Spectacular villa with intimacy and exclusive privacy. Totally isolated from neighbors. You'll only be on our property, no one else! You can enjoy the house and more than 33,000 meters of land with trees. The large pool measures 20 x 5 meters. Depth between 60cm. up to 1.80m. IMPORTANT: Customer check-ins and check-outs will only be on Saturdays. Reservation must be from Saturday to Saturday. Reservations with check-in and check-out other than on Saturday will not be accepted.

Ca'n Bou is a brand new house with 4 bedrooms with bathroom en suite, 200m2 of living space, 200m2 of terraces and 12x4m swimming pool. It is located in the center of the island, about 20 minutes from the beach. We have fused modern elements with charming traditional Mallorcan architecture, using local materials such as lime paint, wood and stone to ensure a sustainable approach.
