Vacation rentals with breakfast in London Borough of Lewisham

I had an absolutely lovely time at Shirley's! Shirley was so welcoming and made me feel at ease and comfortable. It was lovely to stay with a host as a younger person traveling solo! The room was incredibly comfortable and well kept, the bread and fixings for breakfast were delicious, and it was so easy to get anywhere in London I wanted to go! Shirley was so kind, and I had a wonderful stay!

The Loft was very private with great amenities, including a spacious bathroom. The view of London was spectacular! The coffee machine was also greatly appreciated. The locality is great with parks, cafes, shops and the bus stop and train station all nearby. Check in was easy to organise as Christine was very responsive. I would definitely recommend and will be returning for my next trip to London.

Hope place was really pleasure to stay. Will recommend my other friends as well and now for the future I will come and stay as well. It was very pleasure to share her place. Thank you very much.

My sister and I loved staying at Moiras!! The room was extremely clean and very affordable. It was very easy to get into central London by train. She was a very responsible and friendly host. We enjoyed the flexible check-in and check-out times. She and her husband are fantastic people! I would definitely recommend this place to any of my friends and family. I would without a doubt stay here again! 🩷

Great place! Clean home and Anamaria was very hospitable. The neighborhood is really nice and diverse. The Herne Hill transit station is a short walk away, taking you straight to Victoria where you can then transfer to other lines. Bus stops are in super close distance too. Loved the retail stores and restaurants in the area.

I would certainly endorse all the positive comments from previous reviews that add up to Simona being rated a super host. Very happy with my week's stay. Simona is a very chatty, naturally welcoming host whose company I very much enjoyed. The room I had was small but all that I needed for somewhere to sleep after spending most of the time out-and-about in London, while Simona's house is a well-lived in, homely space in a great location. It might come with the odd creak and groan from the floorboards and plumbing, but, hey, welcome to 'Wimpy/Barrett Britain!' Ultimately, it's the human touches that make travelling so compelling and I look forward to sharing a plate of pasta with Simona when next in Wapping. That's dependant on availability of course - there's good reason why Simona's is usually booked-up far in advance. Glad for having had this chance for an introduction. Cheers!

Gorgeous bathroom all to myself - I could not have asked for more friendlier hosts. One of the best people I had the privilege of staying with.

We had an amazing stay at Alex's apartment, both because of the host's personality and the apartment itself. Alex is an amazing person, met us personally and arranged a very flexible check-in and checkout, and was always available for any help. The apartment is absolutely unique and has a lot of charm, filled with curious antiques, while at the same time having a very clean bathroom and comfortable bed, chairs, table, couch - everything invites you to sit and enjoy the time. Very well lit and with an amazing view, every evening was a pleasure. The kitchen is well equipped, and cooking was no problem at all. The location is stunning, with a very lively neighborhood, lots of local shops, stores, and cafés. For sensitive sleepers, the early nights might be a bit loud because of the road close by, and due to a sudden heatwave, it was somewhat too warm, like anywhere on the top floor. Aside from these small things, it was a splendid stay.

We had a lovely short stay at Joanne's. The accommodation was spacious and spotless. Bedroom was quiet with no traffic noise. A great location with Hampton Court, local restaurants and shops all within an easy walk.

I had an excellent stay at Gina’s London flat! Gina was incredibly responsive and accommodating, making check-in and communication smooth and stress-free. The location is perfect—just a short walk to Borough Market and London Bridge tube station, with easy access to all the city’s highlights. The flat itself is quiet and peaceful, with comfortable beds that made for a restful night's sleep. As a bonus, the views of The Shard and London Eye were spectacular! Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting London.

Nabila was very proactive, had detailed instructions, and very responsive. She was so considerate and asked what time we were getting in- she then arranged it so we could check in a little early. The place itself was as described, and the location is fantastic! We would absolutely stay again!

Staying here was like a happy little fairytale. It was so cozy and communal and made the trip to London the loveliest one I've had yet. The staff was so kind and helpful and the amenities made everything about the trip feel easy and breezy. I love the neighborhood so much and am so happy there's such a wonderful place to stay right in the heart of it.

Super nice stay in Caroline's apartment. The communication beforehand was also very pleasant and customer oriented. Apartment really meets everything you need. Nice quiet neighborhood. Good bed! (Only the sofa in the living room where my son slept is a bit thin). Small but nice bathroom, full kitchen and even a washing machine. Super sweet also that there were breakfast and snacks ready. The concierge is very friendly. There was a misunderstanding about our arrival time, but after a phone call, he arrived right away. From the Apartment really very easy to travel by bus, metro or bike to all places in London. 1 point of attention to people with allergies such as dust mites, the apartment is a little less suitable because it is very English furnished - which is very cozy - but because of the many rugs - also attracts a lot of dust. Incidentally, the apartment is really very clean! We really enjoyed it very much! Thank you!

Staying at Agnes’ beautiful home was truly a privilege. The space was immaculate, thoughtfully decorated, and located in a fantastic neighborhood that made our trip even more memorable. Agnes was a fabulous host. She was proactive, kind, and incredibly easy to communicate with throughout the entire process. She went above and beyond, even reaching out before our booking to make sure we were aware of the stairs, knowing we were traveling with our toddler. Her thoughtfulness and understanding made all the difference. We would return in a heartbeat and feel lucky to have had the chance to stay in such a wonderful place!

Thanks to Deborah, I came back with memories of London that I will never forget. Personally, it was my third visit to London, and I made my bucket list that I wanted to live in beautiful Hampstead for a day. The most basic cleanliness of the accommodation and the kindness of the host were so perfect that I don't need to say more, and I don't think there is a better place to have a happy experience in London. I was resentful of my lack of English skills, but there was no inconvenience at all because Deborah communicated with sincerity. On the contrary, I thought that I would study English harder and have an in-depth conversation with her on my next visit. I was so well taken care of during my stay, and I was impressed by the attention paid to the guests. Benzo and Hudson, the dogs, were beautiful friends who brought peace of mind. Staying here was a great choice. You made me feel at home, and it's a shame that I couldn't stay longer because I only booked for two days. I couldn't see you in person when I checked out due to my schedule, but I'm already looking forward to the next meeting because I'm thinking of visiting again. I was really grateful for everything. I got peace of mind and returned to Korea. Stay healthy and happy. See you again soon. I hope that there was no misunderstanding due to my lack of English, and I ask for your generous understanding if there was any rudeness in my behavior.

What a lovely Airbnb experience! Fiona was hospitable and friendly and chatting with her over breakfast each morning was lovely. We loved exploring this new neighborhood of London and would happily return.

We loved our stay with Annie, Andrew and Stanley and would love to come back. The house has been lovingly restored and is beautifully decorated and furnished. We so enjoyed the delicious made to order breakfasts every morning that kept us going until dinner time. Stanley greeted us whenever we came and went and was a welcome surrogate for our own pup at home. The location is perfect - a short walk from the tube station and immediately across the street from beautiful Bishop’s Park. We truly can’t say enough about the Egmont Lodge and the warm welcome we received. Thank you so much Annie and Andrew.

Don't hesitate to book this Airbnb, its amazing! Derek and Sandra are wonderful, friendly hosts, and they gave us a brilliant welcome and super support whenever needed, throughout our stay. The rooms are spacious and luxurious, and high quality food was provided as a welcome, yummy breakfast. Its position means Kew Gardens is an easy, pleasant stroll, and the access to Kew Gardens station on the District Line is even closer. There are wonderful facilities in the village and close by there is a retail park with M&S. We hope very much to be returning in the not too distant future. Highly recommended, can't fault it. I had a lovely stay at Diana‘s place, from her warm welcome and a cup of tea on my arrival, recommendations for walking out to dinner in the neighborhood, and a lovely fresh breakfast each morning, to her offer of a ride to the train station at my departure. The location was an easy 10 minute walk to the Clapham South tube station, and in a quiet neighborhood for a good night’s sleep. Wonderful conversations and warm hospitality. Thank you, Diana~
