Cottage vacation rentals in Llevant

Lovely April break at Margarita's villa - perfect for our teenagers who loved playing table tennis and the local cats! Villa has lots of room so it never felt cramped, and was very peaceful, but just off the main Pollensa road. Access road is very narrow so recommend hiring a small car if you are booked at the villa. Overall a lovely stay and Margarita was very helpful when we had any questions.

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit, in dem schönen und sehr komfortablen Haus von Astrid. Es handelt sich um einen luxuriösen Anbau direkt neben ihrem eigenen Haus. Trotzdem hat man absolute Privatsphäre. Gleichzeitig ist die Gastgeberin jederzeit gut zu erreichen und extrem freundlich. Die Finca liegt auf einem Hügel oberhalb von Manacor. Die Fahrt dorthin dauert circa 12-15 Minuten über kleine, kurvenreiche Straßen. Wer Ruhe und Komfort sucht in einem nach botanischen Maßstäben angelegten weitläufigen Grundstück ist dort genau richtig. Eine wirklich empfehlenswerte Oase.

Wir haben ein paar wunderbare Tage in der Unterkunft von Oliver verbracht — gemeinsam mit unseren beiden Kindern (4 und 11 Jahre). Die Wohnung war super ausgestattet, vor allem die Küche hatte wirklich alles, was man braucht! Ein besonderes Highlight für uns war der vorgeheizte Pool und der Jacuzzi, die es uns sogar im April ermöglicht haben, ganz entspannt baden zu gehen. Der Kontakt zu Oliver war jederzeit herzlich und unkompliziert, auch seine Mitarbeiterin vor Ort war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der Check-in und Check-out liefen reibungslos. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und unseren nächsten Aufenthalt direkt während des Urlaubs wieder bei Oliver gebucht! Vielen Dank, dass wir deine Gäste sein durften — wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Wir können uns den vielen anderen, positiven Bewertungen nur anschließen: Mar ist freundlich und hilfsbereit! Das Haus ist wunderschön, liegt super ruhig und ist sehr komfortabel ausgestattet. Alles war SEHR sauber! Der Pool und das SPA waren sehr gepflegt. Trotz kühler Nächte war das Wasser im SPA immer schön warm. Was soll man sagen: Für uns war es ein rundum gelungener Urlaub und wir haben und im Haus sehr wohl gefühlt. Besser geht es kaum! 5 von 5 Sterne.

What a wonderful house. the views are stunning. the house is gorgeous too, every room was spacious, beautifully furnished and styled. the kitchen was well equipped. there's plenty of room in the garden too - also well equipped with the fab pool and loungers for everyone! The owner, Antonia, was super helpful and made us feel immediately at home. On arrival the local supermarkets were closed as it was Sunday evening but Antonia drove us to an open one 25 mins away! Nothing was too much trouble. Her son's restaurant is just opposite with a pretty back garden, and the food is delicious! Soller town is a 5 mins walk and is full of lovely restaurants and shops. I can't fault this stay.... would definitely recommend.

We had an awsome stay in Monica’s finca! The house and outside area are amazing. The kids loved the pool, that was really great with a large shallow area (our 1,5 yrs enjoyed himself greatly and safely there)! The sitting areas are fantastic and very enjoyable to relax during the day or evening. The house itself is very stylish and colourfull. The house is not very child friendly at first glance per se with a lot of steps, but after a few days our kids managed and navigated around the house perfectly fine. Definately recommend staying here! Monica is very friendly and easy to contact. We had a wonderfull time!

10 days of quiet bliss set in a beautiful rustic house with a landscaped garden. This is an authentic Menorcan house. The pool is simply amazing as is the garden and being positioned in such a remote and peaceful area with only a 30min walk into Cuitadella centre. House is clean with plenty of space and pretty much everything you need. Joan is a very helpful host and easily contactable, a pleasant guy with good English. As others mentioned the WiFi was sketchy so we relied on our 4g phone signal. Please note the road to the property is a little narrow and the alarms on our hired Renault Clio beeped as we drove up to the house. A larger / wider car may struggle? We enjoyed our stay here and would recommend Joan’s house as a great location close to Ciitadella.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl und sicher gefühlt. Die Kommunikation lief zu jederzeit reibungslos. Wir haben auf alle Fragen innerhalb von Minuten eine Antwort bekommen. Der gesamte Aussenbereich ist wesentlich größer und schöner, als auf den Fotos, einfach traumhaft! Es ist alles was man braucht vorhanden und man hat mehr als genug Platz. Das Haus war innen etwas feucht, aber nicht dramatisch. Wir würden wieder kommen, um diesen schönen Ort zu einer wärmeren Jahreszeit noch einmal zu besuchen.

Catalina ist eine tolle Gastgeberin! Sie war im Vorhinein und während der ganzen Zeit gut erreichbar, hat uns am Treffpunkt abgeholt und uns das Haus gezeigt, und gezeigt, wo was zu finden ist, wie alles funktioniert. Wir wollten fernab vom touri- Trubel sein, das waren wir dort! Außer ein paar Wanderern und vielen Rad Rennsportlern verirrt sich kaum jemand nach estellencs. Wir waren mehrfach bei Marco in der Bar Sa Tanca (schon vielfach hier empfohlen) und haben dort das gute Essen genossen. Die kleine Steinbucht ist zauberhaft und ruhig, man war in 7 min dort. Und: die Sonnenuntergänge von der Terrasse aus sind traumhaft! Wir werden wiederkommen!! Die Betten (überhaupt das antike Mobiliar) sind sehr sehr schön, allerdings zu kurz für Menschen ab 1,90m. Und ehrlich gesagt, sind die Matratzen durchgelegen, sollten erneuert werden.

We had the most epic stay at Isabel’s home in the Port of Valldemossa. Yes it’s a hike down a winding road, but it became part of the magic. The home was filled with great vibes and it was the perfect stay for 3 Adults. The Port of Valldemossa was gorgeous and in my opinion this is quite the hidden gem. I already want to come back with my family. Isabel was a wonderful host to answered any questions I had promptly, and was very kind.

La maison de Catalina est très charmante, pratique, parfaitement équipée, et offre un calme vraiment reposant. Elle est très bien située, à 5 mn du centre de San Llorenç, et à 10 de Manacor. Nous y avons passé une semaine sans aucun défaut, en ayant très rapidement réponse à éventuelles questions. De quoi la recommander chaudement

Abbiamo soggiornato in questa casa vacanze per una settimana con la mia famiglia e non potremmo essere più soddisfatto! La posizione è a pochi km dalla spiaggia e vicino ai servizi necessari, ma allo stesso tempo in una zona tranquilla e rilassante. La casa era pulita e ben curata con gli interni moderni e arredati con gusto. Inoltre, il proprietario è stato gentilissimo, molto disponibile e comprensivo verso un piccolo nostro imprevisto. Consigliato!

Die Unterkunft Can Fred von David ist sehr zu empfehlen. Die Lage ist top. Mit einem Mietwagen kann man von dort aus viele schöne Buchten und Strände an der Ostküste einfach erreichen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in Felanitx innerhalb kürzester Zeit erreichbar! David als Gastgeber war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Er hat immer sehr schnell auf Nachrichten geantwortet. Für mich war es die erste Air BnB Buchung und ich hab mich dank ihm dabei unheimlich wohl gefühlt. Die Finca selber war auch ein Traum, sehr schöne Raumaufteilung, sowohl für grössere Familien, als auch Freundesgruppen zu empfehlen. Die Nächte waren ohne Klima zwar etwas warm, allerdings waren die Räume mit Ventilatoren ausgestattet, welche gut geholfen haben. Der Pool und die Außenanlage, war natürlich das Highlight. Dort kann man ohne Probleme den ganzen Tag geniessen ! Rundum gabs aus unserer Sicht keine Kritikpunkte und wir würden jederzeit wieder dort unseren Urlaub verbringen!

We chose the place on reading the excellent reviews for this property. The host family were warm and friendly who have lived in the area for generations - Paco is passionate and it was lovely to hear his experiences of living here, he was available but not intrusive. It is not a typical tourist accomodation and may not be for everyone. We enjoyed the experience of living on a farm house, collecting eggs, feeding the birds, lighting up bonfires with the children and using some of the organic produce from the farm. With a car, the property is well situated to access other things to do on the island. Overall it was a great experience and Id recommend it to anyone looking experience Mallorcan farm living.

I’ve done A LOT of traveling, and Damaris is the best host to date. She is extremely knowledgeable and kind. The house is breathtaking with views and loads of hiking trails, even down to the water.

Studio indépendant, bien équipé et décoré simplement et avec goût. Nous n'avons pas profité de la piscine partagée car la météo d'avril était un peu trop fraîche. Joanna et son mari etaient très accueillants, et merci à Alexandro pour être venu nous chercher à l'entrée du village d'Arta (en travaux). On recommande vivement le restaurant "Sa Gripia" a Arta. On a passé un super séjour chez Joanna et la région est riche en belles randonnées agrémentées par des criques superbes.

Gil was a wonderful host. He welcomed us warmly and was very responsive to any need or question. The house itself was convenient. It’s centrally located and easy to get to Palma, Sóller, Alcudia, and all across the north, east and west of the island. The surroundings are private and calm. You are next door to a small, private winery. The house is spacious and well laid out. The bathrooms are freshly renovated and are lovely. Great water pressure! The beds are comfortable. Though probably better to have two double beds. Three of the rooms has single beds pushed together, which isn’t ideal for two families. Also, the two lower floor bedrooms felt a little damp since the island is humid. The main niggle was that the living room furniture is rather dated and not that comfortable. I imagine a renovation for that room will be coming soon. The room itself is lovely, large & has peaceful tree-filled views via a huge glass window. All in all, a nice stay & great for exploring the island.

Pedro, además de ser un anfitrión muy atento y amable, tiene todo muy planificado y organizado para que la llegada a la casa sea fácil y cómoda. La casa es preciosa, acogedora y muy grande. Gracias Pedro!

Nous étions 2 familles avec enfants ( 9 personnes)... c’était génial. la maison est divisée en 2 appartements spacieux. une super terrasse abritée . L'accueil et la communication, agréables et faciles, permettent de profiter pleinement des vacances. c'est calme et les enfants ont joué dehors... la piscine est sécurisé, agréable et bien entretenu. des chats sympathiques partagent le séjours . Prévoir des anti moustiques . en bref nous recommandons cette location. Merci.....:)

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans la maison Es Pouet, c'est calme au milieu de champs à 25 min à pied du village. La maison à un très bon emplacement si vous voulez découvrir les quatre coins de l'île, mais il faut avoir une voiture. La piscine n'est pas très grande, le grand atout de la maison c'est son charme et le père de Juan qui nous a accueilli. Il passe le matin nourrir ses animaux (poules, cochons d'inde) sur le terrain voisin et il est très gentil. On sent qu'on est chez l'habitant, c'est du local, et pas un agence.

We had a wonderful 7-day stay in Vicenç's wonderful cottage apartment. The house was exactly as described The location was perfect as it was situated where every part of the island was easily accessible, especially the city centre of Palma which was about 25 minutes away. Vincenç was a delight and very quick to respond to our questions. We look forward to visiting again!

We had an amazing stay in Deia! Antonio was very welcoming. The accommodation was cozy and well-maintained, with stunning views of the surrounding mountains. The facilities were good, with everything thoughtfully provided to ensure a comfortable stay. The private garden area was a lovely bonus, offering a peaceful place to relax.
