We are all engaged in the cultivation of agricultural products and homemade food. If you are looking for a quite family place, a place to rest, you are welcome. This villa surrounded by greenery and offers a breathtaking view of the Adriatic Sea. The 50 m² pool is filled with salt water. On the ground floor has a fully equipped kitchen, living room and two bedrooms with bathrooms. The living room leads to a beautiful terrace. There is also a summer kitchen and a barbecue area. A bedroom with bathroom, a sauna and a dressing room are on the first floor. It also has a gallery with exercise machines and table football. The villa offers two garage spaces.

Retaining the existing low door openings, irregular window frames and the former hearth as the heart of the house and gathering of household members, it exudes a rural way of life ;-) Grocery shop and a local cuisine restaurant in just 2 minutes walking distance.

The stable is a luxury stone villa intended for accommodating 4-6 persons. It contains two triple bedrooms with bathrooms and in the glasshouse a spacious living room and a dining room with kitchen. Next to the stable there is a terrace with a barbecue, and in the intimate part of the yard an outdoor pool is settled for moments of your relaxation.
