Central but quite flat and very comfortable and clean.

Just to say the apartment is a gem . with amazing views and extreme cleanliness. Comfortable bed and good quality lingerie..No car needed to go down downtown although there is a slope that is not for everyone . San Vicente de la Barquera is beautiful has good walks and eats luxury. And very close to other wonderful destinations. We didn't meet Elena in person but she was careful that everything was fine for us. We will definitely be back...

Raquel is very attentive, good communication. The stay was very pleasant, the apartment was very comfortable, clean and tidy, very complete with all the necessary amenities and more, we would repeat.

The apartment is quiet but at the same time it is a short walk from downtown and the promenade, restaurants, supermarkets, etc. It's not big but with everything you need to spend a few days for 3 people. Well connected also to visit surrounding villages. Yanira is very friendly and attentive. We're excited for the welcome touch.

A perfect stay, the apartment is next to the seaside beach and very close to the crazy one, perfect plan to surf since it also has a surf school next to the house. Manuel was very kind and attentive to our needs, and on the floor we were very comfortable, it is as described. In short, a very nice and quiet stay to spend a few days at the beach.

This apartment in El Mirador de Viesques, Gijon was great. It's a lovely building and offers a swimming pool that was SPARKLING clean. The apartment furnishings were complete, the bed comfortable, and the kitchen and bathroom well appointed. Cafes and groceries were nearby. Sergio, our contact, is possibly the nicest and most helpful host ever. We highly recommend a stay at El Mirador de Viesques.

Totally recommended, and communication with Eusebio has been smooth, making him accessible at all times. As for the accommodation, the location is quiet and is in a very accessible location for most points of interest in the area. The apartment is clean and fully equipped, and it's as comfortable as being at home. A plus, also, if you are traveling with a dog. We'll be back!

The apartment is great, all spotless, 2 full bathrooms, 3 double bedrooms, 3 double bedrooms, very large dining room and fully furnished kitchen. And everything super clean. That's how it tastes. Everything is phenomenal. To be done, I'm sure

We had a wonderful four days in this comfortable relaxing apartment. We felt instantly at home there and were able to cook for ourselves easily in the compact but well equipped kitchen space. The apartment was a perfect base for some amazing walks, two (easily more) from the front door, that both seemed magically to end up at the bar by the little Rio Nivandi (from where the apartments presumably get their name) in Espinsma just nearby - thirst quenching cañas of Radler and Ambar flowing nicely!

María José's apartment is perfect for both a short weekend stay (like ours) and for a longer vacation. It has everything one needs smaller details that make a difference as cooking ingredients (salt, oil, sugar…..etc), as well as bath and kitchen utensils such as soap, scouring, new ballet For those of us who tend to cook in accommodations, these small details make a big difference. In how many spectacular and luxurious places we would have been that they did not have a gram of salt, no soap or a sad ballet to wash the dishes. We will definitely repeat if we go back to Santander. María José is very friendly and attentive and her lovely daughters. Carmen…..the restaurants of the fishing district…..ufffff!!!! It is true that it is a 4th floor without an elevator (5th floor actually because of the mezzanine), but it is well worth it, the accommodation is really good. I recommend it and I would do it again

We had a trip full of activities, so when the day ended we just wanted to get to a comfortable and cozy place to rest and Victor's apartment was the best place for it! Nice, pleasant, comfortable, conveniently located and with everything we could need and more! Finally, it was a pleasure to contact Victor, he was very attentive and very kind to us!

My stay in the apartment was exceptional. From the time of booking, Alfredo and Patricia proved to be attentive and helpful hosts, responding quickly to all my inquiries. Upon arrival, I was greeted with a warm welcome and provided with detailed information about the apartment and the area. The apartment was spotlessly clean and well-equipped, meeting my expectations. The decor was modern and cozy, which made me feel right at home from the moment I arrived. The location was ideal, with easy access to shops, restaurants and work location. The house is very conveniently located, close to downtown, a 10-minute walk to the port. It's completely renovated, and it's identical to how it appears in the photos. There's a supermarket right next door, a bakery... Having a garage is a relief because it would be very difficult to park on the street. I really liked it and I was very comfortable.

The area, the apartment and the kindness and good treatment of both Jessica and her mother, has been spectacular. We will be back for sure!

Couple trip with our dog (the one I definitely enjoy it the most) Wonderful surroundings, wonderful service, spectacular facilities, quiet, super safe for the dog to be loose around. Our dog was delighted, he befriended Piston, the dog of the owner of the property and he was left a little bed that he loved. We'll be back without hesitation

The place is just as the photos show, tastefully decorated and very well equipped. The hot tub is huge, cupimos all 4 perfectly. Isolina was available at all times! Having a parking space was a peace of mind! we'll be back!

Marina was very kind to us, the place was very clean and cozy. The area where the accommodation was located was very nice and quiet. I definitely recommend it.

Very good location and close to the ski resort. Cozy apartment and everything as described. Good heating. Ivan was always very available from the start. The only downside is not having Wi-Fi.

incredibly wonderful , we are looking forward to returning the unbeatable , the unbeatable apartments, with a beautiful garden glued to the river, with an intimacy and in the middle of nature I can definitely say that the best place I have been able to stay thanks
