An apartment located in the old barn of a farmhouse from 1873. Pau and Wafa live and host in the same house. Cozy and family atmosphere. Situated in a small village in the northwest of Catalonia, at the foot of the Montsec mountains, Pre-Pyrenees. 1h30min drive from Barcelona, and two minutes from Artesa de Segre, where you can find everything you need for shopping. Rustic experience, ideal for disconnecting from the city and spending time in contact with the countryside and nature.

Beautiful barn in a valley & river
The barn has a living room with a black kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed, a loft with two beds, and a sofa bed in the living room. It also has a double shower with a window to admire nature while showering. Fireplace, swimming pool, and river. And an environment with a monumental complex formed by a Romanesque church with a crypt, a modernist cemetery and an Iberian village 5 minutes away. Spectacular! 5 minutes from a rural restaurant and 10 minutes from the town/city.

A renovated 14th century farmhouse, located 2 km from Aitona and surrounded by magnificent fruit fields that provide a quiet and charming stay. This cozy apartment consists of three bedrooms, a kitchen-dining room, and three bathrooms. The rooms are a suite, a double with an extra single bed and a double, all of them exterior and overlooking the fields. The outdoor space has a barbecue, porch, swimming pool, and garden. Enjoy a great experience in a rural setting.

Recently restored en-suite unique space in a 16th century house with an independent access. In the entrance is a small sitting area leading into the bedroom with a balcony opening to the valley and a fully equipped bathroom (including bathtub in the room). Access to the roof terrace with fantastic views is available from the main staircase. The house is located in a small village of medieval origin in the foothills of the pre-pyrenees, close to many tourist sites.
