**Amazing Stay! Highly Recommend.** I had a wonderful stay at Esther's place. The house was clean, cozy, and exactly as described in the listing. The location was perfect—close to Morden station, and the neighborhood was peaceful and welcoming. I especially appreciated the thoughtful touches, fresh towels, welcome snacks, or Esther was incredibly responsive and made the check-in process seamless. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay!

This was my third stay at Suzanne’s and she is very accommodating, and the room is as described and very nicely decorated. The room has everything you need and more and I will definitely reach out to her Suzanne next time I am in London if it is available.

This was my second stay at Bahia's place. Very lovely to stay here again - the room is amazing, and having the balcony is great - I had my dinner out there in the evening sun, and my morning cup of tea as well. It's a superb space! The sky was beautiful! Bahia is the perfect host - so helpful with everything that I might need. I really enjoy staying here. To you, Bahia - I loved being able to spend a bit of time with you in the garden. To other Airbnb people - I would highly recommend staying here!

Amazing stay! Very nice room and bathroom, and they were so kind to let us use their kitchen and ample access to tea bags.

We loved our stay here! Sarah and Simon are very sweet hosts and they had lots of good tips for exploring the area. The room was absolutely lovely and very clean. You have easy access to public transport and can also take beautiful walks through the leafy park. We will be staying here again when we return to London in the future!

Josephine and her son were really welcoming. She shared a lot of useful information for my travels and looked after me during my stay. She also gave me some enough privacy. I'm really enjoying my time here.

We were super comfortable, we had everything we needed and it was very clean. Kathryn left restaurant suggestions and we really enjoyed our meal at Bobochacha. Would definitely recommend.

This Airbnb was fantastic! The location was perfect for exploring the city, with easy access to public transportation with the tram and bus being less than a 5 minute walk. Wael recommended great restaurants nearby. The apartment looked exactly like the photos – clean, stylish, and well-maintained. I had a comfortable and enjoyable stay, and would definitely book again. The team was attentive and quickly answered any questions that we had. Would stay again. Having two bathrooms was a plus for me!

100% recommend this apartment. It’s very spacious. Heaps of natural light. And very well set up for families. We had everything we needed and we felt like we lived in London for a week. 14 min walk to the station. We just loved it. We also had stunning weather and fresh air from the apartment - simply very very comfortable. Great communicative hosts also. Very very easy check in. Our kids love it too.

Outstanding Host! My experience with Joana was exceptional from start to finish. She went above and beyond to ensure everything went smoothly for my parents’ stay. Communication was clear, prompt, and thoughtful — she was always available to answer questions, assist with parking arrangements. She helped us sort out parking permits and payment issues with patience and kindness, which really made things less stressful during a busy wedding trip. Joana’s attention to detail, like letting my parents use her kitchen spices, truly reflected her care as a host. Her flat was perfect, and her warm, proactive communication gave us so much peace of mind. Highly recommend Joana to anyone looking for a host who genuinely cares about her guests!

It is just 7-10 mins walk to the tube and overground train stations. Lots of places to dine and fresh, tasty coffee spots. Very lovely neighborhood. Thank you again!

Our stay at Theresa’s was delightful. The space was clean, compact, and thoughtfully organized, perfect for our needs. Despite the summer heat, the efficient fan kept us comfortable, and we enjoyed the cool breeze created by the open windows. Each morning, we were greeted by a chorus of parakeets from the nearby park, adding a lively touch to our stay. The charm of the meandering river nearby enhanced our experience, inviting peaceful walks. Overall, it was a wonderfully refreshing couple of days in London, and we appreciated the care put into the accommodation. Highly recommend!

Really enjoy our stay, gutted I got the check out date wrong as we wanted to stay longer it was so nice, we felt so at home and I got to spend Christmas with both my girls and my family because I was able to secure this place in London so Im forever grateful to Penelope and even her patience and understanding at the end. Had a lovely stay at Luke's place - just a short walk from the station. The apartment was clean, well-equipped, and had everything I needed. Highly recommend!

I stayed for 3 nights in late Jan and I couldn’t fault the place in terms of its style, amenities and cleanliness. The location is very close to bus train and tube and so if your choice of location in London is South West, then this is a great choice!

We had an amazing stay at Julia’s little studio. Everything as described and Julia goes above and beyond and will certainly be coming back.

I’ve enjoyed very much staying at her beautiful little Den. Everything is decorated finely amd with a lot of attention including the little garden! Beautiful parks such as the Rookery gardens and Tooting Commons are right next door to explore and neighbours friendly. Parking in the nearby streets is though not free anymore;-)

Spent 3 nights at Simon’s place, and can’t fault it. Great location to get into centre of London, tube station just down the road. Accommodation itself was spacious, clean, modern and exactly as advertised. Simon was always quick to reply to any questions and although this was only via messages he came across as friendly and helpful Would highly recommend.
