Welcome to ARTEna, our small apartment in Kassel. The apartment is 39 square meters and faces north. Through the large window fronts in the living-dining room, the room is flooded with light and you have a beautiful view of the garden. The kitchenette is equipped with everything. - Dishwasher - Stove with oven - Range hood - Fridge with freezer compartment The ceiling height in this room is only 1.95 m. The bedroom adjoins this room. The bedroom has a 1.60 m wide bed and a walk-in closet. Linens and towels are included. In the bedroom is the TV and a small desk. From the bedroom you enter the bathroom, which has a shower. Outside there is a small glass house with plants and seating. In front of the apartment is a beautiful terrace with garden furniture. The apartment is located in Kassel/Kirchditmold. Here you are in the middle of the countryside in the immediate vicinity of the forest. You can walk to Bergpark Wilhelmshöhe. However, there is also a good connection to public transport. The front west with its Wilhelminian-style buildings is four tram stops away. Here it is particularly beautiful and diverse around Bebelplatz. Grocery stores are within walking distance. Our apartment with garden is located in the historic center of Oberkaufungen and directly on a walking and cycling path. It is located in a half-timbered house with a view of the collegiate church and the Kaufunger Forest. The tram to Kassel takes about 10 minutes. The apartment is well suited for a family of 4, there is a bedroom with a double bed and a bedroom with 2 single beds. In the apartment there is a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, ceramic hob, kettle, coffee maker and toaster). Pets are welcome by arrangement and cost 1x 10 euros more.

New apartment attached to our residential building with large garden. Separate entrance. Close to the center, within walking distance to downtown, the city palace, the museum and the Auepark. Good connection with public transportation and short distances to shopping. We have dogs. Parking is available on the street in front of the house, bicycles can be accommodated and protected at the house. Sauna is in the apartment, the garden can be shared, own terrace in the outdoor area of the apartment.

Modernized and cozy 75-square-meter (809-square-foot) apartment in a well-maintained 18th-century half-timbered house. A large, like-new kitchen and a modern bathroom with a walk-in shower are available. There is a new sofa bed with an ottoman in the living room. For possibly a 3rd person. Beautifully located apartment right on the water. Our lovingly furnished apartment is located on the ground floor of a half-timbered house in Guxhagen, which was renovated in 2017. The house has a plot on the Fulda with a jetty, which is located opposite the house, on the other side of the R1 cycle path. Before the construction of the Fulda bridge, our house was the old ferry house of Guxhagen. Boats and bikes are available to our guests.
