Vacation rentals with a patio in London Borough of Merton

Just a short walk from two very connected underground stations, the apartment was easy to find and, as the photos show, wonderfully and tastefully decorated. Two things I often find that let places down are the shower and the bed - Chris’ apartment had both a fantastic shower and a super comfortable bed. We also managed to take some great photos on the home too. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking for a stylish stay within close proximity to the main attractions London has to offer.

Sami’s place was ideal for our visit to London where we were seeing friends locally. Close to the tube and to lots of local amenities. The property is well maintained with a lovely lounge and dining space, ideal for nights in. The bedrooms are spacious and comfy. Would recommend if looking to explore south-west London, although is only a short tube to the centre as well.

Thomas was great as a host and we loved his place. Definitely recommend staying here if you are in Morden

Lovely studio walking distance to river, coffee shops, local supermarkets. Lovely green to sit and have a drink. Station within 5 minutes walk to London or Windsor (which is 5 minutes on train) easier than parking. 15 minutes to Heathrow. Immaculate and clean

Modern, well appointed, comfortable apartment. Immediate area not so great but within a 10 min walk to nice neighbourhoods with cafes etc as well as the tube and 15 minutes on foot to the lovely wimbledon park. Wifi a bit weak if planning to wfh. Ana answered all questions almost immediately and was very helpful. Nice towels, bedlinen, toiletries and kitchen essentials (but no toaster). Allocated off-street secure parking was very convenient.

Staying at Richard’s home was a delight! The neighborhood was quiet and cute with a Sainbury’s Local just a 3 minute walk away. It was easy to catch the bus (2 minutes away) and a 20 minute walk to the tube. Richard was specific in his directions for getting in and out of the flat and his home is so beautiful and clean. I felt right at home. This is the perfect place for anyone who is comfortable riding public transit or has a car. Richard could not have been more accommodating or kind. I would definitely stay there again!

My sister and I stayed here for a week. The house was lovely and such a quaint place tucked in Balham. The train station was an easy walk and many very good restaurants within walking distance as-well. Ellie was very easy to get in contact with and responsive if we needed anything. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a place in London to stay.

Beautiful flat - clean, comfortable, and with everything we needed. Easy access to central London, whilst being peaceful and enjoying pleasant outdoor space and off-road parking. The lovely shady patio was a real bonus in the hot weather.

What a find! We have just spent 3 blissful nights at The Annexe and totally felt at home from the moment we arrived. The accommodation is exactly as depicted and had everything we needed. It is spotlessly clean (and I am hard to please here!), beautifully presented and extremely comfortable. We appreciated the little extras that Laura provided, all of which were well thought out and extremely handy if you happened to forget something essential. The location is fabulous and a very short walk to the lovely streets brimming with restaurants, coffee shops and cute, small retailers. Links to central London are on the doorstep too, with the rail station a very short walk away. An added bonus is the extremely pretty terrace, again well equipped, very private and beautifully lit at night. Laura and Robert were so warm, helpful and it was a privilege to have met them (and their beautiful, friendly, Golden Retriever). We didn’t want to leave and are already planning our return. Thank you both!

An absolute gem!! I absolutely loved my stay! I would highly recommend!! Great host with lighting quick responses! The house was immaculate and modern, must of been decorated by an interior designer ! Coffee machine was a blessing, little welcome touches also went a long way !! I will be staying again if they will have me ! Thank you so much!

We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this beautiful home! The house is on a pretty street in the quiet, leafy area of Barnes. It's an easy & quick to walk to the overground station and to all the lovely cafes and restaurants nearby. The garden is pretty and a great retreat for a wine or breakfast & feels quite private - a rarity in London. The house has been refurbished & designed beautifully, it's a treat to return to after a day out in London. Sarah has thought of everything you may need & can even organise a parking permit if you have a car - we got a space right outside each day. If you're thinking about a stay around SW London I'd choose this one. We look forward to staying again.

This home is absolutely gorgeous, and it was such a treat to stay here during our trip to London. My family enjoyed the neighborhood setting, which made for a quieter area to retreat to after days filled with sightseeing. It was easy to get to and from anywhere we wanted to go using the tube, and it was especially convenient for watching tennis at the Queen’s Club. I would highly recommend!

Great place to stay. 7 adults and 2 kids and we had plenty of space and easily could have accommodated more. The location is perfectly situated, a couple blocks to the train station and multiple bus stops immediately around the place. Night life is a few blocks away. Highly recommend The Goat and Hawkins Forge. The kitchen had everything we needed. I would love to stay here again.

Really lovely stay. Travelling with two very young children is never easy but this felt like a true home away from home. Everything was made very easy and comfortable for us including the children’s sleeping arrangements, high chairs, kids plates, bowls and cutlery, toys, books and more. That said, those without kids will love the property just as much. The house is beautiful, well connected, with a lovely family-friendly pub nearby (The Selkirk) and a park just next door. Loads of handy shops and restaurants and good transport connections. We used to live in the area, so it was a perfect base for us to see family and friends. Tavie and Harry were very helpful, friendly and responsive. They even helped us source some supplies for our arrival which was invaluable after a long day of travelling. Overall, I highly recommend this property and will certainly consider it for future visits.

My family and I had a lovely stay at the Richmond Retreat. It was just what we needed for our few days away. It would have been helpful to have a second shower as there were 9 of us staying, but we knew from the online details that the house only had 1, so I’m not complaining! We would definitely go again. Michael and Lara were very helpful and friendly.

Really great stay in Clapham. Beautiful flat, clean, well appointed and good outdoors space, too! Within walking distance to Clapham Junction station and Clapham Common. Only downside was the front bedroom that seemed to pick up a lot of noise from the street outside. Overall, a lovely stay!

Highly recommended and great value. This was a great find. The roof terrace has wonderful views of the London skyline/landmarks and Mark was a great host. We used the buses (10 mins walk to bus stop) and Ubers to get around - both really easy from the apartment. The bedrooms are spacious and the bathrooms are modern and clean. There is lots of tech in the apartment which was fun and easy to use. The kitchen is really well equipped and the sofa is very comfortable. very minor note: People who are significantly higher than average height or width may find the rooftop access staircase a challenge. The apartment itself is really spacious.

David’s place was amazing. It had every comfort you could want. David was incredibly helpful and responsive at every stage. The information he provided was extremely detailed. We thoroughly enjoyed and stay and would love to return again soon.

We absolutely loved David’s place and 100% recommend. David’s communication was top notch, he provided us with recommendations of the area before we arrived and a thorough walkthrough video of the property with instructions on how to use all appliances which was greatly appreciated as we had no problems throughout! We stayed for 8 weeks and David checked up throughout which was incredible and if we needed anything he replied extremely fast. The place was completely spotless and even better than we were expecting! Bus stop right outside the house which was incredible and it was super close to shops and quick to get anywhere. Overall, we would 100% recommend this airbnb, it is even better than expected and we cannot think of one flaw this place has!

We had a very comfortable stay. The high quality accommodation was spotless and had everything we needed and more, . Diana was the perfect host who made us feel very welcome and went out of her way to make sure we were happy. A bonus in the hot weather when we stayed was the air conditioning. The views from the Garden Room are stunning as are the beautiful well kept gardens. We hope to return again in the future. Highly recommended and good value.

My parents stayed in Priscilla’s flat while visiting London and felt perfectly at home! The flat is conveniently located, a walkable distance to Wimbledon station and the lovely Wimbledon Village, as well as right next to a bus stop for easy transport. The flat was spotlessly clean and comfortably furnished. The underfloor heating in the bathrooms was a particularly nice feature! The kitchen is well-equipped for cooking, and we made use of the large tv and comfy sofa in the living area. Plenty of space for family meals and relaxing. Priscilla was an impeccable host, with clear instructions and quick, friendly responses. Cannot recommend her flat highly enough to anyone looking for a place to stay in Wimbledon! My family are already looking forward to their next stay.
