Vacation rentals with a hot tub in Loch Tay

The house was booked for 12 friends, we all had a great stay. The garden was beautiful and we spent most time outside due to the beautiful weather. The rooms were all great sizes and were very clean on arrival. The space in the house was great for the event, and everyone in the party felt so at home in the house. The kitchen was spacious and had everything that you would need. Bathrooms were well kept, and the hosts had left plenty of towels for hotub. The games room was perfect for evening entertainment and we had great laughs in there during our stay. The house location is a 5 min drive from the ferry terminal and 5 min drive into dunoon town. Would highly recommend booking this for a weekend away!

Bendhu is set in a peaceful location with beautiful views of the surrounding hills. The house was spotless, well-equipped, and extremely comfortable. The hot tub was a real highlight, especially after a day of hill walking. Martin’s communication was excellent throughout, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the property for a relaxing break.

Secluded, peaceful, private property with a river at the bottom of the garden. Bright, airy, clean, well furnished accommodation. Loved the log burner. Very well attended clean hot tub. Owners were very attentive for any needs should they be required but not intrusive at all. The bedrooms were clean and well furnished with fully equipped bathrooms - upstairs and downstairs. Great towels provided. Plenty of space to have a quiet time inside or outside from the hot tub or seating area at the large table with chairs. Beautiful views of the river and fields through the French doors. Nice touch of freshly baked scones welcomed us on arrival. Unfortunately we could not spend much time enjoying the property over our 3 day stay due to our daughter’s wedding but we would definitely love to return again. A great property to spend time as a family with children as there is an outside play area for children and huge amount of board games and toys available in the house.

Fantastic place for a family get together. Plenty of space and great location. Linda was great to deal with and would highly recommend staying at Balnacraig. Second time there and hopefully not the last.

My boyfriend and I had a lovely stay in Maggies place. Cottage was exactly as described, hot tub was easy to use and absolutely amazing. A lovely and cosy little place perfect for a wee getaway. Local pub staff were also very friendly and food was yummy.

We loved our stay at Scott’s place. Unlike anywhere we’ve been before with the RGB lights and black interior. It was very spacious and practical. Partner loved the walk in wardrobe! The bed and pillows were certainly comfortable, probably the most comfortable Airbnb I’ve stayed in. And the hot tub was bliss, very hot and jets were very powerful. Overall had everything you needed for a couple days stay and id definitely recommend!

We had a wonderful family weekend here. The property is very well equipped. The house and garden are lovely and spacious, it made for a comfortable, fun and relaxing time for all ages from 18 to 83. Great hosts who did everything they could to make our stay enjoyable.

We stayed as a group of 8 and could not rate our stay high enough! The area was stunning and private, the villa was spacious and comfortable and our host was attentive for the entire duration of the stay. We cannot wait to book our next stay and hope to make it an annual trip! 12 out of 10!

We stayed with 8 people and we had an amazing time. Great house, lots of space, super cozy. All amenities there that you could think of. We would happily return. Not suitable without a car, in my opinion, but great for hiking and mountain biking. Close to Fort William and its supermarkets and pubs.

Amazing house with lots to do. The room at the top of the spiral stairs was just a bit difficult to get into and out of, with low ceilings, and it gets warm up there. One more bathroom for that number of bedrooms could be nice... but it all worked out. It was pretty close to perfect for our family reunion. And it's great for hide and seek! We recommend it.

We had a lovely one night stay at the PinkSpa Nest. The house was lovely and we felt relaxed and at home. Had a great sleep in the very comfy beds after using the hot tub and sauna. Wish we could have stayed longer! Would recommend a stay here!

This is a lovely house with beautiful views in a fantastic location! We got very lucky with sunny weather during our stay meaning we could make the most of the gorgeous surroundings - we did white water rafting on the River Tay and enjoyed the Taymouth Marina spa, all of which were a short drive away from the house. The house was just as described and pictured and the hosts were great - they were very responsive and flexible, allowing us to have both an early checkin and late check out. There is a good amount of parking at the property and the kitchen was well stocked with all amenities you could need. The house is on a main road but it is not busy and traffic noise was not an issue. I would definitely recommend this house to a group.

This Airbnb was perfection. It looks better than the photos and is so spacious. We had a group of 6 adults and 5 children on this trip and it was plenty of space and bathrooms. Everyone had hot showers. The furniture was comfortable and well kept. The host was incredibly friendly and very proactive. We discovered the coffee maker and iron were broken when we arrived and he quickly came out with new ones. I wish we had more time to spend here because it was beautiful. Well done!

We were a family of 11 and 3 dogs and we were blown away by the villa. When we got inside we were walking from room to room saying wow at every new room. We cannot praise Nicola and James enough for their communication throughout keeping us informed. Everything was just perfect 👌 the extension with the dining room with the long table was our favourite room and the sofa positioned so you could look out over the loch was everyone’s favourite place to be ❤️ The villa is very well stocked with everything you could need and more. I had read about the welcome pack but didn’t dream it would be as lovely as it was (sadly it’s all gone now!) the hot tub was very welcome after a busy day. The scenery in Scotland is stunning. Three of our party climbed Ben Nevis and the drive to Fort William must be one of the most beautiful in Scotland/UK. This stay was absolutely perfect and refreshing. Lynn has taken such care of her property and has it beautifully laid out with everything you could possibly need. The HotTub was perfect and private and everything was neat, clean, and functional. Thank you for creating this space Lynn!

Fantastic stay at Woodlands Riverbeds. So peaceful and relaxing. Nice private lodge, which was spotless. Staff were helpful and friendly. The seafood broil from the food truck was amazing.

Staying at this cottage was an unforgettable experience. Nestled in the heart of peaceful farmland and surrounded by rolling hills and mountains, it truly felt like we had our own private slice of the Scottish countryside. We spent hours just soaking in the views, it honestly felt like we owned the meadow and the open fields beyond. Pure magic. The cottage itself is cozy, beautifully designed, and perfectly equipped. Even though it’s technically connected to the hosts’ home, we never once felt our privacy was interrupted. In fact, we didn’t see anyone during our entire stay, it was incredibly quiet and serene, just what we were hoping for. Highly recommended if you’re looking to unplug, recharge, and surround yourself with nothing but nature. Thank you so much, Jenny & Michael!

Excellent accommodation and location, a real memorable trip. The restaurant is pretty much 'on-site' and was excellent. One negative - the hob. Seems like a small thing but when you are cooking for 8 and struggling to hold water at the boil it is frustrating. It was so weak. Since it is accommodation for 8, it really ought to be a more powerful hob. Frying bacon took *ages* ! Otherwise amazing, and highly recommended *****

Unique, cozy, secluded and tranquil. this glamping pod is the most amazing hidden jem. luxury, cozy and peaceful. everything you need and more. we will definitely be back.

This cabin was idealic. Stunning location, so peaceful and the cabin itself was perfect. Spotlessly clean, every utensil you could need. Comfortable beds and pillows ( I would like to know where the pillows were purchased) fresh clean bedding. The hot tub was incredible. The bbq was a lovely bonus which we used of an evening. Would highly recommend and would love to return. Thank you Jane the stay was faultless 💗

If you read my comments then you’re looking for a place please listen to my advice don’t jump this cabin the place is amazing the facility are the best Sama really taking care for each detail I’m sure I will comeback again this place is unbelievable I spend the best 2 days of my life here and I’m serious the hospitality is amazing. The swans there the best in UK. Congratulations for that level of standard Sama.

Really enjoyed our stay here. The location was beautiful and great for exploring the Highlands. The accommodation was as described and had everything we needed.
