Vacation rentals with lake access in London Borough of Merton

Absolutley loved our stay here, the hosts communication is great and the house is just as described. Would definitley come back in the future!

The house is stunning - beautiful, spacious, private and quiet. Frederika was friendly, extremely helpful and responsive. There were very clear instructions on how to access and leave the property. Plenty of space and lovely decorations for a family Christmas gathering. The garden is lovely and the area is great for walks. Thank you for a great stay!

We had the most marvelous stay at Frida’s place. Far enough away from the center of London to feel like you’re in the country, but close enough to just get on a bus right outside and be in the center of things in 25 minutes. There were three of us and the bedrooms are far enough apart from each other that you can be away from the other people in the house very easily, but commune when you want to. We cooked a lot. The kitchen was great. Used the downstairs outside space a lot to have coffee or to talk or to have beautiful dinner …gorgeous roses right there helped make the atmosphere beautiful. The location of this house is so perfect .. you walk literally three steps and you are at the bus stop. There are a number of different buses that stop there so you can get pretty much anywhere. The tube is about a 12 minute walk and that’s not far. We had a couple of small issues with the hot water, but Frida responded immediately and things were taken care of. I would stay here again !!

Vaida's place was as described. It was very clean, well furnished and quiet. Check-in was a breeze. Vaida was very responsive and turned around any request for assistance very quickly.. We felt right at home. The house is close to the Excel and London City Airport. I will stay here again and definitely recommend it to others.

Our family of three had an exceptional stay at Lynn’s. The location next to Regent’s Park AND minutes walk to Baker Street stop ideal. The Mews is so quiet you would never know you were staying in Central London. Lynn communicated all our need to knows and quickly responded to queries. It is a home away from home and will book again. Highly recommend!

We enjoyed our stay at the Lake House. The kitchen was well stocked and the private outdoor space made meals feel special. We would definitely come back again.

The home is exactly as the description and photos suggest. The location is a very peaceful and private location in a lovely area not far from an array of restaurants, takeaways and transport directly into London. The home is spacious, clean and all the amenities you could need. Phil is a great host and very responsive. Will certainly be staying there again.

Alles war absolut unkompliziert und reibungslos! Der Check-in hat noch am selben Tag problemlos geklappt, und die Kommunikation war schnell und freundlich. Die Unterkunft entsprach genau der Beschreibung – sauber, gut ausgestattet und gemütlich. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Klare Weiterempfehlung!

Great place to stay in central London. Quiet and safe too. Very clean and the view across the waters to central London was jaw dropping.

The place was really nice and the urbistay team were so nice and helpful! We had some problems that lead us to arriving after the check-in time but they were so understanding and helped us check-in in another way! The apartment was also very clean and pretty!

The only negative about this b-n-b was the washer/dryer, which did not dry your clothes and the neighbors who were smoking weed and partying every night. Don't know if they lived there or were visiting but it was very loud and the hallway stunk. On the other hand, Zana was the perfect hostess and the view was outstanding. It was close to the tube and the Battlesea Station which had fabulous places to eat and shop. It was a beautiful restoration of a historical site. Would definitely stay here again but, if the neighbors were the same, we would definitely be having a conversation with them next time!

We had a wonderful, relaxing and peaceful time. We did have a car which made it easy to get places from here. However, there are some pubs near by to stroll to. Arthur was easy to communicate with and provided clear instructions on how to find the accommodation. Thank you for a great stay :)

A descent place, free street parking and perfect for those who aren’t going that much in to the city centre. Close to Elizabeth line (with bus), which makes it easy to come from anywhere. There’s also a few local pubs and restaurants in near vicinity only requiring five minutes by car. The flat it self were also just what we needed. It were tidy and nice, with all facilities one needs.

We had a lovely stay at Debi’s property. We didn’t know it was so close to the Runnymede memorial trail which quickly became our daily routine. Debi was quick to respond with our questions. Wonderful stay.

Kate was a great host, very responsive and flexible. A quirky place set in an idyllic setting. Ollie the cat was easy to look after. Great stay, recommended.

Denise goes above and beyond to make your stay comfortable. Her cottage is serene and well-appointed. The dog and other animals are friendly. It’s a bit like home away from home. So grateful for her help in getting oriented and settled.

We hebben een heerlijke tijd gehad in de mooie cottage van Mooi. Echt tot rust komen na de drukte in Londen City. Het huis is voorzien van alles wat je nodig hebt. Wij hadden prachtig weer en dan is het heerlijk om in de tuin te ontbijten. Het bos naast de deur is een pre! Mooi is betrokken en goed bereikbaar als dat nodig is. We komen heel graag nog eens terug!

Beautiful, relaxing and calm space. Perfect to recharge the batteries and have some special and rare time with my bestie. Very tastefully decorated and super clean and fresh. I want to live in this little barn :-)
