Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Little Gasparilla Island

This was our second stay at this Airbnb, and we love it. Great location, spacious, and it has a well-stocked kitchen, as well as beach supplies for guests to use.

Fantastically comfortable and convenient to everything. This is our fourth and last year down to Fort Myers, and the apartment was everything we could have hoped for. Host was was responsive and flexible. We particularly appreciated having items we could use for the beach and around town like chairs and a cooler.

A brilliant birthday retreat in absolutely every way possible! Jennifer and John could not have been more accommodating: friendly, proactive, informative about local amenities and wonderfully supportive when we encountered car issues at checkout. Accomplished hosts, the apartment was immaculate, stocked with more goodies and equipment than we could possibly have imagined we might find and enjoy. A beautifully styled home-away-from-home surrounded by some stunning spaces to walk or drive to. It made our stay and the birthday we were celebrating, Thank you!

Very happy with the stay! The place was cozy, the lanai was incredible, and all the spaces were nicely organized. Would have liked a fan on the lanai, as it was quite hot, and maybe a small oven would have been useful. Other than that, it was a great stay. The area was extremely quiet, which was great.

Natalie and David are great hosts! Very quick response time and very accomodating. Their condo is updated, clean, and beautifully decorated. The bridge to Manasota Key is about 5 minutes away. Blind Pass is less than 15 minutes but there is another beach 2 minutes from the bridge. Publix, 711, Aldi (coming soon), Taco Bell, McDonalds, Mama's Italian Restaurant (don't skip this place!), Starbucks, Marco's, Walmart, Bank of America, Wells Fargo, and plenty more are all within a 5-7 minute drive. This is a prime location but set back from the main road so you aren't subjected to the sounds of traffic all day. The condo is in a quiet little complex with a big pool and lots of seating/umbrellas. The screened in porch at the condo is big with a table and plenty of seating and had a slider to the master suite. We loved spending our nights out there with snacks just enjoying the weather. Just returned from our 2nd stay at this unit. Great place... updated interior, super clean, great layout, smart tvs throughout, very comfortable master bed. The beach is a short (less than 5 min) walk and the main restaurants on the key (The Sand Bar and Lock N Key) are a 10 min leisurely walk. The host is proactive and responsive. A strong 5 stars once again!

Great value, lovely views of the marina, great if you have a boat.

Deborah is the most gracious host. The home is spotless. She has many games, karaoke, a lovely fenced in back yard and a putting green. She has every appliance you would ever want. There are many restaurants and shopping centers close by. We've stayed there for years. We're going home today and already have next spring vacation reserved. Now to work on a fall vacation/visit.

Very happy with stay/house/amenities/pool/spa. Newer construction with tall ceilings, beautiful appointments, bathrooms, fixtures and appliances. Kitchen provided with every imaginable item needed to cook and entertain. Salt water pool and spa were wonderful and overlook canal intersection. Lovely step down from pool to wrap-around deck overlooking canal. Easily accommodated larger family gathering for dinner/swimming. Certainly one of the nicest homes we've visited in Florida. Highly recommended.

We had a great time at harbor house! Saw lots of wildlife from the dock! Definitely will stay again!

We had a really good few days to attend a family wedding just up the street. Convenient location walkable to the beach and the owners have an array of beach items that guests can use. Home is very nice and having three bedrooms each with individual bathrooms was great. The pool area out back is outside but shaded making for a comfortable oasis when we are not at the beach. Chris and Kalyn were very quick to respond to the couple of questions we had and had some great recommendations for things to do in the area. Top notch vacation rental for us and our adult children and wives. Very nice!

The stay was in a nice neighborhood. Enjoyed spending time at the pool there. The house was clean and free of clutter. When we had issues with the AC, Melissa responded right away and worked hard to fix the issue immediately. She refunded us the night as we stayed at a hotel with the house at 80. The AC got fixed the next day and we stayed our final night. Thanks Melissa for all your help making for a great stay.

If I had to use just one word, that word would be exceptional. From making the booking to leaving for the ferry, everything was perfect. Amazing location and so relaxing. We spent days on the beach followed by a sunset dinner on the beach then walking down the beach in the sea. An adventure exploring the island in the golf buggy. Breakfast on the covered veranda watching the wildlife. We even got out of bed early to watch the sunrise. We ended up getting the ferry to the island two hours earlier than we had anticipated, but Kale, the concierge, went out of his way to ensure we were met at the ferry. The property has everything you need for your stay, and things you probably won't use. Spotlessly clean and tidy. A truly stunning five days on North Captiva.

The place is as wonderful as the photos and description. Getting there was effortless and enjoyable and the host was very responsive to our many needs. There were a few things missing but they corrected them very quickly and we could not expect any better really! Keep in mind that the “convenience store” on the island closes early if they are on holiday or whatever so bring everything you may need including lots of bug spray! Take advantage of every spot in and outside of this property because there are magical little spots everywhere to enjoy! Great hosts! This is worth every penny for our family holiday!

We had a great time! The home was beautiful and had everything we needed. We loved that it was close to multiple beaches so we could explore - Sanibel Island, Fort Myers and more. We spent a lot of time in the pool and hanging out in the outdoor area. My son even caught some catfish off the dock. The game room was perfect for evenings when we needed a break from the sun. Highly recommend and have already had requests from friends & family to share the listing!

Our stay at Linda's was fantastic. The house is very spacious. The bedrooms and large and the beds are super comfortable. Everything was clean and fully stocked with all the necessities from extra towels, beach chairs and beach accessories. The view is unforgettable. Everything you need is there. Groceries and restaurants are an easy drive. Linda was responsive and lovely to speak with. My favorite Manasota key rental yet!

Our stay at Yenny’s condo was great! She communicated quickly whenever I reached out before our stay and even contacted us once we were there asking if we needed a packnplay! The location is close to the grocery store, restaurants and Cape Coral beach. We hope the condo is available in the future when needed as our stay couldn’t have been better. Thank you, Yenny

Ed's place has become our happy place and our home away from home! This trip was so relaxing and healing after a surgery...just what I needed. Great sunsets!

This is the third time we’ve stayed at this location and it does not disappoint! The place has been renovated and looks great! The host is clear and we had no issues getting into the condo. I used the laundry room and that was straight forward. The location is so close to the beach. We enjoyed our time and plan to come back!

Loved this spot! You can’t beat the location! I would recommend staying here if you want to spend everyday at the beach. 😎🏖️

A beautiful place on the gulf with everything you need for a relaxing beach getaway. Really enjoyed it

This is our second year staying here. It was wonderfully peaceful this last weekend, just like last year. The beach is less than two minutes walk from the door. The kitchen had everything we needed in it. Plenty of beach items for use in the closet. The bathroom had more than enough towels and TP. We also used the pullout couch for our children, and they were very comfortable. we hope to book again soon, thank you!

Amazing stay !! Just like pictured and very clean . Loved it here will surely return.

We enjoyed sitting on the balcony and watching the boats and wildlife. There was a dolphin that swam around the dock. The apartment is very well supplied with everything you need to make your stay relaxing and easy. The pool was very clean although the surrounding area had been damaged with the storm in Oct 24.
