Best location/value on Manasota Key. 300 yards to pristine gulf beaches, 300 yards to boat ramp and dock on Lemon Bay if you have a boat or want to see dolphin or fish from dock. 4/10s of a mile to several great restaurants and 1 mile to Stump Pass State Park and a few more miles to walk via the park to Stump Pass. 1519 Beachway Bungalows has one bedroom with a queen bed and a pull-out sofa. There is a full kitchen and a great outside screened in patio that is shared with SeaHouse 1521.

This is the third time I've rented in this complex. The location is unbeatable - private beach, beautiful Gulf view from the beach, beach accessories were in good condition and a bonus kayak to use during the serene mornings. Definitely cannot beat the sunsets! The condo is by far the cleanest I've ever rented via Airbnb - thank you for that! The kitchen has everything - we cooked every meal. There are several restaurants within walking distance. Already booked for 2026!

This is an incredible house. The location is perfect and private. We had our little pug with us and it was exactly what we needed. The pool is warm and clean and very enjoyable as the sun goes down. The bed was super comfy and the kitchen well appointed. I’ve stayed at a lot of rentals and this is one of the best. If you’re looking for a rental just book this one. You won’t be disappointed.

Daphne’s home was perfect for our family of four. The pool was clean and well maintained, and there were a plethora of pool toys available for guest use. The Master mattress was extremely comfortable and my back has never been in less pain at night. The home is extremely close to Manasota beach, and only about 20 minutes to downtown Venice. We were very comfortable and pleased with our stay. Highly recommend!

I had a few questions at the beginning and Gregg responded promptly. The house was neat and tidy, loved the quietness of the neighborhood. We enjoyed the wildlife I even brought my binoculars lol, The kids & I got to see a baby gator. We enjoyed the pool and the weather was great. Definitely will be back… Thank you

WOW, what a great week at Latitude Adjustment. The pictures you see do not even come close to actual being there. First off, Joe is a great host who makes you feel at home and is making sure everything is going well. Next, the respect and love you get from Yanet at Cowboy services is unbelievable. If you have any issue they are there for you to take care if the problem. Lastly, the location was perfect. Dolphins frolicking every morning by the dock was a highlight while drinking our coffee as well as hanging out in the lower patio. Well worth the money and hopefully we will be back there again. Thanks again Joe.
