two rooms below share one's private bathroom. This issue of distribution is the only drawback, but for a few days nothing happens. Gabriela is charming and predisposed.
