Rebecca and James were very friendly and looked after me throughout my stay. Although it’s a bit away from central London, the nearby bus stops and train stations made sightseeing easy. I would definitely recommend this place for anyone visiting London alone.

Laura is definitely the best host so far ( of course others are also great). She is the best part of the stay, the guests are the priorities to her. She always gives the efficient tips to guests, e.g., traffic or places. She went beyond and above, wonderful person with a warm heart. I would definitely recommend her in a heartbeat.

My son and I felt really comfortable in Lily's warm welcoming space. It felt like a real family home, very spacious and beautifully furnished, with interesting art on the walls :-) The bathroom and kitchen, both on the same floor as our room, were spotless and Lily has put up clear instructions to help visitors keep it that way. Neighbourhood great too - hip cafes, mulit-culti with a traditional vibe too. Def recommend!

brief but wonderful stay...she has the cutest animals and checkin in was really easy...she was home but had she not been there were clear instructions on how to get in.

Our stay at Vilmas place was great. We were able to book day of after an inconvenience with another stay. Vilma was very responsive and flexible getting us into her place within a couple hours of booking. The house is bright, relaxing and served as a great home base as we visited London to root on a loved one running the marathon. A quick 5 minute walk to the DLR allowed for efficient transportation to central London. Would highly recommend!

Samantha Jayne's accommodation suited our needs perfectly. It was clean and comfortable and Samantha was lovely and friendly giving us lots of local information, she made us feel totally welcome into her home. If the need arose we would definitely book her accommodation again.

They were great hosts, friendly and generous. The neighborhood is a ways away from central london, but very convenient buses and trains. I had a very good time there. The room is small, but the bed is comfortable, and they l had full use of the kitchen and back yard. Overall a great time.

Kostas’s apartment is absolutely top-rate on all key measures. Modern & stylish. Very well equipped with all of the essentials one needs when travelling or on holidays in London. Reassuring security system. And, so ideally located directly opposite Forest Hill Railway Station to connect with trains and buses to every part of London and beyond. Kostas is a very accessible host and easy to deal with when one needs information or has a problem. My partner and I enjoyed our stay, immensely.

Laura’s place was perfect for our needs, visiting family close by. The flat was spotless, supplied tea, coffee, biscuits, sugar, salt and pepper which amazingly some Airbnb’s don’t. Very comfortable stay. Walking distance from Dulwich Park and Peckham Rye park. Both beautiful open spaces. Good shopping and restaurants close by.

We can't say enough good things about this little flat. As a traveling adult couple, it was perfect for our needs and a great reprieve from the smaller hotel rooms we had mostly been in to that point. Our host was very gracious. We did not see her in person, but when we arrived late after driving in hectic, Friday night London traffic, she was happy to help us troubleshoot our check-in (which would have been solved if we had read the instructions more carefully to begin with) and we had a wonderful three night stay. The house specific booklet with further instructions and local recommendations and the welcoming gift of pains au chocolat, salt and vinegar chips, and prosecco were nice finishing touches. If we make it back over to that area of the world, we will be looking this location up again.

Great place to stay. Would definitely consider staying again if we were wanting to get into the city. Host very friendly and welcoming. Messaging was polite, clear and concise. Appartement was perfect and just what we were looking for. Off street parking was a real bonus.

We had a great stay for the weekend. The place was big (actually much bigger than the pictures I thought), super clean and really well stocked. The location was perfect, just up the road from the station, close to shops, restaurants and pubs. The kitchen was great and was fully stocked with all kitchen utensils meaning we could cook dinner on one of the nights we stayed. I would highly recommend and would definitely stay again. We had a wonderful stay at Evan and Gloria's apartment. it was amazingly clean and spacious, lovely stylish decor, just like the photos. Everything was perfect and they have obviously put a lot of thought and care into designing a comfortable and welcoming space with everything you could possibly want or need. There are lots of good transport links nearby, cafes, restaurants. The Horniman Museum wasn't very far away and a fabulous afternoon was spent there. We were visiting family nearby and this was a perfect place to stay just around the corner. Thank you so much.

The place was easy to find and Theresa was very lovely, allowing us to drop our bags off early and letting me know when the place was ready for us, she was really friendly. The place was spotless, clean bedding and pristine bathroom, with lots of spare towels and toilet roll. The beds were comfy and the tv in the bedroom was great, the duvet for both beds smelt lovely and was fresh, definitely a comfortable night sleep. The sofa bed was easy to use since Theresa left the manual out for us, as well as providing all the codes to get in and the wifi password. There was plenty of sugar and tea. The milk and fresh water was a greatly appreciated touch after a long day in London. The journey to central London took a while, but nothing too bad at all. We came back late at night after a concert and the area was so quiet and felt really safe. A 24hrs m&s about a ten minute walk away was really helpful for a late night pit stop. Would definitely recommend!

This is an absolute gem of a place and location, with views right across the Darent Valley. I only wish we could have stayed longer! The place was spotless and everything had been perfectly prepared and very well thought through (from the local hand-drawn maps right down to the vast array of toiletries on offer). I can't think of a single thing to change or improve about the place. Diana was a lovely host and provided a lot of information prior to arrival. She had also found some suggestions of activities for us tailored to our interests, which was frankly above and beyond. We were very grateful and it was clear a lot of thought had been put in prior to our arrival. I could carry on for pages but in summary, we have already recommend the place to family and friends and we be pleased to offer our recommendation here too. Thank you, Diana, for such a lovely place to stay and we hope to be back soon!

The flat is very cozy and the location is perfect. The flat is located in a nice house where the host lives as well and it has everything that you need for a short 2-person stay in London. It's not exactly downtown London, but the area is beautiful and it's easy to get into town from nearby stations. I would actually argue that there is no need to go to central London because the Peckham / New Cross / Nunhead - area in South London is worth a visit. Stephanie was very welcoming and nice and gave us some good recommendations to explore the area. Practical stuff: - The kitchen is small and basic, which is totally fine for a short stay. - Make sure to find the right door when arriving to the flat.

We had a fantastic stay at this lovely apartment in Greenwich. The area is a great place to base yourself in London— with plenty of great restaurants and cafes all within walking distance. The apartment itself was spacious, spotless, and incredibly well equipped—it had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The thoughtful welcome bottle of wine was a lovely touch. We felt right at home and had a great time. Would definitely stay here again!
