The house was fantastic, the gardens are beautiful with lots to do for children and adults. It is in a great location, walking distance to the train station, so great access to London. The house was very spacious with large comfy bedrooms and lots of different areas to socialise. It was perfect for a big group. Toby was super friendly and helpful and very responsive. We had a great stay thank you so much ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Property was exactly what we needed. Easy taxi trip to Wembley Stadium.

The space was exactly as listed, with all amenities and more. The hosts were friendly and available if we needed. We would absolutely recommend this Airbnb and these dedicated hosts!

Valentina’s place is cute and quiet and well located for me to visit a friend in London. Valentina and her husband were helpful and responsive. Nice little touches like milk in the fridge and some snacks were very thoughtful. It was also nice and warm on a chilly weekend. I enjoyed my stay very much.

We enjoyed our 12 day stay at Linda's. We were well prepared in advance, and everything involved in getting checked in went very smoothly. We were very comfortable and slept well. Linda and her husband were friendly and helped us get oriented locally. The kitchen worked out extremely well for us to prepare most of our meals, and that helped us with some dietary issues. We would highly recommend Linda's place. It is a great balance between a quiet country place, yet close to shopping and restaurants in Cobham and Esher. We hope to be back again!

Molly and Alex were excellent hosts. Always helpful and easy to communicate with. We really loved staying in this beautiful eco lodge. The bed was so comfortable and the shower was powerful. Molly is such a talented gardener and her planting is gorgeous. I loved sitting outside with my coffee in the mornings. As well as being so close to Beckenham place park!

We feel so fortunate that Amelia's place was available when we had to make a last-minute reservation! Our favorite thing about her place is that it is QUIET and PEACEFUL; at the same time, it is in a beautiful residential neighborhood near parks and within walking distance of local restaurants, pubs, and cafes, as well as easy access to public transport throughout the Greater London area. Amelia communicated with us clearly, promptly, and in a friendly manner. Highly recommended, and I would definitely book her place again.

One of my most memorable stays in London! I spent a week at Ramona’s place in Brent Cross and absolutely loved it. The property was small, cute, and cozy—perfect for a peaceful and restful stay. It was spotless, incredibly quiet, and the bed was so comfortable that I slept like a baby every night. What made it even better was the location. It’s literally right opposite Brent Cross Tube Station, making access to central London quick and super convenient. Whether you’re exploring the city or just looking for a quiet retreat to relax, this place is ideal. Ramona was a wonderful host, and I’d definitely love to stay here again!

Great Stay! Thank you! It was the perfect hub to explore the local area, well equipped, clean & tidy Just perfect for a weekend getaway. The garden was lovely for the dogs to enjoy and for us to sit and have that morning coffee and glass of wine in the evenings was bliss, with beautiful views. I am hoping to return soon, this time for longer!

Stayed at Kirk’s place before the London Marathon. Great walking distance to two train stations, in a lovely neighbourhood. Kirk was really friendly and accommodating which was greatly appreciated. The place was great, really clean and tidy, lovely space that had everything we needed . Loads of local food options. Excellent value for money! Cannot fault at all!

The Bungalow is a spacious and comfortable home from home in a peaceful yet accessible location. It is extremely well equipped with everything you might need for a relaxing stay. Highly recommended and we would definitely book here again if we were in this area. Thank you, Julie.

We had such a lovely month staying in the studio at Andrew’s – it really felt like being welcomed into a friend’s home. Andrew is the most kind, caring and generous host we’ve ever met, and he made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. Finding a bottle of wine and a beautiful arrangement of flowers freshly picked from the garden waiting for us was such a warm and personal touch – it set the tone for a really relaxing and special stay. The studio itself is cosy, comfortable and tastefully put together. Colin and Annabel, the two most adorable dogs, were a real highlight – they came to say hello every day and always brought a smile to our faces. The garden is stunning , with open views across the hills and full of flowers in bloom. Sitting outside on sunny days, looking out over the hills, playing with the lovely dogs was such a peaceful and happy part of our time there. The Island House is a beautiful, comfortable oasis surrounded by green space and with views of a branch of the Thames. It is private, quiet and light-filled, affording a view of the diverse birds in the trees and passing swans on the river, while also within 8 minutes drive of Hampton train station with easy links to central London. There are cute pubs and restaurants in the local town (about 15-20 min walk or 2 min drive) and nearby towns, and expansive Bushy Park and Hampton Court are just 15 minutes drive. If you don't fancy a walk and don't have a car, but want a quiet weekend away without cooking - many local restaurants and grocery stores deliver to the location. Lisa is friendly and responsive and welcomed me with coffee, tea, fresh bread, milk, butter and fresh pressed juice. Staying at the Island House was such a treat; exactly the restful spot I was looking for while in the greater London area. Thank you Lisa!

This is one of the nicest places I have stayed at with airbnb. It's a very nice, light and quiet guest house looking out into a beautiful garden. Laura went out of her way to make a last minute booking request possible and generally the atmosphere felt very welcoming. I would return in a heart beat.

Perfect location for us, easy access from the M25, plus an easy walk to the local shops/takeaways and train stat ion.

We had a lovely stay here for our weekends racing. It is in walking distance from the track, felt homely and comfortable when we wanted to chill in the evenings, will definitely be trying to book in here again when we return to Brands Hatch. Host was lovely and had great communication for a stress-free stay! Would recommend to anyone visiting Brands Hatch 😊

great location, we really enjoyed our stay and it was a good base to explore and come back to relax to, it is a straight walk down the main road to the tube station taking 15-20mins, we had kids with us so you may be able to do the walk quicker, M&S and Waitrose were literally around the corner and a number of nice looking cafes etc

We were looking for a comfortable, private and tranquil property to stay to be near our daughters in Godalming and for the imminent birth of a grandchild. Priscilla and Kevin proved to be the most perfect and hospitable hosts right from the start. The Coach House is beautiful and set in stunning grounds with superb views over the Surrey Hills. Our grandchild arrived a little later than planned but we were fortunately able to extend our stay. We were actually quite sad to be returning home to Dorset and that is very unusual for my wife and I such was the quality and experience of our time spent there.

Our family of nine (ranging from 2 - 76 years old) had an incredible time at Wildacre Lodge, hosted by the friendly and attentive Lorraine and Kenny, who provided the perfect balance of space and privacy. The lodge is spacious with all necessary amenities, including comfortable beds and clean rooms. The surrounding grounds are stunning, offering beautiful views and a peaceful, nature-filled environment. We enjoyed the pool area, which features a bar, outdoor room with a TV, and various games like table tennis and darts. The pool is fabulous and the hot tubs, especially the larger one by the pool, were a highlight. The gym offers plenty of equipment for those interested. A pond is in the process of being built which will be another stunning addition when finished. Wildacre Lodge is ideal for families and couples retreats, and we highly recommend it. We miss it already and look forward to returning if Lorraine will have us!

We had a lovely stay, Isobel was very friendly and helpful throughout the trip, provided some great recommendations, flexible with check in and check out. Highly recommend staying here, 5 minute walk to beautiful Richmond park. Road easily accessible with good parking, 20 minutes drive into London. Safe and secluded area.
