Monthly Rentals in Llutxent

It's really an eco cottage on top of a mountain. You have to love this. You have to be really economical with water and electricity. For the kitchen and bathroom we had to go outside. We thought this was super nice. Although everything is very sober, the WiFi is extremely good there. Fast and stable! And everything a human needs was there. And all that was also clean and well taken care of. The shower is lovely and also wonderfully warm! The kitchen equipment can be improved a little. In any case, the frying pans are in need of renewal. Furthermore, we enjoyed it immensely, even in the rain!! And once we drove up and down the mountain without fear, it was top notch. The area offers super hiking (and cycling) possibilities.

Very quiet and rustic accommodation with everything one needs to disconnect a few days. Important to keep in mind, that I had not understood, is that it is a mono vibe. But otherwise great, everything works properly. Ideal for going with children and dogs.

4 of us friends went and we really recommend it, it has everything you need, to clean, shower and everything, especially in the kitchen, it was like being at home, a very cozy place. Recommended. The only catch, and we're special for that :) is that knowing which door it was was complicated since it had an exterior blind that didn't work, but considering that it's for security and so that the lock can't be seen, we don't see it as a bad thing! Overall, 100% recommended!

It was a great 2 months! The house is as described, in the centre of Otos. The village has two stores, a restaurant and a cafe bar. It is a very quiet village, surrounded by the mountains. Great for daily hikes! It's a great place to work remotely from. The internet is very reliable and fast. (I teach online Zoom classes so this was important for me.) If you don't have a car, you are a bit isolated, but the people are very eager to help. And there is a bus to Gandia on weekdays. (You have to call to reserve it ahead of time.) The one downside is the churchbells. You should know that the bells toll every hour and half-hour, even during the night. You can (sort of) get used to them, though.
