The apartment includes an approx. 20 m² partially covered terrace and a garden. In the apartment itself, everything is available for everyday needs. Extensive range from spices to board games, washing machine, fly screens and care products. A recreational area in the district of the Documenta city of Kassel can be reached in about 15 minutes.

The newly renovated, comfortable studio is on the ground floor of a traditional half-timbered house (Fachwerkhaus). It offers about 32.00 square meters of living / dining room with sofa bed, a bedroom with double bed, a small fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom. The studio can be occupied by 1-4 people. Floor-to-ceiling windows ensure good lighting and an attractive view of the quiet, green garden, in which there is a separate seat that belongs to the studio.

Whether a walk through the Kaufunger Wald, Königsalm or the beautiful Kaufunger city center. The apartment offers the perfect starting point for everything. Car is absolutely not necessary thanks to the connections to Kassel or towards Hessian Lichtenau. You have a separate balcony at your disposal and can use the garden and terrace with all amenities. The fireplace is currently defective. Recently, a guest moved it in such a way that the pipes are leaking.

This is a lovingly developed apartment on the ground floor with a separate entrance and a garden area. Here our guests will find a living room with integrated kitchen, shower + washbasin & separate bedroom. The toilet with sink is located separately in the apartment. Internet access via WIFI & a smart TV with satellite reception is present.

Our spacious studio with its two roof terraces offers a wonderful view over the entire city. The studio is very flexible and suitable for one to three people. For at least 2 people, the large bedroom with wardrobe is included. For one person, only the living/sleeping area with integrated kitchen, wardrobe and the terrace is open. The bathroom is beautiful with a bathtub and shower. All new and lovingly renovated in detail.
