"Son Parera" is a quiet and paceful finca at the east of Mallorca. It is located between green hills and cultivated fields. The wonderful house it's 1,5 km far from Sant Llorenç des Cardassar (village), where there are some typical shops, restaurants, supermarkets and medical Center. You can found some beaches in the township only driving 10 minutes; Sa Coma, s'Illot and Cala Millor, where it's full of sea water activities. In addition, the place it's ten minutes from the Rafael Nadal Academy.

It has a large terrace overlooking the garden, porches, fireplaces, barbecue, air conditioning and heating… Very spacious and comfortable. Quiet area 7 km from downtown Palma, airport, and beaches. Supermarkets 1km away. Ideal for relaxing, island tours, cycling etc... We love pets, so bring them ;-)

This house is a project that began in 2005 and was completed in 2018. It was carried out in several periods but is now a project that has come to fruition. I am in love with Balearic architecture and this house is a sample of the traditional Mallorcan peasant house. It is decorated with antique furniture acquired in second-hand markets and some from my family. It is a house with lots of light, cozy where one feels well-being and peace in the middle of nature.
