Vacation rentals with breakfast in London Borough of Merton

I had an absolutely lovely time at Shirley's! Shirley was so welcoming and made me feel at ease and comfortable. It was lovely to stay with a host as a younger person traveling solo! The room was incredibly comfortable and well kept, the bread and fixings for breakfast were delicious, and it was so easy to get anywhere in London I wanted to go! Shirley was so kind, and I had a wonderful stay!

The house is good and everything inside is perfect….we really have a great time…

Katherine and Jonathan’s beautiful guest space was simply wonderful for my visit. I had a sad event to attend, having somewhere I could come back to, so I could enjoy my own company and relax with a warm bath and lovely surroundings that are clearly taken care of to a high standard and with love was very much evident. What stood out for me was the peaceful view out of the window whilst I enjoyed my morning coffee and the very tasty juice left in the fridge, a refreshing drink very much appreciated when I started it the evening before on my return from the event. I loved the space so much that a return visit is definitely in order with a visit to Kew Gardens whilst I am there. Katherine and Jonathan were extremely communicative hosts and they pretty much covered everything in their welcome to the house and the carefully thought out local guide.

We loved our stay with Annie, Andrew and Stanley and would love to come back. The house has been lovingly restored and is beautifully decorated and furnished. We so enjoyed the delicious made to order breakfasts every morning that kept us going until dinner time. Stanley greeted us whenever we came and went and was a welcome surrogate for our own pup at home. The location is perfect - a short walk from the tube station and immediately across the street from beautiful Bishop’s Park. We truly can’t say enough about the Egmont Lodge and the warm welcome we received. Thank you so much Annie and Andrew.

Great stay of a few days at John’s. Lovely garden outlook complete with cats! A bit of a walk from the nearest underground station but there’s a rail station just a couple of minutes walk away. John was kind enough to leave fresh fruit, eggs and bread so these made for a great breakfast.

We enjoyed the apartment thoroughly, very central location. Easy access to supermarkets and convenience stores. Stations were a stone throw away. Very well laid out and very private.

We had a lovely short stay at Joanne's. The accommodation was spacious and spotless. Bedroom was quiet with no traffic noise. A great location with Hampton Court, local restaurants and shops all within an easy walk.

I had an excellent stay at Gina’s London flat! Gina was incredibly responsive and accommodating, making check-in and communication smooth and stress-free. The location is perfect—just a short walk to Borough Market and London Bridge tube station, with easy access to all the city’s highlights. The flat itself is quiet and peaceful, with comfortable beds that made for a restful night's sleep. As a bonus, the views of The Shard and London Eye were spectacular! Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting London.

Nabila was very proactive, had detailed instructions, and very responsive. She was so considerate and asked what time we were getting in- she then arranged it so we could check in a little early. The place itself was as described, and the location is fantastic! We would absolutely stay again!

Davey’s place is in great location. Lots of grocery and restaurants. The apartment is right across from the DLR. The communication was excellent from the day of booking. His hospitality is top notch. I highly recommend his place!

Staying here was like a happy little fairytale. It was so cozy and communal and made the trip to London the loveliest one I've had yet. The staff was so kind and helpful and the amenities made everything about the trip feel easy and breezy. I love the neighborhood so much and am so happy there's such a wonderful place to stay right in the heart of it.

Wonderful location close to London and Hertfordshire attractions. We found Heather Ann's upstairs flat to be very clean, with easy instructions for entry. The hosts are very friendly and were on hand for any queries. Highly recommend as a good base for the local area.

So lucky to have found this place! Looked just like the images, Alexis was super responsive and kind. Overall, the place felt like home and made my vacation even more enjoyable and memorable. Great stay, a little bit out of the city centre but public transport was very easy to use. Spent a few nights here and we were able to navigate our way around london as first timers! Room is as described and host was welcoming!

What a lovely Airbnb experience! Fiona was hospitable and friendly and chatting with her over breakfast each morning was lovely. We loved exploring this new neighborhood of London and would happily return.

Monica is a wonderful host, very welcoming and always ready to help and make the most of our journey. The house is as in the description, well equipped and quiet.

Great place! Clean home and Anamaria was very hospitable. The neighborhood is really nice and diverse. The Herne Hill transit station is a short walk away, taking you straight to Victoria where you can then transfer to other lines. Bus stops are in super close distance too. Loved the retail stores and restaurants in the area.

I very much enjoyed staying at Jackie's garden apartment. She was helpful with suggestions. Breakfast dishes were always placed out for me. Her garden was a welcome haven after a long day of walking. She was informative and friendly. Everything you would want or expect in a host. Thank you, Jackie, for a wonderful stay!

Sandra is the ultimate hostess. Personable, accessible, kind. I can’t say enough about her rental, right up there with the best I’ve ever rented (and that’s many.) Spotless, expertly appointed. And such thoughtfulness around food and beverage provisions which means a lot when you’re tired and weary and dehydrated from a long travel. I will absolutely come back on any return trip to London. I had a lovely stay at Diana‘s place, from her warm welcome and a cup of tea on my arrival, recommendations for walking out to dinner in the neighborhood, and a lovely fresh breakfast each morning, to her offer of a ride to the train station at my departure. The location was an easy 10 minute walk to the Clapham South tube station, and in a quiet neighborhood for a good night’s sleep. Wonderful conversations and warm hospitality. Thank you, Diana~

penny was a great host and very friendly. her house was spotlessly clean from the bedroom to the bathroom, breakfast was lovely even though we only asked for coffee and toast as we was going out for breakfast. definitely would recommend this place to anyone visiting Richmond and the surrounding areas.
