Vacation rentals with a fire pit in London Borough of Croydon

From the moment we inquired about this home, Rich was outstanding to work with and answered all our questions regarding logistics/transportation, etc. He was quick to respond (even with a 6 hr time difference). His attentiveness continued throughout our entire stay. He genuinely wants his guests to feel at home and have a great time in London. Rich went above and beyond in so many ways to make our visit personal and special. The house is exactly as described and feels like home from the moment you walk in. Rooms are spacious with plenty of closet space. The kitchen is well equipped. The backyard was private, quiet, and peaceful with an inviting hot tub. There are plenty of restaurants/shops very close by, and the Southwestern Rail is only a 10 min walk to the station and a 25 min ride into London Waterloo - We chose the Travel Card Ticket, which allowed us to travel between Zones 1-6 on the rails, tube, or buses . This is truly a great place to stay. We cannot wait to go back!

We had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! The space was spacious, lovely, and impeccably clean, making it a comfortable home base for our trip to London. The location was perfect, close to all the sights yet tucked away enough to feel peaceful. The host was incredibly flexible and worked with us to accommodate a special request, responding quickly and making sure we had everything we needed. Their attentiveness truly made our experience even better. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting London and would love to stay here again in the future!

We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this beautiful home! The house is on a pretty street in the quiet, leafy area of Barnes. It's an easy & quick to walk to the overground station and to all the lovely cafes and restaurants nearby. The garden is pretty and a great retreat for a wine or breakfast & feels quite private - a rarity in London. The house has been refurbished & designed beautifully, it's a treat to return to after a day out in London. Sarah has thought of everything you may need & can even organise a parking permit if you have a car - we got a space right outside each day. If you're thinking about a stay around SW London I'd choose this one. We look forward to staying again.

We had a wonderful stay at Alice's! The property is very centrally located – Tower Bridge was reachable in about 20 minutes by bus, and the bus stop is only about a 5 minute walk away. Despite its central location, the house was in a very quiet area with a beautiful garden – perfect for relaxing. The bed was extremely comfortable, as was the duvet – we slept very well. We were particularly pleased with the coffee maker with capsules – as an absolute coffee lover this was a real highlight, as we usually travel with our own fully automatic coffee machine. Communication with Alice was excellent throughout, and we felt completely comfortable. A clear recommendation – we'd come back anytime!

Ramona was so kind. We were traveling on a holiday with young children on an overnight flight. Needless to say a stressful experience but Ramona greeted us early with warm smiles and some basic foods! This was a lifesaver with the kids! The location was gorgeous inside & out- a quick walk to the Hampstead park. A walk down the hill to the bus stop to take you into downtown & all over London. House had everything we needed with outdoor breathing room too. Great place, responsive host, great price! Thank you Ramona!

We had a fantastic stay at Klein house! The house has everything you could need with lovely amenities and is ideally situated near to Victoria park and London fields. Loved the quirkiness of the property - top tier stay!

Overall great place to stay. The apartment was as advertised. Up to date. Spacious. Clean. Weather didn’t allow us to use the rooftop but that is a fantastic feature for warmer months. Parson’s Green is an energetic neighborhood with great food, pubs, bakeries and cafes. The host Sofia was very responsive and helpful. Parking for a car was a bit difficult so I would not recommend having one while staying here.

We spent 3 and a half weeks in this lovely apartment during our trip to London. The apartment was in an excellent and vibrant location with easy access to transportation to all areas of London. It was a good size and very private. The balcony was a treat-we were able to watch the VE Day flyover from there. A great range of food outlets were close by. Communication was excellent throughout with prompt replies to any queries. We would recommend this to anyone wanting a pleasant time in London.

This is a gem of a property. Spacious and comfortable, and in a great location. It was perfect for our overnight trip to see Abba Voyage. The hosts were responsive and friendly. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

We needed somewhere to stay while finding a place to live in London. The flat was excellent and well equipped for our needs. Great place to stay.

Check-in was very easy and the place was great. Peter was an awesome host and made sure we had everything we needed. The house was exactly as advertised and my family really enjoyed staying there.

Exellent place only one exception is there is no free parking (apart from street parking after hours), we had to negotiate a spot at a local hotel down the road but Nick helped us sort that out. I would recommend changing that on the listing as was a bit of a hassle when we arrived.

Such a peaceful stay, it really doesn't feel like you're in London! The accommodation was beautifully decorated and finished to a high standard. I suspect my host may be an interior designer. Absolutely recommend for anyone looking for a little peaceful get away whilst in the heart of London.

Stayed here for the day to get some recordings. It was beautifully quiet and peaceful, highly recommend to anyone who wants to get away for a bit do some fishing, bbq and relax around a beautiful pond.

We had a fabulous time!! Ian and Saundra were wonderful hosts! Very friendly, forthcoming, generous and helpful. The cottage was everything we wanted and had everything we needed for our 2-night stay. There is a great pub a 1-minute walk away and the cute village of Shere is just a 15-min walk away. We will definitely be back!

Mike’s place is one of the most memorable Airbnbs I’ve ever stayed at. Tucked away behind a mansion and opposite a tennis court, the cabin is peaceful, cosy, and great value for money. It was warm, comfortable, and perfect for a quiet getaway. Finding it was a little tricky at first, so I’d recommend messaging Mike for the street number—it’ll make things much easier! We had a lovely time at nick’s place, walkable to the East Putney + Putney stations. The room was comfortable for a short stay and nick + his cats were friendly and welcoming to us 🐈🐈‍⬛🐈.Hope to stay here again ☺️

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the cabin over the Easter weekend. Groombridge is a lovely, tucked away area and the cabin feels very remote and peaceful. Christopher made us feel very at home and I cannot recommend the pizza more! Perfect dough recipe. Comfortable sleeping and spacious for 7. Highly recommend ⭐️

Absolutely beautiful cabin, surroundings and location. The cabin had everything you could need, kettle, tea,fresh coffee, candles, little table ,marshmallows for toasting on the fire pit... outside fairy lights, outdoor table n log chairs were awesome ..soft towels, super comfy large bed, heater, ..waking up and hearing the birds singing and ducks on the lake was so Therapeutic and serene. Our large chill deerhound was so comfy on his bed in the cabin. Clean toilets and lovely shower, great cafe where we ate both mornings vegan and veggie breakfasts ... delicious 😋 Highly recommend and I'm sure we will return again one day. Jonny was lovely and we wish him all the best with his Airbnb adventures ✌️✨🙏
