Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Linardići

Martina is a very friendly and helpful person and her home is a nice cottage in a residential area. The spaces are very comfortable, there is a dishwasher and television (no Italian channels) and a patio equipped with table and deckchair. The sea is reached with a walk of about a kilometer and the cove below is really delightful and great for snorkeling lovers. The only flaw of the stay was the mosquitoes. However, I would gladly return to this home.

We spent a total of 6 days with Damir on vacation. The accommodation was extremely outstanding - especially the view with the pool. Since Damir lives right next door, the communication channels were short. Otherwise, everything was super clean and quiet. If we are in the area again, we will definitely be back.

Very nice apartment in the middle of Istria! Ideal for reaching Rovinj, Pula or Opatija in a short time. Beautiful quiet location, perfectly equipped. Emanuela and her family welcomed us warmly and even showed us their wine cellar - including tasting. Lovingly restored stone house with well-kept garden and parking right by the house. Highly recommended!

Beautiful place and a great host. Perfect place for people who are independent, with a car and bikes or who like to walk long distances. This was exactly what we needed and expected. The host couldn’t do anything better.

You arrive and immediately feel at home. A wonderful, peaceful, very quiet place with a very peculiar flair. The house is perfectly furnished and offers everything you could ask for. The garden is a dream and you are surrounded by a beautiful forest. This was certainly one of the best I've ever booked. This is such a place you never want to leave. The village of Griziane with a shop and a small bar is not far from the house and you are in 10 minutes in Grikvenica on the house beach where there are a number of restaurants and shops. We did a lot and did a lot of explorations and it was beautiful to return to this special place every time. Maya was very responsive and very nice and likeable and she gave us many tips. Ines was an excellent host. Everything has completely satisfied us. The house is beautiful, with a great pool and quiet location. Perfect for switching off. Ines is always available and very helpful.

We had an absolutely wonderfull time at the magnificent house. We are definetly planning to come back as our entire family had a great time. The view from all rooms, as well as the great outdoors facilities made this stay at no time boring. Thank you once again for a great time.... and thank you Aurora for all help while we were there!

We were on Krk for the sixth time this year. But we've never had such a great overall package. Not only was the apartment particularly clean, but there were also fresh towels every 3 days. We were warmly welcomed with delicious cakes and spent a cozy evening with Franjo and Lala with specialties from the region and homemade food. The stay could not have been better, the combination of the beautiful surroundings, the beautiful weather and the beautiful location offered by Sanja and her husband exceeded all expectations. A very attentive host who offers a beautiful home that is really equipped with all comforts. This was like coming home to your holiday address.

We had a very nice time in the accommodation and would highly recommend it. The sea is a 3-minute walk away and there are many restaurants and bars in the area. Communication with Matije was very straightforward and he was so nice to pick us up from the airport as we didn't have a car yet. We will be happy to come back to KRK!

Maja is a lovely host, very warm and welcoming! I arrived by bus from Zagreb and she picked me up from the bus stop in Brseč. The village Brseč is very lovely. The studio is cute and feels a bit like a cave, but a very clean and well equipped cave :) I have cooked my own meals and it's great that in Brseč there is also a little supermarket. The view from the terrace is indeed spectacular and it's so nice to spend time there, hearing and seeing the birds, looking at the insects and all the different plants, the beautiful skies and off course the forever blue Adriatic Sea. I look forward to staying here again!

Beautiful spacious, clean and modern apartment with fantastic views of the sea. The garden is also very well maintained. We didn't miss anything. We received fresh fruit and flowers as a welcome. We felt right at home. Very positive also the private parking on the premises and the excursion and restaurant tips by the hosts.

Everything was perfect. Great location by the old town with great views across the bay. Host was more than helpful and cares about the guest experience.

An absolute delight! We much enjoyed our stay in Matjaz apartment. It is very clean upon our arrival and is as described on Airbnb. It supplies everything needed throughout the day. The private beach access is perfect, idyllic and gives you the opportunity to enjoy your vacation without any stress of searching for a spot in the shades. Although we did not use it this time - the garden is also equipped with a grill, which was quite tempting to use :) Matjaz is a super host for a reason. He and his wife are as friendly as one can be, super helpful and easy to communicate with. We would definitely come back any time and can highly recommend Matjaz and his apartment (s). ***** 5/5 Stars *****

Small and nice room with bathroom, very close to the center of Abbazia, in a great location and equipped with everything. Very kind hosts also to indicate where to leave the car. Perfect, to remember!

We stayed with josip as a ‘large family' and felt very comfortable! Great garden and most beautiful views from the large terrace. The path to the beach was a bit arduous through the mountain but always worth a tour! Will be happy to come back

We had a fantastic stay! Filip was always available and very helpful, which made our stay very pleasant. The place was comfortable and well-equipped. Particularly impressive was the breathtaking view from the pool – a real highlight! The older gentleman, Filip's father, was also incredibly friendly and accommodating. We felt completely comfortable and were able to fully enjoy our stay. Filip even let us stay in the apartment a little longer on the day of departure and showed us all the apartments. A really great place to stay – we will be happy to come back!

We had an amazing time in Irenas Happy beach Apartmen! Such a cozy place and thoughtfully equipped with everything you could possibly need! The view is stunning and it’s soooo quiet. We just relaxed and in enjoyed the silence. The sea is amazing and the spot directly in front of the house is also awesome for snorkelling! We found all sorts of fish, crabs, starfish, shrimps! In a 10-15 min walk alongside coats you can reach two beach bars, really cozy. In Rijeka you can shop everything. And in addition to all that, Irena is such a welcoming, friendly host! We really enjoyed our stay, thank you Irena!

The time at Damir's flat was very nice. We received a very nice welcome when we arrived. The house and the balcony were very nicely furnished and very clean, so you immediately feel at home. It was also dog friendly accommodation. We couldn't have asked for anything better, are very happy and would definitely recommend it!
