5 Stars – A Beautiful and Relaxing Stay! Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful home with us! The house was spacious, well-equipped, and perfect for our family. The peaceful neighborhood and stunning views made it feel like a true getaway. Our son had a blast fishing off the dock, while we enjoyed relaxing by the pool. The host was incredibly responsive to all of our questions, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The only downside was that the fish weren’t biting, but that’s nature! Overall, we had an amazing time and would definitely recommend this home to others.

We loved staying here especially having the beach just a few feet away! Although there was construction taking place in the development, it did not interfere with our stay at all! We didn’t even notice the workers on site. If you get a chance to book this home, do it. April is an amazing host and has thought of every amenity possible! We look forward to booking again soon!

Budget friendly great area close to everything. Pool was great. multiple BBQ 's with a nice Lani. Typical SWFL layout of the open and spacious. Great home to entertain and sleep 6 comfortability if needed. Will definitely book again!

We chose this listing because we needed accommodations for 10 family members gathering to celebrate my mother’s 80th birthday. The house was super clean and comfortable. I couldn’t think of one thing that was not provided. I am super picky about cleanliness and I was thrilled to see how clean everything was. The host was very accommodating as well, our flight was a little earlier than expected and I reached out to Viktoria and Vadim and they allowed us to check in early. Wonderful accommodations!

Wonderful place, very clean, quiet. Of the beaten path, yet close to beaches and restaurants. Highly recommend it!

We had a wonderful stay at 3’s Company Villa Jack for our anniversary! The space was spotless, thoughtfully appointed, and just a short walk from a stunning beach. While Manasota Key is still recovering from the hurricane, the area’s charm and peaceful beauty are very much alive—and it didn’t take away from our experience at all. A perfect getaway spot for anyone looking to unwind and enjoy the Gulf coast. Highly recommend!

We just wrapped up our annual Christmas in Florida vacation and everything was spectacular! The house was wonderful- comfortable, clean and incredibly well stocked. We’ve stayed at several AirBnb’s and the kitchen in this home was very well equipped- everything that we needed was right there for us. Brigette was quick to respond to any of our questions and needs. Her recommendation to visit Farmer Joe’s, a local grocery store was awesome! About half way through our stay we noticed that the pool pump wasn’t running until 1 pm. Brigitte had the pool company out in less than 20 mins to take a look - all it needed was a quick reset. As we make our long journey back to Wisconsin, we’re missing the beautiful pool with gorgeous evening sunsets. Looking forward to our 2025 trip & renting with Brigette again :)

We had a great stay. Dave was a terrific host, responding very quickly to our questions. The area is very quiet with friendly neighbours. The views from the front of the property are spectacular and we witnessed so many amazing sunsets. The wildlife is incredible we saw manatees numerous times in the canal and in the inter coastal waterways, 2 cheeky sea otters in the canal and not to mention the beautiful bird life and dolphins. The house is spacious and has a well stocked kitchen everything you could possibly need. We used the pool everyday it’s a great size. It’s a great house

Beautiful place with a beautiful sunset over the canal. Was so much fun for the entire family with the pool and the great weather. Will definitely book again in the future. Also loved how quick and easy communication was with him through the entire process

Fantastic place for a family vacation! House was beautiful, spotless, well laid out and clutter free. The Pool area is like a resort, the hot tub is such a nice addition to enjoy too. They only thing I can say about Mike and Melissa ‘s place is that you will get everything you need right at their house !!! When we arrived we felt right at home , at with 2 kids and a baby , it is not something easy to achieve! If you are thinking about going to Cape Coral/Fort Myer …this is the place you want to book for your family!!! Thank you for everything.

The pictures don’t describe the beauty and comfort of this home. The pool is a tropical oasis of palms and lush landscape. There are so many wonderful outdoor areas to go to and sit to soak it all in while the kids swim in the secluded and beautiful pool. Our host was so responsive and I was surprised to find a gorgeous vase of flowers, chocolates, fruit platter, and bottle of wine upon our arrival!! All of the little “extras” really just make vacationing so much easier…such as laundry and dish soap, beach towels, chairs, umbrellas, etc… shower items, and so much more!! This has been our family’s favorite place so far in the lower Gulf area. We rented a boat and the husband was happy to be able to dock it right next to the house so he could jump on and fish. We spent a lot of time as a family on the boat and exploring new areas. So much fun! Thank you for making our vacation to Port Charlotte so comfortable and memorable!! Highly recommend ❤️

We had a great stay over the weekend! The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Check-in was smooth, and everything we needed was available. A perfect spot to relax and unwind—would definitely stay here again!

The house we rented was clean and tidy. Kristina is an attentive hostess who has provided everything we needed for a comfortable stay. She quickly answered questions and resolved some questions that arose. We are grateful for the vacation spent at Kristina's house.

The Port Charlotte home has a charming view of a small lake from the enclosed screen area surrounding the pool. It was a nice place to sit and read, and see various birds, including pelicans and flocks of cormorants (I believe). Two things to mention: There is an additional charge of $25 per day to heat the pool, payable directly to the owners. We understand that other owners do this as well but seems a bit strange. The suggested payment mechanisms are not available to non-US residents. The cooktop is an induction model; those not familiar with this type of appliance may wish to look it up in advance since there are no instructions for the rather obscure icons. There were some inconsistencies between the long pre-stay messages on rules and those in the on-site book.

Amazing stay! Very private, gorgeous property. Our local contact was very responsive. It’s worth the stay just being next to the water and watching the wildlife! Would 100% stay again!

Stayed many times in the past 10 years. Updated recently. Absolute dream to visit. Quiet location great neighbours very friendly. Good restaurants close by. Owner is very quick to respond to any questions. house is very clean and well maintained. Will be booking again.

We’ve stayed in Florida a few times with Airbnb and this was one of our most relaxing stays. It really felt like you have your own home complete with all the amenities you could need. The heated indoor pool was perfect to swim in after the beach. There were plenty of beach essentials such as umbrellas, chairs, and toys for kids. The neighborhood is very quiet and beautiful, with a lot of wildlife spottings like rabbits or tortoises. We really felt like we lived here for the time that we stayed. Nataliya was easy to communicate with. All the information we needed was accessible on signs around the house which were very helpful. Couldn’t recommend staying here more. We can’t wait to stay here again!
