Absolutely breathtaking view and gorgeous updated home! Owner was extremely receptive and communicative!! Gorgeous gorgeous home!! The breeze was amazing!!!!!

Marie is a great host. She messaged to make sure that we had everything we needed. The house is beautiful and the pictures are exactly as advertised. We had seven guests for dinner and there was plenty of room for entertaining. The only negative is that if you bring your dogs, it’s hard walking them. There are no sidewalks and the street is busy. Other than that, the place was perfect for us. We booked seven days but stayed just a couple of nights due to Hurricane Milton. We plan to return during spring of 2025.

The house we rented was clean and tidy. Kristina is an attentive hostess who has provided everything we needed for a comfortable stay. She quickly answered questions and resolved some questions that arose. We are grateful for the vacation spent at Kristina's house.

Michael was an awesome host, could not ask for more. We look forward to staying at this home again very soon. Beautiful house, beautiful view beautiful neighborhood. Everything we needed and more was there the place was spotless literally, could not have asked for more.

What a wonderful home! We could not have asked for anything more. Close to beaches and shopping. Perfect home to enjoy the Florida sun and your own pool. Check in and out was simple and Dave was super easy to Correspond with. Hoping to make this a yearly trip.

From first communication to last , it was a wonderful trip and overall experience. Rachael was great at providing recommendations. House was amazing..we enjoyed many lazy days by the pool. 45-50 mins from Fort Myers and Sanibel ....would absolutely stay again!!! if I could give 6 stars for the whole experience, i absolutely would. Tom and Rachael, thank you again for a truly memorable trip ! Kids cannot stop talking about when we are coming back!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Sandra’s beautiful home and really feel lucky….as well as blessed to have spent a month there! We loved our daily routine starting with walks in the quiet neighborhood and later relaxing by the pool. We visited our favorite beach on Boca Grande several times….with many gorgeous sunsets! If you are lucky enough to spend any time at Sandra’s I’m positive you’ll feel the same. The location is excellent for any day trips you may want to take. The house itself is very comfortable….and rest assured you won’t find anything she has forgotten! We are hoping to stay again…for now we’ve got great memories!!

Loved this house. The trees in their yard are AMAZING! The pool was very warm. Loved the outdoor couch and TV area. Host was wonderful. Will definitely stay here again. The pantry had some spices and basic cooking ingredients, which is always nice. It's furnished and decorated well.

Pavelsplace was beautiful and spacious and served our family’s need perfectly. We flew in for my dads funeral and there were 11 of us staying there. 6 adults and 5 children. We never felt crowded and the kids really enjoyed the pool. The host was super responsive and respectful. Definitely recommend this to anyone with a large group.

Stunning place, completely updated and clean, clutter free, full outdoor kitchen, exquisite lanai with pool and deck, just fabulous! Plenty of room for our girl's weekend!!

5 Stars – A Beautiful and Relaxing Stay! Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful home with us! The house was spacious, well-equipped, and perfect for our family. The peaceful neighborhood and stunning views made it feel like a true getaway. Our son had a blast fishing off the dock, while we enjoyed relaxing by the pool. The host was incredibly responsive to all of our questions, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The only downside was that the fish weren’t biting, but that’s nature! Overall, we had an amazing time and would definitely recommend this home to others.

10/10 Absolutely loved Dave’s place! Honestly the best stocked out house we’ve ever stayed in. house was clean and functional. It was great for our 3 family group of 12. (6 kids & 6 adults) We easily fit 2 boats (22ft bay boat & 25 ft offshore boat) on the seawall at Dave’s house. The outdoor living spaces were the best. We spent the majority of our 6 days outside on the pool deck. The pool was great, we all thoroughly enjoyed the pool. Dave was super quick to answer any questions and resolve a little issue we had. The beds were cozy. Plenty of bathrooms which was great since we had 12 people in our group. Huge island in the kitchen, and plenty of places to sit and eat. It was very comfortable even with so many people. You can’t beat the location. Just a few minutes to Stumps Pass by boat. A little bit longer you can be to LGI or Cayo Costa. We would absolutely rent Dave’s place again

We had the best time staying at Victor’s place. Pictures truly don’t do this home justice. Victor and Alessandra were very responsive, helpful, and super accommodating. The home and pool were clean, the kayaks were a blast, and the outside area made for a perfect family vacation with kids. We will definitely be coming back down here!

Beautiful views of the water and a great location! The apartment is spacious, clean and nicely decorated. We appreciated the privacy and the quiet neighborhood. There were so many amenities and the guest book was full of suggestions for things to do. Our host was friendly and helpful and we highly recommended this apartment.

Fabulous location…pathway leads right to the beach. Lovely and quiet house well manicured and comfortable. Great new appliances in the basic kitchen. Looking forward to returning!!

We really enjoyed our stay! The house was very clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. We really appreciated having the beach gear, including a wagon the transport everything. Very convenient! Beautiful beaches within 30 minutes. Wellen Park and Warm Mineral Springs worth checking out! Irina was very responsive. Pool temp was a little cooler than our comfort level and some of the outdoor things are a bit warn (basketball hoop broken, pool floats, etc.). Other than that the place was just perfect! Highly recommend!

The lanai was where we spent most of our time. I was a great space to relax and enjoy the water. Loved the king size bed. Check in personnel were helpful. There were beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers, and a wagon for use when we spent a day at Siesta Keys beach. Overall the home was a perfect place for our getaway.

Loved our stay at Hang’s place. She is super easy to work with and very responsive. House is super new and super clean and comfortable. The gem is the pool where you can relax after sightseeing. Thanks for the stay, Hang.

Stayed for a long weekend with my wife. The pool was the perfect temp, everything was clean, and we really enjoyed our stay. We liked that there was some stuff furnished like condiments and other little things that are not always fun to buy just for a weekend trip. Would stay again and would recommend! Very nice place

The Port Charlotte home has a charming view of a small lake from the enclosed screen area surrounding the pool. It was a nice place to sit and read, and see various birds, including pelicans and flocks of cormorants (I believe). Two things to mention: There is an additional charge of $25 per day to heat the pool, payable directly to the owners. We understand that other owners do this as well but seems a bit strange. The suggested payment mechanisms are not available to non-US residents. The cooktop is an induction model; those not familiar with this type of appliance may wish to look it up in advance since there are no instructions for the rather obscure icons. There were some inconsistencies between the long pre-stay messages on rules and those in the on-site book.

Great house. It’s very spacious and has everything you could possibly need. Clean and comfortable furniture and bedding. Felt very safe in the neighborhood and loved checking out the local nature.

Galina and Boris are very nice people who were attentive to our needs and had many excellent recommendations for eating, shopping and beaches to visit. Their home has everything you need and we especially loved the pool and Spa. The little extras in their decor make the house feel like a home not a rental.
