Ferns place was exactly as described, extremely homely and comfortable. The location was perfect. With bus and train station very close by it met all our needs. We had a great stay over and Sam was an excellent host in our stopover in London over New Years’. He was extremely responsive before and during our stay; proactive in letting us know about little quirks with the home - it is over 250 year’s old, but has many charming and modern amenities to make it work. The kitchen was well set up and he left us with a few very thoughtful provisions to get through the New Years. The neighborhood really can’t be beat for activity while staying out of the bustle of the heart of London; many great restaurants, shops (if you have kids, I recommend Flying Tiger throughout Europe for fun stuff - one is an 8 minute walk away), and groceries. Transportation is right outside the door. Sam’s home made an excellent home base for our stay in London, much better than staying in a hotel.

We had a lovely time in this house. We were two families with kids and especially enjoyed the spacious house, the comfortable beds and all the things included (everything from boardgames a piano, and kitchen utensils to the very cozy cats). Easy to get into the city center with the northern line, but also plenty of options to eat in and around Tooting market.

Erika was a great host. Always responsive and friendly. The home was clean and well organised, the entry via key code was simple and straightforward and Erika was very accommodating with regard to check-in time.

Easy access and good location very near to the station

Serge was very easy to communicate with and super friendly, and the guide book of local restaurants and parks was extremely helpful. The apartment was especially clean and very well lit/bright/colorful and tastefully decorated… felt open and spacious, even though it was a below ground level. The location also was quiet and quaint, despite occasional rumblings of the metro underneath/close by. Our family of four (all adults) had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend!

We had a great time at Romain's place. It was like being at home. Communication with Romain was very easy, he was quick to respond. The area where the house is located is very quiet and there are restaurants and supermarkets nearby. It is well connected to central London by bus or train/tube. We opted for the bus, there are several, it is cheaper and the children up to 15 years do not pay. Also see the city while you travel.

Great space for our family, 2 adults and 2 children (6&9). Location was easily walkable to lots of attractions and the metro station. Bed and pillows were very comfortable and the heated bathroom floor was a nice bonus.

The hosts are super responsive, friendly and flexible. They gave us an earlier check in as we arrived in london on an early flight and greeted us at the place!! Their recommendations are also very helpful!! The area is very quiet, safe and 5min walk to the parks!! I’d highly recommend to stay at this place. Thank you!

It’s not often you find a place that upon entering, looks even better than the photos - this one does. The decor is smart but comfortable with nice artwork and touches. There is no clutter and everything is clean. The kitchen is well stocked - plenty of pots and pans, cutlery, cooking utensils, electric kettle, Nespresso machine, etc. The beds are comfortable with lovely crisp linens and there are plenty of closets and storage space. The bathrooms are modern, clean and also have more than ample storage space for toiletries. Because it is located on a mews street, it is fairly quiet but just minutes from Marylebone High Street and all the shops and bistros. We also spent time in Regents Park and Hyde Park (an easy walk) and even walked through Mayfair to Buckingham Palace and St James Park. The closest tube is about 5 minutes from the house if you want to go further afield (or don’t want the longer walks)e. Great location in central London. Finally, we felt quite safe.

This place is absolutely wonderful. Almost better than the pictures :) Beautiful house in East London close to Victoria park and areas like Dalston, Hackney and Shoreditch. The tube is close, so you can easily get around greater London too. Jonathan and Matt are very helpful and flexible with everything. They gave us loads of really great tips about restaurants, bars and things to do. 10/10, would definitive stay here again.

Stunning home! Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and enclosed back garden was perfect for young kids.

I booked Becky’s property for out of town family and guests that were attending my wedding nearby. They loved the space and felt right at home. Becky was so helpful and responsive when my guests had an issue with the amenities and helped to solve the problem very quickly. Excellent stay, would definitely recommend!

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful townhouse in Kensington. It’s conveniently located near Earl’s Court Tube station, Kensington High Street, and great restaurants and shops. The charming and quiet neighborhood made for a relaxing retreat after exploring London. The spacious, clean, and stylishly decorated townhouse had a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable bedrooms, and multiple bathrooms. Vincenzo, our host, provided clear instructions and was responsive to our questions. The check-in process was smooth, and we appreciated the thoughtful touches throughout the home. This townhouse was the perfect base for our London adventure. We highly recommend it to anyone seeking a comfortable and convenient place to stay in the city.

Nadia's house is even better than in the photos. A cozy and very well-equipped place, especially in the kitchen. I was able to quietly prepare Christmas meals for our family. The beds are very soft. Nadia is a very friendly host and responsive to our every question. The small garden is a real plus. Very appreciated: Nadia took care of the steps to be able to park the car in front of the house or almost. The neighborhood is very quiet. Thank You And have a great end of the year

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! From the moment I arrived, I felt right at home. The place was exceptionally clean, and it was clear that the hosts take great pride in maintaining their property. The location is fantastic—perfectly situated near wonderful restaurants, local shops, and attractions. I loved being able to explore the area easily and still have a cozy retreat to come back to after a long day of sightseeing. The interior of the home is warm and inviting, with lovely decor that made the space feel both stylish and comfortable. All the amenities I needed were available, making my stay even more enjoyable. What a wonderful area. Walking distance to Arnos Grove tube station. The house was absolutely spotless and I have to give loads of praise to Elena. There was a burst pipe in the area and Thames water shut down the water in the whole neighbourhood. Elena immediately provided us with water and was extremely proactive. Evertime I messaged her she responded almost immediately. I can see why she is a SuperHost. Thank you so much Elena for hosting us. You have a beautiful place. This will be the only place we will stay when in London. 10/10

My family and I had a wonderful stay at Jessie's home. Jessie's communication from initial booking all the way through to the end of our stay was excellent, with clear instructions provided and recommendations for local things to do (activities / bars / restaurants). The home was as described / advertised and was perfect for our stay. There are multiple supermarkets within 5 minutes walking distance and there are train stations close by which will take you direct to Waterloo station in the centre of London or to Kingston / Richmond / Windsor etc. I would 100% recommend Jessie as a host and would stay here again when next in London.
