Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Loch Tay

It's a lovely apartment in a fantastic location. It's only a couple of minutes walk to Gleneagles Hotel if you have an event there or are going for food or a drink. We were using it to attend a family wedding and the location could not have been more perfect for us. There are also lovely walks right on your doorstep.

Everything went smoothly and the flat was clean, spacious, and quiet. The amenities, like washer and dryer, were wonderful. While the location was slightly off the common "tourist path," we actually appreciated that and it was an easy bus ride or Uber back to the flat each night. We also enjoyed the local pub and the food choices nearby. My only issue was the lack of communication about the 3 flights of stairs/no lift. This fact is mentioned in other reviews (as I see now), but not in the description of the property nor in the initial instructions for accessing the flat. The stairs themselves are not Ben's fault and as I learned on my 14-day journey through Ireland and the UK, accessibility is not a priority in these old cities. That's fine. But the lesson for me I guess is to read reviews a little more closely, as that's the only place the stairs are mentioned. I have bad knees so trekking up the stairs each night after a long day was, quite simply, torture. But still a great stay.

Great apartment if you are visiting the area or to stay in while visiting Glasgow city centre! Very clean, recently renovated everything you could need for a stay! Ray was very helpful also!

We had a lovely stay in Scott’s very attractive, comfortable flat. It’s got a really nice outdoor patio area and the walk along the harbour is fun to do. Lots of nice restaurants nearby and the parking is very straightforward. Scott himself was very friendly and helpful. All in all quite a find!

We were a family of 5 and spent 3 nights in Rachel’s apartment. Apartment was spacious, clean and had everything we needed. Location is excellent. A couple mins to tram and easy walk to all the sights. Near lots of places to eat too and a Tesco express just around the corner. There were boxes of toys in the app which were great for entertaining our 5 year old. Rachel had everything labelled so you know where everything is and how everything works. Would stay here again and would definitely recommend.

The apartment is very attractive and was spotlessly clean. The overview of the harbour from the balcony provides lots of interest with the comings and goings of the local fishing boats. Central location is convenient for Arbroath amenities, and other Angus destinations are in easy reach. Very much recommended and hope to get back up soon.

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our time here. Andy was a great host – very friendly and always quick to reply to our messages. We especially appreciated the convenient location, being only a 6-minute drive from the train station. The free parking there was a real bonus, and the 25-minute train journey to Edinburgh city center made exploring the city very easy. It's a perfect base for visiting Edinburgh!

The apartment is perfect for a pleasant stay in Callander. It's large and spacious, and the fact that it has a garden makes it even more enjoyable. Recommended!

Anna's flat was wonderful. It had everything we needed, was really clean and in a great location. It was only a short walk to the centre of the town, but on a quiet street so we all slept really well in the comfy beds. Anna was very quick to reply to messages and made sure we had everything we needed.

Very comfortable stay in Lorna and Richard's house. Cannot recommend highly enough, hosts were so friendly and welcoming. Everything was provided that we needed, every detail had been carefully thought out. The house was perfect for visiting our daughter at university. Would love to stay again sometime. This is let is worth a visit if you are a family or in a group. It's a peaceful location with off-road parking. We all had a room to ourselves and there are nice places to relax in the house. We were able to walk 5 minutes to the tram stop and be in Edinburgh centre in 20 minutes or so. You can make the best of Edinburgh when staying. Usman is very hospitable and will meet and show you round himself. He communicated well for us and was flexible with when we could check in. This proved very helpful on the day! I would recommend staying here, it's a nice place.

We had a great time. The house is surprisingly spacious, everything is immaculate and Alice was very responsive. A wonderful location to explore this incredibly beautiful part of the World.

Had just a single nights stay for work nearby but the perfect place to lay my head! Quiet, comfortable and had everything I needed. Great communication with Jamie the host, easy check-in and wouldn’t hesitate to stay again if working nearby.

Fiona was a wonderful host, very proactive and friendly. Beautiful fresh flowers and coffee, tea and biscuits were a lovely touch. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen well equipped and the views over the loch were lovely. There were also lots of good games and puzzles. The overall cleanliness could have been improved, in particular the kitchen but didn't detract from our stay. Thank you Fiona

The flat was exactly as pictured and described in the AirBnB listing. It's a large, clean, and modern space in an historic building with beautiful views. The large windows overlook the bay and there are custom shutters that close over the windows to keep the chill out. The kitchen and bath appear to be very new and are well-appointed with a huge living / kitchen space that we (two couples) enjoyed. Bedrooms were also large and comfortable. Check in was incredibly easy and check out was simple compared to other AirBnB's. Plenty of information about the flat and the surrounding area was provided via .pdfs and the shortbread cookies were a nice treat. Would be great to have an extra blanket in the larger bedroom since we were not very good at sharing the full size duvet! Also, as described in the listing, the flat is on the top floor and there is no elevator, be prepared to climb a few flights of stairs.

If I could give 6/5 stars, I would. Christine was super-helpful with everything and even arranged that we could get the clothes we forgot there on the same-day.

The apartment was exactly as described, with everything you need for a stay in Edimburgh. House location was just 15 min walk away from city center but far enough to be quiet and relaxing. Karen and Calum were very helpful, answering to any question/request with kindness. I'd suggest it to everyone going to Edimburgh for a short stay! Thanks again!

Great flat in a great location, with very receptive hosts. Bathrooms could do with a really deep clean- that’s the only negative.

This is a lovely flat. very clean and comfortable with lots of characterful period features and furnishings. Spacious and bright. On quite a busy street but actually very quiet. Dora is a very helpful and welcoming host. I would definitely book it again.

Paul’s apartment was perfect for our stay and easily accommodated 5 of us comfortably. Everything needed for our stay was provided and Paul’s availability to answer any queries went above and beyond. I would highly recommend staying here if you want to be just a short distance from the busy hustle and bustle of Edinburgh centre but close enough to get there easily and quickly.
