Welcome to Le Petit Gîte. Book now a whole month in the winter 25/26 at a good price, get in touch! In this guest house, you will find everything you need. It is a one-room studio with a 1.40 bed, kitchen, dining area, sitting area with sofa bed and nice wood-burning stove. There is a bathroom with toilet and shower. There is a seat both in front of the house, and in a small garden especially for the gite. You will receive firewood for the wood-burning stove, and a welcome drink is waiting for you. Welcome!

At the entrance to Bergerac, a supermarket (4.5 km) and a pharmacy (3 km). 5 min drive to Lake Pombonne: supervised swimming (free access) and hiking trails.

We are located a few minutes northeast of Bergerac and close to the village of Saint Georges de Monclard. Our estate is surrounded by three hectares of greenery, has a nice swimming pool and is a perfect base for all your getaways. This cottage for 2 with a contemporary design has complete equipment to offer you maximum comfort.

Our small cottage is in a green setting and will allow you to rest away from the hustle and bustle in the Purple Perigord. You will be welcomed in a 2-room cottage, a bedroom and a living room with a sofa bed. (4 beds maximum available with a double bed in the bedroom and a double bed thanks to the sofa bed). A breakfast, lunch, dinner basket service will also be offered to allow you to discover the products of our farm and the region
