Great place, feels like a luxury hotel with all the amenities that you could desire. Lovely and friendly host!

Staying at Richard’s home was a delight! The neighborhood was quiet and cute with a Sainbury’s Local just a 3 minute walk away. It was easy to catch the bus (2 minutes away) and a 20 minute walk to the tube. Richard was specific in his directions for getting in and out of the flat and his home is so beautiful and clean. I felt right at home. This is the perfect place for anyone who is comfortable riding public transit or has a car. Richard could not have been more accommodating or kind. I would definitely stay there again!

We had a great stay. Apartment is lovely - courtyard garden a real advantage. Well equipped and very clean on arrival. We had cars and free parking outside at the weekend was a real bonus.

Ousman was honestly the nicest and most helpful host I’ve ever met whilst using Airbnb. Anything we needed, he was on hand to bring it to us without hesitation! The apartment itself is stunning and looks just like the photos. Ousman has the place kitted out with snacks too! Highly recommend and would 100% stay again.

L appartement était impeccable, très bien fourni et correspondait parfaitement à la description. Il est également proche du parc de Greenwich où nous avons pu faire de belles balades avec notre chien. Nous étions à moins de 10mn de la station de train pour aller au centre de Londres. L environnement est très résidentiel donc très calme. Seul petit bémol, le petit bruit de la climatisation dans la chambre. Le dialogue avec notre hôte a été très fluide. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour et nous recommandons le lieu sans hésitation. Merci Sérap!

Jacob was really welcoming and friendly when checking in to the apartment. The apartment itself was amazing and had everything I needed and more! It was so nice playing on the piano and being surrounded with books, plants and art. It’s in a really great location too with the station and restaurants only a few minutes away. Would definitely recommend! :)

Studio très agréable et bien équipé, la cour pleine de plantes et de fleurs est un petit havre dans cette grande ville. Même si nous n'avons pas eu la chance de voir Ian, en voyage, notre hôtesse répondait très vite aux messages. Proximité des transports appréciable (arrêt Medlar street à 50m avec accès en 15 mn au métro). Adresse à recommander !

We had a very pleasant stay at this property. It is a walking distance to Charlton Station with very quick trains to London Bridge and Central London. The house itself is fully equipped and stylishly decorated. The beds are large super comfortable. Everything is fresh and sparkling clean. The cherry on top was the Espresso coffee machine and the free Netflix on the TV

Review We found Alex to be an excellent host, the house was beautifully clean and tidy for our arrival, with a nice bunch of flowers in a vase on the dining table. The garden is really nice on a sunny day, my toddler really enjoyed playing on the lawn and patio! The house is in such a great location, so close to the station which was ideal during our stay. Alex was quick to respond when we requested to extend our stay (twice! It says something about our stay!). I would happily stay again, or recommend to friends/family visiting the area.

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt bei Alice! Die Unterkunft ist sehr zentral gelegen – die Tower Bridge war in ca. 20 Minuten mit dem Bus erreichbar, und die Bushaltestelle liegt nur etwa 5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Trotz der zentralen Lage war das Haus in einer sehr ruhigen Gegend mit einem wunderschönen Garten – perfekt zum Entspannen. Das Bett war äußerst bequem, ebenso die Bettdecke – wir haben sehr gut geschlafen. Besonders gefreut haben wir uns über die Kaffeemaschine mit Kapseln – als absolute Kaffee-Liebhaber war das ein echtes Highlight, da wir normalerweise mit unserem eigenen Kaffeevollautomaten reisen. Die Kommunikation mit Alice war durchweg hervorragend, und wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Eine klare Empfehlung – wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

I stayed here for two weeks and honestly didn’t want to leave. The house is so beautifully decorated every corner feels intentional, personal, and full of character — even better than the already beautiful pictures. It somehow always smelled fresh and lovely too. Pretty clear that someone poured love into this space. The neighbourhood is just as special. Peaceful and safe, with charming little parks around every corner and plenty to explore when you feel like wandering. And of course, Izzy & James were super kind and helpful all throughout. They made the whole stay feel easy and warm, kinda like visiting the home of friends who really know how to host. 10/10. Truly unforgettable. I’d come back in a heartbeat.

A friend and I stayed here whilst we went to a convention at Excel. It was perfectly situated being just a 10min walk away. The accommodation was very clean and modern. The host was friendly and accommodating, and was also very quick to respond to messages. Would definitely stay again. Thank you!

Estefania made our 3 week stay so enjoyable. She was very responsive to all our questions and helpful in getting extra items that we required to make our stay 100% perfect. The location was so peaceful and we loved hearing the chimes of the church bells. The local pubs are within walking distance and very nice to visit. Thank you for everything 🤩

Ma fille est restée 1 mois et demi dans le logement proposé par Antonio. Nous avons eu un très bon accueil de celui-ci qui s’est adapté avec gentillesse à notre arrivée. Le logement est conforme aux photos de l’annonce. Les pièces sont spacieuses, on se sent très à l’aise. Rangements adaptés pour les affaires personnelles dans la chambre et la sdb. L’emplacement est très bien desservi par les lignes de métro et lignes de bus pour se rendre dans le centre de Londres. Plusieurs supermarchés se trouvent à proximité et c’est très pratique. Je recommande à 100% le logement de Antonio…

Highly recommended and great value. This was a great find. The roof terrace has wonderful views of the London skyline/landmarks and Mark was a great host. We used the buses (10 mins walk to bus stop) and Ubers to get around - both really easy from the apartment. The bedrooms are spacious and the bathrooms are modern and clean. There is lots of tech in the apartment which was fun and easy to use. The kitchen is really well equipped and the sofa is very comfortable. very minor note: People who are significantly higher than average height or width may find the rooftop access staircase a challenge. The apartment itself is really spacious.

Julia’s place is truly one of a kind in London. It had so many thoughtful, special touches that made it feel more like a home than a rental. My girlfriend, who’s a tarot practitioner, absolutely loved the tarot cards it was such a cool surprise. The massive windows brought in incredible light, and the balcony was just perfect on Sunday morning after the rain stopped. We enjoyed a slow coffee out there, taking in the peaceful vibes. The big kitchen was a dream it made it easy to feel at home cooking both dinner and breakfast. Also, it’s a great spot for remote work, in between Saturday night drinks and going out. Location wise, it was perfect too Dulwich is lovely, and we could walk to our favourite Hotpod Yoga. Overall, it exceeded our expectations. 100% five stars from us. Thanks again, Julia!

Joshua was a wonderful host and his house was one of the best I have stayed in. It had everything we needed and more. It was also in a safe area.

David’s place was amazing. It had every comfort you could want. David was incredibly helpful and responsive at every stage. The information he provided was extremely detailed. We thoroughly enjoyed and stay and would love to return again soon.

The flat is located in good location for touring London and Hip is very friendly in giving local area advices! We had a bit trouble getting in but Hip responded quickly despise it was already past 9pm! The flat is quite cozy. The only downside is no lift with two suitcases, which has been stated in the info. All and all, would recommend!

This was a perfect place for my fiancée and I to spend a few days exploring London. We took a ~15 minute walk to the New Cross Gate station every day and took a ~1hr train into the center of the city—if you are like us, the public transportation was so comprehensive and efficient that it was a fun way to start every morning. This spot was a great way to experience a quieter part of the city with less tourism that’s still safe and fun. It was easy to find, quiet, clean, and a very pleasant space. Our host was polite, helpful and responsive. When we return to the city we will absolutely be booking again!
