Since the entire house is on one level, it's especially suitable for people with disabilities. For guests' use, and completely free of charge, the house always provides all kinds of cleaning products: hand soap, shower gel and shampoo, toilet paper, and kitchen roll. Mosquito repellents and additional fans in each room are also provided. In the heart of the Serra de Tramuntana mountain range, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, built of stone, in a peaceful setting, on the outskirts of Deià. A 15-minute walk from Deià and a 3-minute drive. Hiking trails are close to the house.

In the first floor there is a living room , one bedroom and one bath. There are two terraces at the front of the house and one on the first floor, both have wooden furniture. The garden is composed of native plants such as rosemary, lemon trees, olive trees...
