House vacation rentals in London Borough of Croydon

Ann’s house was exactly what we were looking for and we had a wonderful stay and felt very much at home. Everything was easy to find and use and the house had all the amenities we needed for a family of 5. The neighborhood was lovely and we loved walking around.

This is an amazing and beautiful eco property. Ivana and John have spent a lot of time carefully considering so many aspects of their beautiful home. The location is so peaceful. The beautiful aspect across their garden meant you could see wildlife and bunnies and beautiful sunrises. 🌅 All beds were super comfy. The wood burner was cozy. The sofa was great for a family and their TV stereo set up was brilliant. There are ALOT of lights etched to get used to, that create mood lighting in each room and Ivana manages the heating of the property remotely.

We had a fabulous week in this beautiful home. The house is perfect, we couldn’t have wished for better. The garden was like an oasis, so quiet, it was hard to believe we were in London. We would sit outside for a morning coffee before meeting our little granddaughter for the day, then recharge our batteries in the evening, with a beer in the garden. The garden is beautiful. We loved having coffee and brunch at flotsam and Jetsam at Dulwich Picture Gallery, about a thirty minute stroll from the rental. For us, the location was perfect, the house was perfect and we would definitely like to stay there again. Bonus points for the quality towels and parking on the property. Loved every minute of our stay.

Our stay was exceptionally great. The train station is close which made our movements easy. The place was very clean. There was easy access to food and groceries. Chioma was very helpful and accommodating. We were able to check in earlier than the scheduled time and leave just as easy. Overall the experience was great and I highly recommend.

We had an extremely pleasant time during our stay. While booking I didn’t realize that there was no cooking range at the accomodation . We wanted some eggs for breakfast, Miles was extremely helpful. He made some mouth watering scrambled eggs for us. Thank you Miles for that.. really appreciate it . The surrounding place is extremely peaceful and scenic. I highly recommend staying at the place if you are in EG

Our family of 7 really enjoyed staying at this house. It is spacious, clean, located in a peaceful and quiet neighbourhood. Location is great, 17 minute walk to the nearest train station, 7 minute walk to the nearest bus stop (there is a bus that takes you directly to central London in under an hour). 5-10 minutes walking distance to Waitrose and Marks and Spencer, Boots, kosher butchers and many shops and restaurants. Rooms are spacious and kitchen is well equipped. We enjoyed coming home after a day of sightseeing to cook and just unwind. The house is very well maintained and could easily fit a family of 10 and still be very comfortable. Host was very responsive as well.

What a fantastic place to stay! The house is lovely and furnished to a high standard. The views are incredible, and its been great to watch deer, foxes, rabbits and horses in the field behind the house. Andrew is the perfect host, so welcoming and going out of his way to make our stay the best it can be. Always available if we needed him, but totally respecting our privacy. We would highly recommend both Deepwell and Andrew. We have had an amazing 4 months while our house was being renovated and we're going to miss the Deepwell gang!

An absolute gem!! I absolutely loved my stay! I would highly recommend!! Great host with lighting quick responses! The house was immaculate and modern, must of been decorated by an interior designer ! Coffee machine was a blessing, little welcome touches also went a long way !! On walking through the cheerful blue door into a very welcoming lounge, then through to the kitchen and dining area, the house is so beautifully presented. The lovely yard is perfect for sitting outside in the sun, and the garden is very well presented. The bedrooms are well appointed with a wardrobe in one and hangers on the wall in the other, and even a tv in each. A very comfortable bed with nice soft linen made for a good sleep. An ensuite in each bedroom is very much appreciated, with complimentary toiletries. The basement has a washer and dryer, making it easy to keep up with the laundry. Dorking is a delightful town, with plenty old style pubs. The two stations are within easy walking distance and have good connections to London. The nearby Denbies winery is worth a visit and makes a nice backdrop to the town. My sister and I had a lovely week here and were sorry to leave. We both highly recommend this house for a short or long stay.

My family and I stayed at Al and Faiza’s property for one week and we had an incredible time! They were responsive, professional and kind. The home was cosy and comfortable. We loved the attention to detail as well. The property is close to the train station and bus stops as well as many amenities nearby! I’d definitely book this property again!

I cannot say enough positive things about Natalie’s Airbnb. From the lovely surroundings across from a sheep farm with brand new lambs running around to the lovely exterior and interior with a beautiful color scheme to the perfect cleanliness and every amenity you could possibly need. Natalie is the perfect hostess. We departed feeling like we had found new friends, Natalie and Simon. We have stayed at many Airbnbs over the years and The Meadows is definitely our favorite ❣️ Thank you again, Natalie and Simon, and we hope to see you in Oxted/Tandridge again in the future. xo

Mark’s home is clean and comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay. It’s also in a great spot, just down the road from the train station and a nice pub, and the house is a short Uber to Epsom Downs. Definitely recommend.

Had a great time staying here. Stayed for a work trip with a colleague, lots of space and great that there are 2 en suites. Gave us privacy. Frances was a lovely and friendly host, really responsive with messages. The badgers were the icing on the cake! They were so so cute, loved putting food out and waiting for a sighting. The garden is beautiful and really peaceful. Beds were comfy and bad a great night's sleep. Will be back! X

Staying in the Chapel was a very tranquil experience for us. The facilities were spot on and great quality. We slept wonderfully in the extremely comfy beds - I’m going to try to source the same pillows and mattress for us !! Roland’s communications were first class and everything we needed to know was clearly explained in the online instructions/manual. It was a nice touch having the washing machine and dishwasher pre-loaded with detergent etc. We will definitely return when visiting family in the future

The kitchen was a real highlight, tons of room and everything we needed to cook comfortably. The extra table was a huge help for us and made everything even more convenient. Overall, it was a great experience and we’d definitely stay here again!

Gorgeous home, with care and attention paid to all the details. Tristan’s home suited our needs exactly - with plenty of space for everyone in the group to come together, but also to find a spot on their own if needed. Easy access by train to central London, while also being a nice, non-touristy neighbourhood to explore and enjoy.
