The house is very comfortable and well-equipped. In a very quiet area, ideal for taking walks and resting, which is what we were looking for, and at the same time only 6 minutes from Suances if you are looking for atmosphere. Very clean and with all the kitchenware in the kitchen. Everything is quite new. A couple of improvements: sometimes the downstairs bathroom smells a little, maybe the siphon. The view from the master bedroom is fantastic, but it could also be fantastic from the living room if you could remove a couple of small storage rooms/pens that are there. And to attract customers with an electric car, I would put a charger in the parking area; it's right where the electricity meter is and it would be very easy. Gabriel is really friendly and approachable. Great recommendations for eating!

María José's apartment is perfect for both a short weekend stay (like ours) and for a longer vacation. It has everything one needs smaller details that make a difference as cooking ingredients (salt, oil, sugar…..etc), as well as bath and kitchen utensils such as soap, scouring, new ballet For those of us who tend to cook in accommodations, these small details make a big difference. In how many spectacular and luxurious places we would have been that they did not have a gram of salt, no soap or a sad ballet to wash the dishes. We will definitely repeat if we go back to Santander. María José is very friendly and attentive and her lovely daughters. Carmen…..the restaurants of the fishing district…..ufffff!!!! Thank you a thousand for your recommendation.

The apartment is well located, in a nearby area, walking, in the center of comillas but quiet, close to the CA-135 to take the A8 and move around. The house stands out for its careful decoration, cleanliness and comfort of its beds. Communication with Nuria was easy, valuable and very pleasant in the deal.

As a recommendation, I would put a fence a little higher for privacy and because the road is next door but otherwise everything from 100! Thank you very much!

The accommodation was great in every way. We have absolutely no complaints about the place. Maria is a super friendly and charming person. She's really just right. You can tell that she takes great care of everything and that she cares about the tenants' stay. The house is impeccable, everything is super clean, We're leaving with a good feeling, we had an amazing time Also, keep in mind that the town is really cool and Maria actually gives you a PDF with most of the things you can do Congratulations to her for the work she does. Mili is a lovely person, who makes you feel at home from the first minute. The place is just as described on the web, a comfortable place, clean, with everything you could need and more, that conveys the feeling of home, of being really at home. If you travel with kids, as was our case, it also has everything you need and if you like farm animals you can watch them live. I want to thank Mili for the details she had with us upon arrival (free range eggs, cake, cheese…) and her concern that everything was fine. Thank you Mili. We will be back.

Quality accommodation within walking distance of the town of San Vicente de la Barquera. This two-floor flat is well equipped, very clean and extremely comfortable. The garage space is useful but most days we were able to park in the street right outside the flat. Good to have a swimming pool too, though the beaches nearby (San Vicente, Oyambre, Comillas ...) are so good, we didn't make use of it. Highly recommended for a holiday in this area.
